Abstract

The development of motor skills and the students' ability to concentrate are necessary, especially for elementary, junior, and high school. There are several ways to achieve this, including sports. Sports that have been proven to significantly improve students' motor skills and concentration are bocce and goalball. Initially, bocce and goalball were designed for people with disabilities, but because of their extraordinary benefits, they are designed for all groups. However, most physical education teachers still lack understanding of the rules of these sports, especially in Cibuaya District - Karawang Regency. Based on the condition analysis, only about 42.63% of the physical education teachers in these area know the rules of bocce and goalball sports. Therefore, further socialization on bocce and goalball sports is needed. The aim of this activity is to make all teachers know the rules of bocce and goalball. The results of this activity will certainly lead to an increase in the students' skills, both motor skills and concentration. Furthermore, after this service activity, information was obtained that 100% of the physical education teachers who participated in the socialization understood the bocce and goalball games and were ready to apply them in their respective schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan Siswa Tentang Permainan Bulutangkis Kelas VIII Di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Baru Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 218 siswa dengan teknik probability sampling yang mengacu pada metode simple random sampling, serta menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Tingkat Pengetahuan Siswa Tentang Permainan Bulutangkis Kelas VIII Di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Baru Kabupaten Karawang termasuk ke dalam kategori “cukup” dengan skor rata-rata (mean) 17, meliputi 4 kategori diantaranya yaitu, Pengertian dan Manfaat, Teknik Dasar, Sejarah, dan Peraturan. Dengan uraian sebagai berikut: “Pengertian dan Manfaat” sebesar 27%, “Teknik Dasar” sebesar 51%, “Sejarah” sebesar 13%, dan “Peraturan” 9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya keterampilan salah satu teknik dasar dalam bulutangkis terutama dalam pukulan Forehand Overhead Lob dalam melakukan pukulan tersebut siswa merasa kesulitan, Sehingga menghambat dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tactical Games Model Terhadap Kemampuan Teknik Dasar Forehand Overhead Lob dalam Kegiatan Ekstrakulikuler Bulutangkis Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Klari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Grup Pretest Posttest Design. Penelitian ini menggunakan sample 20 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler bulutangkis di SMP Negeri 1 Klari. Dengan menggunakan instrument Penilaian berupa test Frech Clear Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi = 0,002 nilai sig. (2tailed) < 0,05, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan untuk kemapuan teknik dasar forehand overhead lob data pretest dan posttest. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rata-rata nilai sebelum perlakuan dengan rata-rata nilai sesudah perlakuan. Dalam penelitian ini Tactical Games Model mempunyai nilai signifikansi serta terdapat pengaruh dengan peningkatan persentasi sebesar 22,46% dengan nilai mean pretest senilai 58,30 dan jumlah mean posttest dengan nilai 71,40.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran peer teaching terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak dasar dalam pembelajaran sepak bola siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Karawang Barat. Latar belakang penelitian ini berawal dari hasil observasi yang menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran PJOK masih didominasi oleh metode ceramah dan komando, sehingga siswa kurang aktif dan belum menguasai teknik dasar sepak bola dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Model peer teaching diterapkan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa saling belajar antar teman sebaya, sehingga menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih aktif, kolaboratif, dan menyenangkan. Teknik dasar yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi passing, dribbling, shooting, dan heading. yaitu untuk gerak dasar Passing mendapatkan hasil mean pretest = 45.80 sedangkan mean posttest lebih besar = 67.80. Untuk gerak dasar Shooting mendapatkan hasil mean pretest = 49.08 sedangkan mean posttest lebih besar = 70.16. Untuk gerak dasar dribble mendapatkan hasil mean pretest = 46.52 sedangkan mean posttest lebih besar = 67.25. Untuk gerak dasar Heading mendapatkan hasil mean pretest = 51.16 sedangkan mean posttest lebih besar = 71.73. Dapat disimpulkan dari hasil perhitungan statistik deskriptif pada mean pretest dan posttest mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu nilai Passing = 22, nilai shooting = 21,08, nilai dribble = 20,73, dan nilai heading = 20,57. Yang hasil perhitungan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh dari nilai signifikansi yang kurang dari taraf signifikan yaitu 0,000 < 0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rata-rata nilai sebelum perlakuan dengan rata-rata nilai sesudah perlakuan, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Peer Teaching memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak dasar permainan sepak bola.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach, with experimental research methods. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the Inquiry Learning Model Affects the Cognitive Learning Outcomes of PJOK at SMP Negeri 1 Karawang Barat. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 West Karawang. The population of this study is class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 West Karawang which totals 480 people. The sample used in this study was Cluster Random Sampling, after being drawn, the sample in the study was class VIII B which amounted to 30 people, VIII F 30 people and VIII A 23 people with a total sample of 83 people. The form of research design uses a one-group pre-test-postest design. This research instrument uses multiple-choice test instruments. The results of this study were that the average before and after treatment increased, namely the mean pre-test was 62.12 to the mean post-test 67.13. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test calculation of the paired t-test test with the data obtained from this study were a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there was an influence of the pre-treatment value with the average value after treatment. It can be concluded that the Inquiry learning model can affect the cognitive learning outcomes of PJOK at SMP Negeri 1 West Karawang.

Abstract

Mastery of basic motor skills such as throwing, catching, and hitting in baseball is often low among students, presumably due to the use of teaching methods that do not actively engage students. This study aims to examine the effect of the problem-based learning (PBL) model on improving these basic motor skills. The research method used a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 30 ninth-grade students at Tunas Dharma Junior High School were selected as samples using purposive sampling. The research instrument was a motor skills test that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity) and hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample t-Test. The results showed a significant increase in all three aspects of skill. The average score increased from 66.63 to 74.50 for throwing, 71.47 to 77.57 for catching, and 71.47 to 77.07 for hitting. The statistical test results reinforced these findings with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) for all variables. The research conclusion proves that the PBL model has a positive and significant effect on improving students' motor skills in baseball learning, making it a viable alternative learning strategy in physical education.
