The background of this research is the low entrepreneurial behavior of cosmetology training graduates at the Keja Rane Training Institute, which is suspected because the implementation of the training at the Keja Rane Training Institute in Padang City is not good. This study aims to reveal the description of the implementation of the training in the tying training at LPK Rane, the entrepreneurial behavior of graduates of the cosmetology training at LPK Rane, and reveal the relationship between the implementation of the training and the entrepreneurial behavior of training graduates at LPK Rane, Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were 32 cosmetology training graduates, while the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique of 78%, namely 25 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. And the technique used in data analysis is the percentage formula and the spearman rho formula correlation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of training in cosmetology training at LPK Rane is still relatively low, 2) entrepreneurial behavior of training graduates is low, 3) there is a significant relationship between training implementation and entrepreneurial behavior of cosmetology training graduates at LPK Rane Padang city.

The background to this research is the low learning outcomes of students studying economics in the package C learning program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar. This is thought to be due to the low emotional intelligence of students studying. This research aims to: 1) describe the description of the emotional intelligence of students studying package C at SKB 1 Tanah Datar, 2) describe the description of the learning outcomes of students studying economics in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar, 3) to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence residents study with the results of studying economics subjects in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar. This research was carried out with a correlational quantitative approach which aims to test the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes in economics subjects in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar consisting of 39 students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling and 80% were taken. namely 30 people studied and as many as 20% were used as trials, namely 9 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a statement list format as a data collection tool, the data analysis technique uses a percentage formula and to find correlations uses the Rank Order formula. The results of the research illustrate that: 1) the emotional intelligence of students studying in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar is categorized as low, 2) the learning outcomes for economic subjects in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar are categorized as low because many students' grades are below the KKM, and 3) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes in economics subjects in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pemberdayaan masy arakat di Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera yang diduga karena adanya pelatihan tanam jajar legowo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan penyadaran dan pembentukan perilaku sadar dan peduli masyarakat, untuk mengetahui tahapan transformasi wawasan dan pengetahuan dan untuk mengetahui tahapan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat. Jenis pene litian ini ialah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas subyek penelitian, yaitu warga masyarakat yang mengikuti pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo di Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, dan informan penelitian yaitu kepala Balai Pertanian, PP Survevisor, penyuluh Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera dan warga sekitar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta teknik keabsahan data hasil penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tanam padi di Balai Pertanian dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kecamatan Sutera, yaitu: (1) Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo di Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dilihat dari aspek penyadaran sangat bagus. Hal ini ditandai dengan jumlah peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo. (2) Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo di Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dilihat dari aspek transformasi wawasan dan pengetahuan sangat bagus. Hal ini ditandai dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan masyarakat saat mengikuti pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo. (3) Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo di Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dilihat dari aspek peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat sangat bagus. Hal ini ditandai dengan pendapatan hasil panen meningkatkan saat melakukan tanam padi jajar legowo

Penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya kreativitas guru PAUD di Kecamatan Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kurangnya motivasi berprestasi yang dimiliki oleh guru PAUD. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi berprestasi PAUD serta melihat hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kreativitas guru PAUD di Kecamatan Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Jumlah populasi 20 orang adalah guru PAUD, sedangkan sampelnya 15 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah rank order. Hasil penelitian ditemukan rendahnya motivasi berprestasi guru PAUD dan juga terlihat bahwa kreativitas guru PAUD termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kreativitas guru PAUD. Saran diharapkan kepala sekolah PAUD dapat mengadakan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas yang dimiliki oleh guru PAUD.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya rasa percaya diri remaja pada keluarga x di Desa Jalan Baru Petok Kecamatan Panti Selatan Kabupaten Pasaman. Hal ini terlihat dari kemampuannya dalam mengkoordinir rekan-rekannya dengan baik dalam kegiatan wirid remaja, aktif mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan selalu juara kelas dari SD hingga kelas IX. Tingginya rasa percaya diri tersebut disebabkan oleh pola asuh yang baik yang diterapkan oleh orang tua dalam keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengasuhan keluarga x pada anak remaja di Desa Jalan Baru Petok Kecamatan Panti Selatan Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua dan remaja keluarga X di Kelurahan Jalan Baru Petok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian teknik keabsahan data berupa triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: orang tua dalam keluarga X telah memperlakukan anaknya dengan baik, orang tua dalam keluarga X telah mendidik anaknya dengan baik, orang tua dalam keluarga X telah membimbing anaknya dengan baik, dan orang tua dalam keluarga X telah mendisiplinkan anaknya dengan baik.

This research is motivated by the uniqueness of LKP Proklamtor Padang in maintaining the quality of service in education as evidenced by the large number of students who go to Japan. . This study aims to describe the quality of education services at LKP Proklamator Padang from the dimensions of responsiveness, empathy, tangibles, and reliability. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data sources are instructors, Japanese language training participants and management staff of LKP Proklamator Padang. With data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research illustrate that: (1) the quality of educational services is seen from the dimensions of responsiveness between students and instructors who are open to each other in learning; (2) the quality of education services is seen from the dimensions of empathy the instructor gives attention, motivation, and good relations with students; (3) the quality of education services seen from the dimensions of physical evidence of instructors and students implementing health protocols and maintaining cleanliness and adequate facilities in learning; (4) the quality of education services is seen from the dimensions of instructor and student demands to apply rules, and apply justice to all students and instructors are responsible for reports on student learning outcomes.

This study is driven by the low levels of discipline of students in the learning process of TPQ / TQA Masjid Afdhal Padang City, this is thought to be due to the lack of parental attention to students. The purpose of this study is to determine parental attention, learning discipline, and the relationship between parental attention and learning discipline of TPQ / TQA Masjid Afdhal students in Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach of correlational type. The population in this study were TPQ / TQA students, in total 31 people. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. The sample was taken 80% of the population, which was 25 students. Data collection techniques using structured interviews. The data analysis technique uses the presentation formula and the Spearmen Rho correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Attention of parents of TPQ/TQA students is categorized as low; 2) The learning discipline of TPQ/TQA students is categorized as low; 3) There is a relationship between parental attention and the learning discipline of TPQ / TQA students at the Masjid Afdhal in Padang City. From the results of the study, researchers suggest that parents should pay more attention to optimizing students learning discipline such as guiding students in learning, supervising students in learning, giving rewards and punishments to students, meeting learning needs and creating a safe and comfortable learning atmosphere.

The investigation began with the academic performance of individuals taking the Indonesian Language Package B course at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera Padang City which was below standard. The educational tools used by teaching staff are thought to be less attractive for students enrolled in Package B. The aims of this research are: (1) to determine the characteristics of Indonesian language educational tools which include Padlet for Package B, (2) to evaluate the impact of Padlet educational tools on academic achievement and (3) evaluating the impact of using Padlet on the academic results of PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera Package B participants in Padang City. This research uses a quasi-experimental design and uses quantitative methods to find out whether the Padlet tool affects academic performance in the Indonesian language course for Package B residents at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera, Padang City. The aim of this research is the sample population, namely students studying package B class IX at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera, totaling 30 students. This research uses One Group Posttest True Experiment Design. The validity test of the test instrument was given to SIMA Mata Air High School students and 17 objective questions were obtained, to be tested as pre-test and post-test questions on Package B teaching residents at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera. The results of the research show that: (1) The application of the Padlet tool in the Package B Indonesian language course at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera is effective in improving student educational achievement. (2) Documentation of high academic results is proven through students' understanding and involvement in the content provided by the teacher. (3) There is a significant influence of the use of Padlet educational tools on individual academic achievement in Package B at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera Padang City as seen from the results of the T test analyzed using SPSS version 0.16, where the calculated r (0.390) exceeds the r table (0.361), and in the Correlation Test, t count (1.300) is below t table (2.050) at the significance level of 0.05 for n: 30.

The background of this research by the low entrepreneurial motivation of graduates participating in sewing training at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh, this was due to the self-confidence of the graduate participants. This research aims to reveal a picture of self-confidence, entrepreneurial motivation, and the relationship between self-confidence and entrepreneurial motivation of graduates of sewing training participants at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh. This research is a correlational type of quantitative research. The population in this study was 32 graduates participating in sewing training. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The sample was taken as 21% of the population, namely 25 graduates participating in sewing training. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses presentation formulas and the Sprearman Rho correlation formula. The results of this study show: 1) the self-confidence of sewing training graduates is relatively low; 2) the entrepreneurial motivation of sewing training participants is low; 3) there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and entrepreneurial motivation of graduates of sewing training participants at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh.Suggestions in this research are expected for graduate training participants. It is hoped that graduate participants will always try to raise their self-confidence and enthusiasm to be motivated in starting a business so that the skills and knowledge gained during the sewing training can be developed.Keywords: Self-confidence, Entrepreneurial Motivation

This research is based on the low level of student learning activity at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang. This is thought to be influenced by peer interactions. This research aims to: (1) see a picture of student peer interactions at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang; (2) see a picture of students' active learning at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang; (3) looking at the relationship between peer interactions and students' active learning at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research with a population of 30 people with samples using cluster random sampling techniques. This research shows the results, namely: (1) student peer interaction at TPQ Baiturahman is not going well; (2) student learning activities at TPQ Baiturahman are categorized as less active in the learning process; (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between peer interaction and student learning activeness at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang.
