Abstract

In the production process at KMH Co. Ltd. there are still many activities that are not ergonomic and which can repeatedly cause the risk of MSDs complaints and fatigue caused by work facilities that do not meet standards. This research uses quantitative data obtained from observations. The methods used are BRIEF Survey and PLIBEL Checklist. Starting with filling out the Nordic Body Map Questionnaire with the results of operator 2 having the highest score of 70. The results obtained by the BRIEF Survey factor were 2.8% for operator 2, while with an assessment using the PLIBEL Checklist it was obtained that 2 body parts were at risk of developing MSDs in the third operator on the sanding machine, namely the legs for operators 1 and 2 amounted to 92% and 84%, while for operator 3 on the lower back of the bag the figure reached 78%. So as a result of the recapitulation, there needs to be a complete overhaul of the facilities, namely increasing the length of the conveyor from 2m to 4m, increasing the height of the pallet bin from 2cm to 5cm, leaving the machine which previously had no support at a height of around 15cm.

Abstract

Manggihan Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, which is at the foot of Mount Merbabu, is close to the Kopeng tourist destination area. This village has a population that has professional business owners in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) category in the culinary sector which makes cracker rambak, processed dry food with various types of chips And processed catfish food. The problem faced in their business is that they do not yet have a product identity in the packaging such as sticker labels, packaging that attracts potential buyers, so the message of the product has not been conveyed. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and awareness for MSMEs about the importance of product packaging that attracts potential buyers thereby providing added value and competitive advantage for the products produced. The method used in this service is holding socialization activities on the importance of product branding, training, and assistance in making sticker labels and food product packaging design. In the mentoring process, a needs analysis is first carried out including the type of packaging material, packaging shape, packaging identity color, and product logo. It is hoped that the output targets that will be achieved through this program will help partner MSMEs increase the amount of income from sales by using new packaging and product logos designed in such a way that they are attractive to buyers. The product packaging and labels produced as the output of this activity can become an identity. a typical Manggihan Village product that differentiates it from similar products in other areas

Abstract

Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Susu Nusantara terletak di Kecamatan Getasan Kabupaten Semarang. Susu sapi yang ditampung dikoperasi ini diolah dengan cara didinginkan hingga mencapai suhu tertentu dan dikirim ke pabrik-pabrik susu dan restauran serta kafe. Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah adanya ketergantungan penerimaan susu oleh pabrik susu. Susu yang sudah dikirim ke pabrik susu dapat ditolak oleh pabrik susu dengan berbagai alasan. Untuk membawa susu, olahan setiap pengendara motor menggunakan tas keranjang yang terbuat dari kain tebal yang di letakan di belakang. Dengan menggunakan tas keranjang ini kurang praktis karena apabila pengendara akan mengisi bahan bakar maka tas keranjang harus diambil terlebih dahulu. Dengan perancangan rangka dudukan cool box portable ini perancangan rangka dudukan cool box portable agar memudahkan dalam menambah atau mengisi bahan bakar. pengembangan rangka dudukan tolbox portable dapat mengangkut susu lebih efektif, perancangan rangka dudukan pendingan yang dapat di copot atau cool box portable yang secara ergonomis serta agar memudahkan dalam menambah atau mengisi bahan bakar. Rangka dudukan cool box dapat di copot sehingga tidak mengganggu pengendara terutama saat harus menambah atau mengisi bahan bakar.

Abstract

The problem encountered by the Kenongo Sari Farmer Group in Purwosari Village, Sukorejo District, Kendal Regenc is the marketing aspect where coffee products for hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops were disrupted due to the effects of the Covid 19 Post Pandemic, where there was a decrease in turnover due to the closure of the coffee industry from upstream to downstream. In addition, the coffee produced by farmer groups located at the base of Prau Mount with a height of 1000 to 1400 MASL is less well known among Indonesian coffee connoisseurs, because the name Kenjur Coffee lacks promotion. Therefore this community service activity is carried out to promote and elevate the potential of Kenjur Cofee through the preparation of a digital marketing strategy. The method used is business assistance in creating social media, product branding, and conducting training for members. From the results of this 6-month assistance, it was obtained that there was a change in the mindset of business owners in implementing digital technology, having digital skills, and having media for promotion and marketing: Instagram social media, Google My Business, new logo, and new packaging. In the future, it is hoped that community service partners can increase turnover and have a wider range of product marketing

Abstract

Ekstraksi fitur, juga dikenal sebagai ekstraksi fitur, adalah proses mengubah data mentah menjadi representasi yang lebih ringkas dan berguna yang dapat digunakan untuk analisis atau pemodelan lebih lanjut. Ini dilakukan pada tahap preprocessing sebelum masuk ke tahap analisis atau pemodelan. Pewarnaan alami dari berbagai tanaman yang menghasilkan warna tanin setelah pencelupan dikumpulkan menjadi satu alur gradasi warna yang berkaitan dengan susunan derajat atau peningkatan, peralihan warna dari satu warna ke warna lain. Variasi dalam alur ini dipengaruhi oleh jenis tanaman, lama pencelupan, jenis fiksasi yang digunakan, jenis kain, dan lokasi tanaman yang dijadikan sampel.Metode ekstraksi fitur dengan Matriks Co-Occurrence Level Gray (GLCM) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi gradasi warna yang dihasilkan oleh pewarnaan pada daun Ketapang. Proses ekstraksi fitur tekstur dari gambar tanaman Ketapang menggunakan matriks GLCM digunakan untuk menganalisis dan memahami pola warna alami tanaman Ketapang di berbagai lokasi geografis. Untuk menggambarkan dan mengukur pola warna alami tanaman Ketapang, Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) adalah representasi statistik dari distribusi spasial intensitas piksel dalam citra, yang mengukur frekuensi kemunculan pasangan intensitas piksel yang berdekatan dan memberikan informasi tentang tekstur citra

Abstract

Located in Getasan subdistrict, Semarang district, Manggihan village has 506 families. Most of the population works as farmers, cattle breeders and entrepreneurs. The problem faced is that micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) cannot market their products widely. The superior products are mushroom chips, onion crackers and processed catfish. Marketing of these products experienced a decline in turnover during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The solution to this problem is to provide MSME partners who are affected by the pandemic through digital marketing assistance. Empowerment through this assistance involves various elements: academics (Lecturers, Unisbank Semarang Students), government (Semarang Village and Regency Government), business (farmers, MSMEs, digital marketing providers). The method used to solve this problem uses business assistance through digital marketing training with social media, creating market place accounts, logo branding and etiquette. The output target that partner MSMEs want to achieve is helping increase turnover through post-pandemic digital marketing and strengthening product branding and expanding markets

Abstract

Desa Colo Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus merupakan sentra budidaya tanaman Parijoto (Medinella Speciosa Blume) buah endemik yang banyak tumbuh di lereng Gunung Muria pada ketingggian 900-1200 mdpl. Mitra pengabdian adalah Kelompok Tani Parijotho Muria Kudus yang membudidayakan buah parijoto hingga pengolahan hasil panen. Dalam proses produksi dan budi dayanya kelompok ini dihadapkan pada permasalahan rendahnya produktivitas pengolahan hasil panen dan keseragaman mutu produk yang tidak sama karena belum memiliki standar mutu. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena alat produksi dan pemrosesannya masih menggunakan cara yang sederhana dan manual karena keterbatasan sumber daya. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah rekayasa ulang proses bisnis dalam bentuk diseminasi hasil penelitian dosen berupa pemanfaatan alat produksi cerdas berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) salah satunya adalah mesin pengering buah parijoto yang menggunakan sistem arduino dengan tujuan agar petani meningkatkan produktivitasnya dalam mengolah hasil panen. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan sosialisasi pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi cerdas dalam proses pengolahan hasil panen, paska pengabdian masyarakat petani memiliki peningkatan level keberdayaan mitra dari sisi aspek produksi, manajemen dan sosial kemasyarakatan berupa meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan. Penerapan teknologi cerdas pada alat produksi memberikan dampak signifikan berupa: pemanfaatan alat pengering berteknologi IoT, terjadi kenaikan pasokan bahan baku dari semula 50% menjadi 70 %, produktivitas meningkat dari 10 liter per hari menjadi 15 liter per hari. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan mutu produk hasil panen melalui standarisasi mutu dan proses produksi.

Abstract

The Kreasi Karya Mandiri Women's Farmers Group (KWT) is a pumpkin cultivator in Bulung Cangkring Village, Jekulo District, Kudus Regency, with 12 members. They supply fresh pumpkin flour to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that produce Pumpkin Flour. The problem is that when drying pumpkin flour ingredients it still depends on sunlight, where during the dry season the drying can be optimal, but on the other hand, during the rainy season the sunlight is uncertain. Apart from that, drying in the sun is very unhygienic because the air is in the open and from a safety perspective food is very unsupportive. This service aims to 1. Assist in the application of appropriate technology in the form of a dryer equipped with an automatic controller. 2. Provide knowledge to members about the importance of increasing business productivity and product hygiene. Methods used: face-to-face training and socialization about The role of artificial intelligence in the agricultural sector. It is hoped that the results of this activity will allow KWT members to understand and understand the importance of implementing the Internet of Things (IoT).

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan penggunaan teknologi chatbot AI kepada para guru sekolah minggu Gereja Kristen Jawa, Banyumanik, Semarang. Guru sekolah minggu dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk menyampaikan cerita atau kisah di dalam Alkitab secara menarik bagi anak-anak sekolah minggu, sehingga mereka bisa lebih mudah memahami cerita dan pesan tersebut. Tim PKM melihat potensi pemanfaatan chatbot AI yang sedang berkembang pesat, antara lain ChatGPT, Gemini, dan Popai-Pro, untuk membuat gambar ilustrasi cerita melalui pendampingan dan praktik kepada guru sekolah minggu. Teknologi ini dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi cerita dengan gambar ilustrasi yang lebih menarik.

Abstract

The milk packaging table at CV Memory Susu Nusantara Semarang city is still sober. There are many weaknesses in working manually that cause work to slow down and get tired quickly. Adding facilities to the milk production process at CV Memory Susu Nusantara Semarang city in the form of a milk packaging table that makes it easier to work. The plan uses anthropometric methods with a sample of employees and the surrounding community with a total of 30 people as the size. The measurements used are hand reach forward, hip height, standing shoulder height and shoulder width. The research produced a table size according to anthropometric data, namely table height 80 cm, table area width 50 cm, reach length to the table 60 cm, seat height to the table 46 cm. It can be concluded that later with the packaging table facility workers are more comfortable at work, besides that it is more effective than the previous traditional way.
