Abstract

Peningkatan angka penjualan telah menjadi salah satu tujuan perusahaan. Untuk itu diperlukan pengetahuan mengenai perilaku konsumen. Pembelian implusif merupakan perilaku konsumen yang memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran harga diri dan kepribadian terhadap pembentukan pembelian impulsif. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 60 responden sebagai sampel penelitian yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa harga diri memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada pembentukan pembelian implusif. Kepribadian juga terbukti dapat memengaruhi pembelian implusif dari konsumen. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari harga diri dan kepribadian secara bersama-sama terhdap pembentukan pembelian implusif.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi harus menilai dan meningkatkan sistem informasi dan efektivitas aspek pengendalian. Pimpinan perusahaan tidak dapat melakukannya sendiri karena keterbatasan dalam melakukan pengendalian langsung atas kegiatan usahanya. Standar kerja yang efisien dan andal serta sistem informasi akuntansi memainkan peran penting dalam efektivitas kerja yang dijalankan oleh para karyawan. Sistem informasi akuntansi mengacu pada instrumen dan proses yang dirancang untuk mengumpulkan dan melihat informasi akuntansi sehingga keputusan yang tepat dapat diambil oleh akuntan dan eksekutif. Pengendalian internal dirancang untuk memberikan jaminan dan mampu memastikan bahwa organisasi tujuan akan dicapai melalui efisiensi dan efektivitas operasi, proses yang dirancang untuk memberikan jaminan yang wajar tentang pencapaian tujuan: keandalan pelaporan keuangan, efektivitas dan efisiensi operasi, kepatuhan terhadap hukum dan peraturan. Keduanya dianggap sebagai komponen penting yang menentukan aliran dan proses keuangan di perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia dan teknologi adalah aset berharga yang harus diolah sebagai sumber daya perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi dan pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap sembilan karyawan dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji t. Temuan penelitian menyebutkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu pengendalian internal memiliki peran terhadap pembentukan variabel kinerja karyawan. Variabel sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan.

Abstract

Every company should try to develop the quality of human resources as the basic foundation for running the company's processes. In fact, only companies that pay attention to the quality of human resources can continue to survive business competition. The quality of human resources in the company is monitored through its behavior and job performance. One way to control employee behavior is through disciplinary programs. Besides that, it is also necessary to create a conducive working environment through good working communication among members of the organization. This study aims to analyze and discuss the effects of discipline and communication on job performance. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling method with total sampling technique. The population in this study is the community, with a total sample of 93 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 24.0 for Windows software. The results of the study show that discipline and communication have a significant positive effect on job performance.

Abstract

The need for space to carry out human activities is increasing day by day. One of them is for teaching and learning activities that require better classrooms. With the growth in the number of students, the need for classrooms cannot be avoided. Classroom construction is a form of labor-intensive construction work. To start construction activities, start by budgeting construction costs. Cost budgeting is required so that the contractor can provide information to the client regarding the required costs. This study aims to determine the budget for building classrooms. The study used the BOW method. The BOW method is considered sufficient because it makes the building labor intensive. The research was conducted on an area of ​​5 x 7 meters. The results showed that to build a classroom on vacant land, Rp. 74.567.534. Contractors strengthen foundation work such as concrete work, wall work, and floor work. These three jobs use higher construction costs.

Abstract

Industri konstruksi dengan jumlah pekerja yang relatif banyak menyebabkan munculnya tantangan keamanan, kesejahteraan dan produktivitas pekerja. Penyelesaian terkait produktivitas pekerja tentu membutuhkan beberapa faktor yang turut mendukungnya seperti stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan masa kerja. Oleh karena itu penelitian deskriptif ini akan menggambarkan masalah untuk mengembangkan produktivitas melalui pengamatan stres, lingkungan kerja, dan masa kerja. Studi dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan konstruksi berpusat di Jakarta dan tertuju pada salah satu proyek pengerjaan di Kota Malang. Ada 214 pekerja dijadikan responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hipotesis diuji setelah melakukan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari stres terhadap produktivitas pekerja konstruksi. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas pekerja konstruksi. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari masa kerja terhadap produktivitas pekerja konstruksi. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari stres, lingkungan kerja dan masa kerja kerja terhadap produktivitas pekerja konstruksi.

Abstract

. An appropriate marketing strategy is definitely needed by companies from small to large scale, there are no companies engaged in the property sector. This is because currently there are many similar property businesses with their respective attractiveness and advantages in the minds of the people. This study focuses on factors such as price, location and promotion. The method in this study is descriptive associative, namely analyzing the data by describing the data and knowing the relationship between variables. The research location is in Sidoarjo Regency. Samples were taken by accidential technique. There are 100 respondents involved in this study. Regression analysis for analysis uses SPSS version 26. This study proves that purchasing behavior is significantly affected by price partially. Location has a significant role in buying behavior. The role of promotion can significantly influence buying behavior. Likewise, buying behavior is influenced by price, location and promotion simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of environmental knowledge, quality of accessibility, attractiveness, and social media on the intention to return to an Eco Green Park tourist destination. The type of data used is primary data which is quantitative in nature. Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to tourists visiting Eco Green Park. Respondents amounted to 100 people. The collected data were analyzed using statistical methods such as multiple linear regression. The results showed that environmental knowledge and accessibility quality had a significant effect on the intention to return. Understanding of the environment and good accessibility experiences can influence tourists' perceptions of destinations. For the next result, attractiveness has a significant effect on the intention to visit again. The last shows significant results between social media and intention to revisit, because information and reviews spread on social media platforms can influence tourist perceptions and decisions.

Abstract

Organizational management applies the right strategy to be able to remain competitive with other competing organizations. The implementation of the strategy is not only about the benefits but also the performance of the organization. Organizational performance is one of the successes in market business competition. Company management implements strategies that can develop organizational performance by developing supporting aspects such as TQM and knowledge management. This research was conducted to determine the formation of organizational performance from TQM and knowledge management. This research was conducted at a company in Sidoarjo which is engaged in the manufacture of animal feed. The respondents obtained were employees from different divisions who were randomly selected except for the security and cleanliness division. In this study used a sample of 120 respondents. The data used will be analyzed using multiple linear regression. After processing the data, the results showed that there was a significant influence given by TQM on organizational performance. Data processing also proves that organizational performance is formed because of the significant influence given by knowledge management. Research also proves that TQM and knowledge management have an effect on the ups and downs of organizational performance together.

Abstract

The development of the times has brought society to a more modern direction, including in terms of beauty care. Therefore, it is not surprising to meet the community's need for this, more and more skincare clinics are found competing with each other to satisfy their consumers. With this phenomenon, this study was conducted to find out and prove that consumer satisfaction is caused by product quality and skincare prices. The explanatory research method was chosen for this study. The sample was obtained by accidental sampling technique so that there were 80 respondents. These 80 respondents met the criteria because they had visited and used products from one of the skincare clinics in Mojokerto City. This survey was conducted to observe and find out the opinions of consumers about their satisfaction based on product quality and price. This study requires primary data from 80 respondents, therefore the questions/statements in the questionnaire will be compiled. After data from 80 respondents have been collected and all meet the requirements, data tabulation, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test will be carried out using SPSS 26 for windows. It is known that the results of his research prove that product quality can have an effect on consumer satisfaction with significant results. Furthermore, for the price is also the same, can affect customer satisfaction significantly. It was also found that both (product quality and price) can affect consumer satisfaction with significant results.

Abstract

Retail business is a form of business that is increasingly popular among the public. Traditional retail business began to develop into a retail business that is processed with a more modern system. One of the retail businesses in Indonesia is Lotte Mart. Retail business in Indonesia continues to grow so that market competition emerges to increase customer loyalty. This study was conducted to determine the effect of lifestyle, physical environment, and price perception on customer loyalty. The population determined in this study are Lotte Mart customers who are in Surabaya City and Sidoarjo Regency. Researchers get 100 respondents obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data obtained through the questionnaire responses will be analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that lifestyle has an influence on the formation of customer loyalty. In addition, customer loyalty is also influenced by the physical environment. Price perception has been shown to have a significant effect on customer loyalty.
