Abstract

Karya musik “Tiwul” ini bercerita tentang sejarah komunitas alat musik tiup di universitas negri surabaya, yang digarap dalam jenis musik baru dalam idiom musik barat.  dengan gaya klasik barat dan menggunakan metode tinjauan Harmoni Musik. Berangkat dari fenomena munculnya komunitas baru yang mengusung instrument musik tiup sebagai dominasi karya musik ini, muncul ketertarikan dan mendorong komposer untuk mewujudkan sebuah konsep tentang fenomena tersebut ke dalam sebuah karya musik.Dalam mengerjakan karya musik ini, banyak ilmu harmoni yang dapat digunakan, namun dalam karya musik “Tiwul”, komposer menggunakan beberapa ilmu harmoni, seperti jenis akord triad,  dan extended chord dalam penggarapan harmoni musik karya tersebut.Karya musik berjudul Tiwul ini merupakan karya musik dengan formasi ensemble campuran. karya musik orisinil ini berdurasi selama 10 menit, dengan jumlah total birama 163. Karya ini diawali dengan solo alto saxophone selama 16 birama mengguknakan sukat 4/4, tempo adagio rubato, dan tanda mula dua mol (Bbmajor/gminor), Karya musik “Tiwul” ini memiliki empat bagian utama dengan pembuka dan penutup, bagian tersebut terdiri dari introduction, bagian 1, 2, 3, dan 4 sekaligus outroduction.Melalui karya musik “Tiwul” diharapkan mampu menjdai karya musik inspiratif  bagi mahasiswa dan  tidak menutup kemungkinan bagi masyarakat luas, karena bermusik dapat digunakan sebagai media komunikasi dengan cara yang berbeda sekaligus menyenangkan, selain itu diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan rasa apresiasi tinggi terhadap suatu karya seni khususnya dalam seni musik.Kata Kunci : tiwul, harmoni music,

Abstract

Gas rumah kaca (GRK) merupakan gas-gas yang terkumpul dan terakumulasi di atmosfer yang menyebabkan efek rumah kaca ( greenhouse effect ) sehingga menjadikan pemanasan global ( global warming ) dan perubahan iklim ( climate change ).). akibat negatif dari emisi GRK dan perubahan iklim menurut para ahli dan pengamat perubahan iklim global akan mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia di seluruh permukaan bumi di masa depan jika tidak segera dimitigasi. Isu perubahan iklim dan penanganan GRK menjadi topik yang sangat penting di dunia, sehingga pada tahun 2016 terciptalah kesepakatan Paris dimana hasil dari kesepakatan ini mengharuskan seluruh negara yang hadir termasuk Indonesia untuk berkontribusi secara aktif dalam melakukan mitigasi GRK dan perubahan iklim. Komitmen pemerintah Indonesia dalam melakukan penanganan GRK dan perubahan ditandai dengan diresmikannya isu perubahan iklim sebagai isu prioritas dalam RPJMN 2020-2024. Dalam pelaksanaannya pemerintah Indonesia telah mengalokasikan anggaran khusus dalam APBN dalam isu perubahan iklim dan penanganan GRK. Target pemerintah Indonesia dalam penurunan emisi GRK (NDC) hingga tahun 2030 membutuhkan dana sebesar Rp3.461 triliun atau setiap tahun memerlukan alokasi sebesar Rp 266,2 triliun. Pendanaan anggaran merupakan instrumen yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan program RAN/RAD-GRK demi tercapainya tujuan globalnol emisi pada tahun 2050.

Abstract

Currently, many production facilities are very concerned about the sustainability of their production processes. Generally, ICS users need suppliers to maintain production facilities, especially during the operation period. Therefore, response of supplier is important to recover the critical equipment of production facilities such as ICS in Indonesia. In this study, ORM (Operational Risk Management) was chosen as one of the independent variables along with Supplier Service Recovery to create customer satisfaction who do not have a service contract with the supplier. Strategy of suppliers is needed to find good after sales service. There is a research gap in this study between the expectations of ICS users and their Satisfaction without considering long-terms relationship and long term marketing /business plan. This is conducted using a quantitative approach. Data collection method is done by providing a list of questions and sent to users maintenance managers where are located with in Indonesia. The 20 questionnaires are developed according to each variable. The 5-point Likert scale is used. The tool of analyze is using the Structural Equation Model with the WarpPLS 7.0. approach. ORM is found to mediate the relationship between supplier service recovery and customer satisfaction but supplier service recovery will not give impact to customer satisfaction directly. The ORM and Supplier Service Recovery are proven to bring satisfaction to ICS customers.

Abstract

Safety is still the main menu in the implementation of transportation in Indonesia. It is the 11th goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In reality, this safety has not been fully achieved. Accidents still occur frequently in air, sea, land and rail transportation modes. Accidents at railroad crossings are still common, even involving young children. To mitigate this, the government is making efforts to improve safety at level crossings with several approaches, one of which is infrastructure development. This must also be supported by awareness and understanding of safety in transportation, especially trains. Not all people understand how to act safely at the station, inside the train, and at the crossing. For this reason, a comprehensive socialization of the railway safety campaign is needed to all levels of society. From the findings in the field, the understanding of teachers and kindergarten and elementary school students participating in education on railway safety both at the station, inside the train, and at level crossings based on the pre-test results is not too broad. Elementary school teachers had the highest average score of 60. In contrast, kindergarten students had the lowest average score of 12.72. In fact, many kindergarten children have never ridden a train. In addition, the impact of education on children's understanding of railroad safety both at the station, in the train, and at level crossings is very significant. The results of testing the difference in the average pre-test and post-test scores of participants with a paired T test showed that the test scores were different before and after education. So it can be concluded that education has an impact on the level of understanding of the participants.

Abstract

Idealnya setiap perusahaan di Indonesia harus menerapkan prinsip industri ramah lingkungan dengan konsep zero waste. Faktanya masih terdapat inkonsistensi dalam hal pengungkapan terkait CSR perusahaan pada Sustainbility Report perusahaan pertambangan nikel. Aktivitas industri pertambangan nikel menimbulkan dampak negatif yang sangat signifikan bagi lingkungan dan sosial. Dari permasalahan tersebut mengindikasikan lemahnya komitmen perusahaan industri pertambangan terhadap regulasi pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scooping review dengan analisis secara mendalam dari berbagai sumber dan referensi artikel dan jurnal-jurnal ilmiah secara menyeluruh. Tujuan dari metode ini untuk dapat menjawab pertanyaan penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi dari berbagai sumber artikel dan publikasi ilmiah untuk memberikan pemahaman secara komprehensif. Data yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber referensi akan dianalisis lebih lanjut untuk mencari best practice dari potensi penerapan akuntansi keberlanjutan pada aktivitas pertambangan nikel di Indonesia yang mendukung program hilirisasi nikel yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah serta memberikan saran kepada pemerintah sebagai regulator terkait permasalahan yang terjadi. Kata Kunci : Hilirisasi, Pelaporan Keberlanjutan, Akuntansi Keberlanjutan,GRI Abstract Ideally, every company in Indonesia must apply the principles of environmentally friendly industry with the concept of zero waste. In fact, there are still inconsistencies in disclosures related to company CSR in the Sustainability Report of nickel mining companies. Nickel mining industry activities have very significant negative impacts on the environment and society. These problems indicate the weak commitment of mining industry companies to government regulations. This research uses the scooping review method with in-depth analysis of various sources and reference articles and scientific journals as a whole. The aim of this method is to be able to answer research questions by collecting data and information from various sources of articles and scientific publications to provide a comprehensive understanding. Data obtained from various reference sources will be analyzed further to find best practices for the potential implementation of sustainability accounting in nickel mining activities in Indonesia which supports the nickel downstream program launched by the government as well as providing advice to the government as a regulator regarding the problems that occur. Abstract

Peningkatan soft skills dan jiwa kewirausahaan menjadi aspek krusial dalam menyiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi dunia kerja dan industri. Namun, metode pembelajaran konvensional sering kali kurang memberikan pengalaman praktis yang mendukung pengembangan keterampilan ini secara optimal. Wisata EdukasiPreneur merupakan pendekatan inovatif yang menggabungkan unsur edukasi dengan pengalaman langsung di lapangan, sehingga dapat menjadi solusi dalam pengembangan soft skills dan kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan soft skills dan kewirausahaan mahasiswa melalui implementasi program Wisata EdukasiPreneur di Ganesha LabPreneur (GLP) STIE Ganesha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak tiga puluh mahasiswa, yang dipilih berdasarkan partisipasi aktif mereka dalam program. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk data kualitatif dan statistik deskriptif untuk data kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, pemecahan masalah, serta kreativitas mahasiswa. Selain itu, pengalaman langsung dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan memberikan pemahaman mendalam terkait manajemen bisnis, inovasi, dan pemasaran. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi model bagi institusi pendidikan lain dalam merancang program serupa guna mendukung pengembangan soft skills dan kewirausahaan mahasiswa secara lebih efektif

Abstract

The development of the world of Islamic education in Indonesia also includes Islamic boarding schools, Hasyim Asy'ari Bangsri Jepara Islamic boarding school is one of the best Islamic boarding schools, to support the smooth teaching and learning, it is necessary to have adequate student facilities and facilities. This research aims to help fulfill the capacity of santri facilities and infrastructure at the Hasyim Asy'ari Bangsri Jepara Islamic boarding school. The building structure calculations were reviewed for dead loads, live loads and earthquake loads using the SAP 2000 program. The structural calculations carried out included roofs, floor plates, beams, columns, stairs, sloofs and foundations. The building planning location is Jl. Jepara-Bangsri No. 9, Krasak Bangsri, District. Bangsri, Kab. Jepara, Central Java 59452. From the structural planning, the roof structure is obtained with 2L steel trusses 50.50.7, floor plate 130 mm ∅ 12-100, beam B1 500x300 mm 10 D19, beam B2 400x250 mm 10 D19, column K1 500x500 mm 18 D19, column K2 400x400 mm 12 D19, ladder plate thickness 150 mm ∅ 12-150, sloof 500x300 mm 9 D19, pile cap foundation 160x160x60 mm, pile D30 cm 6 m long, with concrete quality (f'c) = 30 MPa, reinforcement quality (fy) = 400 MPa and (fy) = 240 MPa. The programs used are Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Autocad, SAP 2000, and SketchUp.

Abstract

The Baiturrahman Mosque is a PKM partner that facilitates the Isra Mi'raj which has been carried out for approximately 25 years. In this PKM activity, the team brought up a big topic, namely Building a Generation with Noble Morals: STIE Ganesha Social Service in Commemoration of the Isra Mi'raj of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. To support this topic, researchers evaluated the implementation of internal control of funds for Isra Mi'raj activities at the Baiturrahman Mosque using a qualitative descriptive implementation method.  In carrying out the evaluation, researchers collected data by means of observation and interviews. Primary data in the form of internal control of the receipt of funds for Isra Mi'raj activities was obtained through questions and answers with Mr. Ajat, Mr. Sugeng, and Mr. Sarkum as chairman and members of the Baiturrahman Mosque committee. Based on the data collected, researchers found that the implementation of internal control in the implementation of Isra Mi'raj activities at the Baiturrahman Mosque in 2024 still needs to be optimized.

Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) launched "Access by KAI," an updated version of their "KAI Access" train ticket booking app. This study assessed user satisfaction with the Access app using Webqual 4.0 dimensions: usability, information quality, and service interaction. Researchers surveyed 400 users, analyzing their responses descriptively. The findings indicate a very satisfied user base across all Webqual 4.0 dimensions. Information quality received the highest average score, followed by usability, and then service interaction. Overall customer satisfaction with the Access app was also very high, surpassing the scores of individual dimensions.
