Abstract

Employees are one of the company's assets to survive in the midst of competition so that improving the quality of employees and creating a conducive work environment is also needed. Currently, companies need employees who are committed to the company, but it requires a work environment that supports it. In this study, conducting research on company employees in Surabaya, purposive sampling technique is the choice for sampling with the results of the number of respondents obtained as many as 55 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for this research, which when concluded from the research results obtained that the work environment and organizational commitment affect employee satisfaction. Companies need to increase organizational commitment and create a conducive environment to increase employee satisfaction

Abstract

The quality of education is very dependent on the role of teachers in it because teachers are professional educators. Quality education processes and outcomes are also inseparable from teacher performance. Therefore, given the importance of this, various efforts are still being made to improve teacher performance such as self-discipline, self-concept and self-efficacy as will be discussed in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach by using the method of observation and questionnaire design. The population observed was 38 teachers, because the number was less than 100, the sample was determined using the census technique. The data were then tested for validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption test. In the end there is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26.0 program. The conclusion that self-discipline has a significant effect on improving teacher performance. Likewise, what happened to the independent variables of self-concept and self-efficacy also had a partial and significant influence on improving teacher performance. These three variables have a significant effect simultaneously on improving teacher performance.

Abstract

Every company needs to pay attention and regulate employee behavior in the workplace so that the stability of organizational life is maintained in a conducive manner. Various efforts have been made to achieve this, such as providing incentives. By paying attention to the adaptation of employees in the work environment based on years of service. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of tenure and incentives that shape employee work behavior. The selected population is all employees who work at a private bank branch office in Surabaya. All employees other than the leadership at the bank were sampled as many as 49 people. Regression analysis to answer the purpose of this study with the help of SPSS. The results obtained are the length of service and incentives together and individually proven to have a role to shape employee work behavior. The variable of tenure is more dominant in shaping employee work behavior.

Abstract

children are the successors of the family and the nation. In Kedung Jumputrejo Village, Sukodono Subdistrict, the development is very dense which requires the community to compete to continue living. This community service focuses on introducing the concept of trading to foster an entrepreneurial spirit. The main objective of this community service is to introduce the concept of trading to children or santri at TPQ Alif Lam Mim, Kedung Jumputrejo Village, Sukodono District with the aim of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. The strategy method in this community service is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The results of the service showed that there were children's characters who began to dare to express opinions in negotiations based on what they wanted to get and began to grow their interest in entrepreneurship which was reflected in their enthusiasm.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the economic sectors that have a significant impact on the country's economy. Especially in the digital era with the use of the internet which is quite massive among the community. However, this is not done by several culinary MSME players in Kepuhkiriman Village, Sidoarjo. This PKM activity is aimed at providing assistance to 15 culinary MSME players. The method used in this activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The implementation of PKM is carried out in four stages, namely, preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The results of the activity show that MSME players have successfully used digital marketing media and obtained orders through the content produced.

Abstract

The revitalization of Rowo Gempol Village's tourism potential through the development of directional infrastructure aims to improve accessibility and enhance the village's appeal as a tourist destination. The village's natural and cultural tourism potential has not been fully utilized due to the lack of supporting infrastructure, particularly clear and informative directional signs. Through this initiative, the PkM team, in collaboration with the local community, conducted site identification, designed and installed directional signs, and educated residents on the importance of maintaining and utilizing this infrastructure. Active community participation was key to the program's success, which is expected to broaden visitor access and positively impact the local economy. The results of this program indicate that the construction of directional infrastructure not only facilitates tourists in exploring the village but also strengthens Rowo Gempol Village's image as a well-organized tourist destination. Another positive impact is the increased awareness and sense of responsibility among the community in managing the village's tourism potential, along with new economic opportunities arising from the growth in tourist visits. This initiative successfully achieved its objectives and serves as a model that can be implemented in other villages with tourism potential hindered by inadequate supporting infrastructure.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan yang berada dalam suatu industri dan menghadapi persaingan harus memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. Hal ini mutlak diperlukan tidak hanya bagi perusahaan besar tetapi juga perusahaan kecil dan menengah untuk menjamin kelangsungan usaha. Bisnis akan terus berjalan jika perusahaan berhasil menciptakan keunggulan bersaing. Ini adalah kunci penting untuk memenangkan persaingan. Studi ini berusaha mengamati peran kedua strategi tersebut dalam membentuk keunggulan bersaing. Kajian difokuskan pada UMKM alas kaki di Desa Wedoro, Sidoarjo, Kecamatan Waru, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Dengan melibatkan beberapa pengusaha alas kaki sebagai sumber informasi untuk mencapai temuan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk memiliki peran yang nyata dalam membentuk keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how social media marketing, online customer engagement, and website quality on brand awareness. The method used is a survey with 100 active social media users as respondents who were taken by accident. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that social media marketing and website quality have a significant effect on brand awareness. The results of the study indicate that effective marketing strategies on social media, increasing online customer engagement, and good website quality can increase brand awareness. These findings provide important insights for companies to optimize their marketing approaches.

Abstract

Abstrak - Era sekarang, teknologi informasi dimanfaatkan sekali oleh semua perusahaan untuk memasarkan semua produknya dan teknologi informasi dapat menjadi hal yang dipersaingkan oleh antar perusahaan, sehingga antar perusahaan saling berlomba dan menjadi semakin memanasnya persaingan antar perusahaan. PT United Waru Biskuit Manufactory merupakan perusahaan yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang sesuai pada perkembangan zaman saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, kemasan, pengetahuan produk, kesadaran merek, dan reputasi perusahaan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen pada produk PT United Waru Biskuit Manufactory. Metode penelitian kuantitatif merupakan metode yang dipakai di penelitian ini. PT United Waru Biskuit Manufactory merupakan objek di penelitian ini. Data sekunder dan data primer yaitu sumber data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini. Accidental sampling merupakan pengambilan sampel yang dipakai di penelitian ini. Instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen (konsumen produk PT United Waru Biskuit Manufactory di Sidoarjo) merupakan sampel di penelitian ini. Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi memakai aplikasi SPSS versi 26 merupakan analisis data di penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu kepercayaan konsumen dapat dipengaruhi signifikan secara positif oleh media sosial, kemasan, pengetahuan produk, kesadaran merek, dan reputasi perusahaan pada produk PT United Waru Biskuit ManufactoryKata kunci: kepercayaan konsumen, media sosial, kemasan, pengetahuan produk, kesadaran merek, dan reputasi perusahaan.

Abstract

Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) perlu mengubah cara mereka memasarkan produk secara digital karena perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mendorong UMKM lokal, terutama perusahaan Tahu Kocek cabang Sedati, untuk berkembang melalui pelatihan digital marketing sebagai strategi branding yang relevan di era transformasi teknologi. Pengenalan media sosial, pembuatan konten kreatif, manajemen akun bisnis, dan strategi branding digital adalah semua materi yang dibahas dalam pelatihan ini. Observasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan interaktif, dan pendampingan secara langsung adalah metode implementasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha telah memahami pentingnya digital marketing dan strategi branding berbasis media digital dan perlahan mulai diterapkan. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan daya saing, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan menciptakan brand image Tahu Kocek cabang Sedati, sehingga mampu bersaing secara kompetitif. Diharapkan pelatihan ini akan mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi.
