Abstract

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan adalah lembaga pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan menyajikan data statistik di wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. BPS menyediakan berbagai informasi statistik yang mencakup aspek-aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan demografi yang penting untuk perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan di tingkat regional dan nasional. Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, tata kelola teknologi informasi merupakan aspek yang penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional bagi organisasi atau instansi pemerintah. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, sebagai instansi pemerintah juga menghadapi kebutuhan untuk memiliki tata kelola teknologi informasi yang tangguh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang tata kelola teknologi informasi yang responsif menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019, yang diakui secara internasional sebagai standar terbaik dalam pengelolaan teknologi informasi. Kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 memberikan pendekatan komprehensif untuk memastikan bahwa inisiatif teknologi informasi sejalan dengan tujuan organisasi. Dengan menerapkan COBIT 2019, BPS Sumatera Selatan dapat menciptakan keselarasan antara strategi teknologi informasi dan misi organisasi, sekaligus memastikan bahwa investasi teknologi informasi memberikan nilai tambah bagi stakeholder. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk merancang tata kelola teknologi informasi di BPS Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner berbasis kerangka kerja COBIT 2019

Abstract

Pada era digital teknologi semakin berkembang, termasuk di sektor pertanian. AgroScan adalah aplikasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang dirancang untuk membantu petani dalam mendiagnosis penyakit tanaman melalui analisis gambar daun. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi tindakan yang tepat guna mencegah kerugian akibat penyakit. Namun, aplikasi ini belum terukur tingkat kegunaannya secara komprehensif, yang menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penggunaannya. Tanpa evaluasi kegunaan yang memadai, efektivitas aplikasi ini dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan oleh petani dapat terhambat. Masalah yang dihadapi termasuk kesulitan navigasi antarmuka, akurasi analisis yang tidak konsisten, dan fitur yang kurang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability aplikasi AgroScan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS), yang memberikan gambaran mengenai kemudahan penggunaan, efektivitas, dan kepuasan pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei SUS yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan untuk mengumpulkan data dari pengguna aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 51,8, yang tergolong dalam kategori “OK.” Meskipun aplikasi ini menunjukkan potensi besar, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masih diperlukan perbaikan pada antarmuka, akurasi analisis, dan fitur tambahan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penggunaan aplikasi oleh petani

Abstract

The aim of this research is to carry out load testing using the load testing method with the Apache Jmeter tool on the ACTS application for the Palembang transportation service and how optimal the load time is for the main function of the ACTS application. The data collection technique used is qualitative which contains how well the ACTS application performs. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The loading time obtained from the test results is then compared with the test target to find out how optimal the loading time of the ACTS application is. From the testing, the results obtained were that the average loading time of the ACTS application when the service was used, which was represented by the first scenario, namely 1.3 seconds and the second, namely 2.1 seconds, had met the test target, namely under 3 seconds. As for the results based on the third scenario which represents service conditions used with twice the user load, an average loading time of 4.2 seconds was obtained, which does not meet the test target. So it can be concluded that the ACTS application has worked optimally when the service is used but improvements still need to be made if the service is used by more than 650 users simultaneously.Keywords: Load Testing, Website, Apache Jmeter, Load Time, Website Application

Abstract

Information technology (IT) governance is an alignment practice that is tailored to the company's goals, so that it can help the company compete with other competitors. The implementation of IT based on the COBIT 2019 framework is intended to help improve the success of the company's performance. In the current industrial era, many advances have occurred, such as the emergence of online stores that have a high level of competitiveness, including the corporate sector. So that the problems identified in the company CV Ifadadah Daya Bersama are still carrying out company activities traditionally by not implementing a comprehensive IT governance evaluation, so there are problems in managing internal ordering information and inventory data. The analysis is carried out based on the system of online company activities by adopting COBIT 2019.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk mengadaptasi solusi digital yang efektif, terkhusus pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi dan layanan komputer, sistem stock barang tentu menjadi hal yang sangat penting sehingga perlu sebuah rancangan sebuah sistem untuk merealisasikan hal tersebut, termasuk dalam desain antarmuka (User Interface) dan pengalaman pengguna (User eXperience). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain UI/UX pada Sistem Pendataan Stock Barang Pada Eka Jaya Komputer dengan menggunakan metode User-Centered Design. Metode ini dipilih karena menitikberatkan pada kebutuhan, preferensi, dan ekspektasi pengguna dalam setiap tahap pengembangan desain. Proses perancangan melibatkan beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari analisis pengguna, pembuatan user persona, identifikasi pain points, perancangan information architecture, user flow, hingga pembuatan wireframe dan prototyping. Pengujian usability dilakukan menggunakan evaluasi dari Aplikasi yaitu bernama Maze Version – Testing Test, yang menghasilkan skor kepuasan pengguna sebesar 94% dengan hanya 9 kesalahan (of block) dari 17 responden yang dihadirkan. Hasil penelitian ini tentunya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode UCD pada Sistem Pendataan Stock Barang Pada Eka Jaya Komputer dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas interaksi pengguna dengan sistem yang telah di bangun, serta menghasilkan desain UI/UX yang lebih intuitif dan responsif.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran dan daya saing produk UMKM, khususnya Amaliz Cake, melalui penerapan branding produk dan digital marketing. Metode pelaksanaannya melibatkan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi informasi. Temuan dari kegiatan ini mencakup partisipasi 30 peserta, yang mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam branding produk, desain produk, dan strategi pemasaran digital. Peserta juga mendapatkan manfaat langsung berupa kemampuan baru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran produk. Kesimpulannya, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam program ini memberikan dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan produk UMKM, serta memperkuat kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian lokal.

Abstract

The Sungai Duren Community Health Center (Puskesmas), located in Muara Enim Regency, provides essential maternal and child health services. Currently, patient registration and data management are conducted manually using patient data books, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and data loss. This research aims to develop a UI/UX mobile application that enhances maternal and child health services at the health center. The study employs the Design Sprint 2.0 methodology, a rapid, iterative, and user-centered design approach consisting of five stages: Understand, Define, Decide, Prototype, and Test. The design of the application was created using Figma, and its effectiveness was evaluated through usability testing, using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Net Promoter Score (NPS). The results of the study show that the application improves operational efficiency, enhances user satisfaction, and provides better access to health data, demonstrating the potential for scalable and replicable solutions in rural and underserved healthcare settings.

Abstract

Assessing oil palm fruit ripeness is essential for optimizing harvest timing and maximizing market value. In many developing regions, harvesting is still performed every 10–15 days through manual visual inspection, a process prone to human error that often causes premature harvesting and reduces selling value by up to 50%. This study explores deep learning-based object detection for automatic classification of oil palm fruit bunches. A dataset of 4,578 annotated high-resolution images was prepared and categorized into six ripeness classes: Empty, Immature, Underripe, Abnormal, Ripe, and Overripe. Two advanced detection models, YOLOv8s and Faster R-CNN with a ResNet-50 backbone, were evaluated under identical conditions using precision, recall, and mean Average Precision (mAP) metrics. YOLOv8s achieved precision and recall above 99%, with a mAP 0.5:0.95 of 0.9254, demonstrating strong reliability and efficiency for real-time use. Faster R-CNN achieved a higher mAP 0.5 of 0.9964, indicating superior localization accuracy but slower computation. Overall, YOLOv8s provides a better trade-off between accuracy and speed, making it more practical for automated harvesting. This research supports precision agriculture by emphasizing AI-driven solutions that improve productivity, minimize losses, and promote sustainable palm oil management.

Abstract

Website is the main choice of learning web programming for a beginner, with the website can facilitate the learning process. The website used to learn programming tutorials is W3schools. W3schools is a web engineer data website, with instructional exercises and references connected with web improvement subjects like HTMLS, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and Jquery. The webpage gives a reference guide that covers numerous ascept of web programming. This website there are many categories of tutorials to choose from but there are some users who do not really understand the feature contained in the W3schools website. Website usability according to Nielsen is learnbility, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction High convenience on site, for example, W3schools is capable draw in light of a legitimate concern for clients on the grounds that the utilization of the site is thought of as simple. The consequence of this paper are as quality investigation and ease of of W3schools of W3schools website based on the perception of various people who use W3schools website, so as to help W3schools website developers to improve the website that can provide satisfactions for its users.

Abstract

Abstract Flooding is the most prevalent disaster that often occurs, flooding occurs due to an increase in water levels in flood-prone areas such as rivers, creeks, swamps and seas that can no longer be dammed which results in overflowing water, in controlling the increase in water levels, a technology is needed that is able to minimize casualties and property. So, the purpose of this research is to create a technology or monitoring tool for water level rise that can be monitored through an Android smartphone where the use of this system will make it easier for the community and local authorities to monitor real-time water level rise. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) research methodology and data is managed and taken through observation, literature study and validation methods. This system uses the HCSR-04 ultrasonic sensor as a sensor and ESP32 as a microcontroller, as an output result, the data will be in the form of two visualizations, namely real-time graphs and tables and notifications via email. The results of the tool system output are built based on progressive web app through Laravel PHP.
