<![CDATA[The background of this research is the low development of speech in children, this can be seen from the fact that there are still many children who have not said sorry after making a mistake, have not said thank you and have not used the word please when asking for help. This study aims to: “1) Describe parents' knowledge about stimulation in children aged 5 to 6 years in RW 03 Air Tawar Barat Village. 2) To describe the development of speech in early childhood in RW 03, Air Tawar Barat Village. 3) Knowing the relationship between parents' knowledge about early childhood stimulation and speech development in children aged 5-6 years in RW 03, Air Tawar Barat Village.” The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were mothers who had children aged 5-6 years in RW 03 Kelurahan Air Tawar Barat, totaling 56 people. Sampling used by researchers is Cluster Random Sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use percentage formulas and Product Moment. The results showed that: 1) The description of parents' knowledge about stimulation in RW 03 Kelurahan Air Tawar Barat was categorized as starting to develop. 2) An overview of the development of speech in children aged 5-6 years in RW 03 Kelurahan Air Tawar Barat is categorized as starting to develop well. 3) There is a significant relationship between parents' knowledge about stimulation and the development of speech in children aged 5-6 years in RW 03, Air Tawar Barat Village.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is the high learning difficulty of dressmaking students at the Modeste Dolly Women's Skills Institute, which is suspected to be due to the low learning motivation of students at the Modeste Dolly Women's Skills Institute, Bukittinggi City. This study aims to reveal an overview of the learning motivation of fashion design students, learning difficulties of fashion design students, and reveal the relationship between learning motivation and learning difficulties of fashion at the Modeste Dolly Women's Skills Institute, Bukittinggi City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were 45 fashion students, while the samples were taken using a 70% stratified random sampling technique, namely 32 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. And the technique used in data analysis is the percentage formula and product moment correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the learning motivation of dressmaking students is still relatively low; 2) the learning difficulties of dressmaking students are high; 3) there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning difficulties in fashion at the Modeste Dolly Women's Skills Institute Bukittinggi City. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of English training participants at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang. The aims of this research are to find out (1) to describe Andragogy Competence, (2) To describe the learning outcomes of English training participants at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang, (3) To see the relationship between Instructor Andragogy Competence and Learning Outcomes of English Training Participants. at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive correlational research. The population of this study was the participants of the English language training at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang, totaling 30 people and a sample of 65%, namely 20 people using the Stratifed Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and the tool used is a list of questions. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearmen Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Instructor Andragogy Competence at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang is categorized as low. 2) Learning outcomes of English training participants at LKP Hazika Education are still low. 3) there is a significant relationship between the relationship between the Instructor's Andragogy Competence and the Learning Outcomes of English Training Participants at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang. The suggestion of this research is to the managers of the course and training institutions to further improve the quality of learning in English language training. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the fact that the attendance of participants in the Nurul Haq Mosque Taklim activity in Maransi, Aia Pacah Village, Padang City 2021, is decreasing over time. This is presumably due to the less conducive learning environment. The purpose of this study is to see if there is a relevant relationship between the learning environment and the activeness of participants in the Nurul Haq Taklim Council activities in Maransi, Aia Pacah Village, Padang City 2021. This type of research is quantitative correlation. The population in this study were all 46 participants of the Taklim Mosque Nurul Haq Mosque in Maransi, Aia Pacah Village, Padang City 2021, with a sample size of 36 people. Swallowing data using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the proportion formula and the Product Moment correlation formula. The results of the study 1) the learning environment of activities is not conducive; 2) Low participant learning activity; 3) There is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the active learning of participants. <![CDATA[The fact that the participants were successful in reaching their objective of developing the participants' abilities and also their skills regarding soap-making activities. With the UPTD of Essential Oils in the City of Padang, which created a soap-making training program, it could help realize the wishes of the participants and achieve the implementation of the program provided by the institution. The teaching method is very influential in the delivery of material, so that participants can make soap products and market these products so that they can increase the economy of each participant. When conducting research, a qualitative methodology known as the case study method is used. The training participants who served as the study's subjects, the instructors, and the soap-making committee served as the study's informants. Utilized data collection methods comprise seeing, recording, and speaking with people. The methods of data analysis employed are data reduction, data display, and conclusion-making. Method triangulation and source triangulation are both used in the data validation process. The findings due to investigation show lest implementation of soap-making training at the UPTD Essential OilsThe conclusion is that; a) participants understand the terms and conditions provided by the UPTD. b) participants know the function and are able to use the equipment properly. c) participants understand each step in the soap-making process. d) participants saw directly the process of making soap using the demonstration method. e) participants master the material and succeed in making soap]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is the low entrepreneurial behavior of cosmetology training graduates at the Keja Rane Training Institute, which is suspected because the implementation of the training at the Keja Rane Training Institute in Padang City is not good. This study aims to reveal the description of the implementation of the training in the tying training at LPK Rane, the entrepreneurial behavior of graduates of the cosmetology training at LPK Rane, and reveal the relationship between the implementation of the training and the entrepreneurial behavior of training graduates at LPK Rane, Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were 32 cosmetology training graduates, while the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique of 78%, namely 25 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. And the technique used in data analysis is the percentage formula and the spearman rho formula correlation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of training in cosmetology training at LPK Rane is still relatively low, 2) entrepreneurial behavior of training graduates is low, 3) there is a significant relationship between training implementation and entrepreneurial behavior of cosmetology training graduates at LPK Rane Padang city.]]>

<![CDATA[The background to this research is the low learning outcomes of students studying economics in the package C learning program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar. This is thought to be due to the low emotional intelligence of students studying. This research aims to: 1) describe the description of the emotional intelligence of students studying package C at SKB 1 Tanah Datar, 2) describe the description of the learning outcomes of students studying economics in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar, 3) to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence residents study with the results of studying economics subjects in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar. This research was carried out with a correlational quantitative approach which aims to test the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes in economics subjects in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar consisting of 39 students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling and 80% were taken. namely 30 people studied and as many as 20% were used as trials, namely 9 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a statement list format as a data collection tool, the data analysis technique uses a percentage formula and to find correlations uses the Rank Order formula. The results of the research illustrate that: 1) the emotional intelligence of students studying in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar is categorized as low, 2) the learning outcomes for economic subjects in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar are categorized as low because many students' grades are below the KKM, and 3) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes in economics subjects in the package C program at SKB 1 Tanah Datar. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pemberdayaan masy arakat di Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera yang diduga karena adanya pelatihan tanam jajar legowo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan penyadaran dan pembentukan perilaku sadar dan peduli masyarakat, untuk mengetahui tahapan transformasi wawasan dan pengetahuan dan untuk mengetahui tahapan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat. Jenis pene litian ini ialah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas subyek penelitian, yaitu warga masyarakat yang mengikuti pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo di Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, dan informan penelitian yaitu kepala Balai Pertanian, PP Survevisor, penyuluh Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera dan warga sekitar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta teknik keabsahan data hasil penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tanam padi di Balai Pertanian dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kecamatan Sutera, yaitu: (1) Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo di Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dilihat dari aspek penyadaran sangat bagus. Hal ini ditandai dengan jumlah peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo. (2) Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo di Balai Pertanian Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dilihat dari aspek transformasi wawasan dan pengetahuan sangat bagus. Hal ini ditandai dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan masyarakat saat mengikuti pelatihan tanam padi jajar legowo. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya kreativitas guru PAUD di Kecamatan Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kurangnya motivasi berprestasi yang dimiliki oleh guru PAUD. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi berprestasi PAUD serta melihat hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kreativitas guru PAUD di Kecamatan Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Jumlah populasi 20 orang adalah guru PAUD, sedangkan sampelnya 15 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah rank order. Hasil penelitian ditemukan rendahnya motivasi berprestasi guru PAUD dan juga terlihat bahwa kreativitas guru PAUD termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kreativitas guru PAUD. Saran diharapkan kepala sekolah PAUD dapat mengadakan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas yang dimiliki oleh guru PAUD.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya rasa percaya diri remaja pada keluarga x di Desa Jalan Baru Petok Kecamatan Panti Selatan Kabupaten Pasaman. Hal ini terlihat dari kemampuannya dalam mengkoordinir rekan-rekannya dengan baik dalam kegiatan wirid remaja, aktif mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan selalu juara kelas dari SD hingga kelas IX. Tingginya rasa percaya diri tersebut disebabkan oleh pola asuh yang baik yang diterapkan oleh orang tua dalam keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengasuhan keluarga x pada anak remaja di Desa Jalan Baru Petok Kecamatan Panti Selatan Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua dan remaja keluarga X di Kelurahan Jalan Baru Petok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian teknik keabsahan data berupa triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: orang tua dalam keluarga X telah memperlakukan anaknya dengan baik, orang tua dalam keluarga X telah mendidik anaknya dengan baik, orang tua dalam keluarga X telah membimbing anaknya dengan baik, dan orang tua dalam keluarga X telah mendisiplinkan anaknya dengan baik.]]>
