Abstract

One of the goals of Islamic education is to form the personality of students who have mercy. Ahlak and one’s behavior is a reflection of the knowledge and knowledge that can be obtained, therefore with the development of time, science and technology it has become an obligation for educators and educators to always be able to apply the knowledge and knowledge that has been obtained in everyday life . Absolute education or character education, in practice is not easy to implement. Because one’s actions or actions are influenced by the mindset and the accompanying environment, therefore in the Zainul Hasan Islamic Boarding School educational institution Genggong Probolinggo in the learning process develops and manages how the religious culture of Satlogi Santri and 9 Budi Utama santri can always be formed in the character of students even though not the students or students who do not live in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The linguistic study of D. Zawawi Imron's poetry provides a lot of inspiration from each work that can be known by the wider community. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of semantic aspects in the form of phonology, range, metaphor, and diction of D. Zawawi Imron's poetry works that have been published and circulated in the community. For the research method used in semantic studies, we need to adopt an approach that focuses on meaning, both lexically (literal sense) and contextually (meaning that develops in the context of poetry). Semantics in the study of poetry is not only about understanding the meaning of words, but also how that meaning is shaped by the context, structure, and choice of language used by the poet to convey the message. The result of this study is to determine the influence of word choice diction, metaphor, and phonology from D. Zawawi Imron's poetry works which can be studied in analyzing word choice in literary works that will be analyzed and reveal the meaning of the connotation and diction of the language that has been chosen. .

Abstract

Al Miftah Biro Islamic Boarding School has taken significant steps in responding to the demands of globalization through technology-based educational innovation, especially by establishing a multimedia training center. This study aims to explore how the implementation of a multimedia training center can improve the quality of alumni of Islamic boarding schools in facing the challenges of an increasingly digital world of work. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a case study at Al Miftah Biro Islamic Boarding School, which identifies adaptive Islamic education management in managing a multimedia training center. This training program aims to develop technical skills, such as graphic design, video editing, and digital content management, accompanied by character formation based on Islamic values. The results of the study indicate that with careful planning and implementation, the multimedia training center is able to improve the technical skills and competitiveness of alumni in the professional world. In addition, evaluations from training participants showed an increase in collaboration, creativity, and readiness to work in the multimedia industry. These findings prove that the integration of technology in Islamic education not only enriches the curriculum but also provides opportunities for students to adapt to developments in the era and achieve success in an increasingly digital-based world of work

Abstract

Intra-school/Madrasah Student Organizations are essential to students' learning and practicing organizing and working together. The success of an organization cannot be separated from the role of a leader. Therefore, leadership is a discussion that continues to develop. Community service activities (PKM) were carried out by a team of MPI study program lecturers at Zainul Hasan Genggong Genggong Probolinggo Islamic University, and students were part of a collaboration program with the MTs Badridduja Kraksaan Probolinggo institution. This PKM aims to ensure OSIM administrators improve their organization, starting with leadership, organization, self-development, and problem-solving. Mentoring activities are integrated with implementing the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) activities. In P5, there is also the formation of the character of critical reasoning, creativity, independence, faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character, working together and having global diversity. The results of this activity were very significant in the changes obtained; students had more integrity, Discipline, and responsibility and could communicate and collaborate well.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of character education management in shaping students with good character at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 2 Mojolegi. Character education management is directed at developing students' moral values, ethics, and spirituality to build good character and noble character. A qualitative approach was used in this study with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Respondents consisted of teachers, school staff, and students of Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 2 Mojolegi. Data analysis was conducted through a process of data reduction, display, and verification. The research findings show that character education management in the madrasah involves extracurricular activities, academic coaching and strengthening religious values in the curriculum. In addition, collaboration between teachers, parents and the community is the main key in creating an educational environment that supports student character building. The results of this study are expected to provide input for education stakeholders in improving the effectiveness of character education management at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 2 Mojolegi as well as in other educational institutions. Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of Transformational Leadership Style in Pondok Darut Tauhid by utilizing all aspects of life in the pesantren. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques used, namely documentation, interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership in Darut Tauhid boarding school must be based on several principles, namely: First Idealized Influence where the leader is able to influence all human resources within the scope of the pesantren, Second Inspirational Motivation is shown by the ability to motivate students and asatidz in carrying out responsibilities. Third, Innovation is a change that continues and will continue to be made towards something better. Fourth, Pioneer as a figure who is able to take risks on things that do not yet exist within the scope of the pesantren. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and the development of science and technology (IPTEK), Islamic boarding schools are also required to further improve their quality, both in the religious, intellectual and life skills fields, so that the existence of Islamic boarding schools remains strong. Apart from that, with the assumption that not all Islamic boarding school graduates will become ulama or kiai, and choose employment in the field of religion, then other skills such as educational skills and skills which are part of life skills need to be given to the students before the students enter the field. in the midst of real society. The aim of this research is to determine the management strategy for computer-based madrasas and Islamic boarding schools at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong. This type of research is qualitative research. Meanwhile, the researcher's data collection methods used observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on the data obtained after conducting research and analyzing all the data obtained by researchers, it can be found that Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong also keeps up with current developments, especially in the field of technology, but the Madrasah does not eliminate Islamic boarding school customs. Abstract

A special program for students with exceptional intelligence and talents is implemented to provide education services tailored to students' needs, as well as to create innovation and motivation. This research aims to analyze curriculum management practices in the speed ta'lim program at MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong. A qualitative approach is used in this research through data collection via interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that curriculum management at MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong is supported by systematic and planned management of various aspects, including planning, implementation, evaluation, and adjustment. The semester credit-based curriculum provides flexibility in planning learning programs, allowing adjustments to students' needs and curriculum developments periodically. Based on observation results, this research has been conducted in accordance with several predetermined requirements and conditions. The program implementation has met established standards, demonstrating suitability in providing education services oriented towards the needs of students with exceptional intelligence and talents. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for the development of similar programs in other educational institutions, as well as significant contributions to improving the quality of education for talented students.

Abstract

This research wants to explain how Chromebook learning management improves student learning achievement at Ma'arif Kraksaan Middle School. The aim of this research is to provide information regarding planning, implementation and evaluation of learning to improve student learning achievement using Chromebook media. The theory used in this data analysis is the Huberman & Miles theory which uses the method of drawing conclusions and presenting data. Qualitative methods were used in this research. The informants for this research consisted of school principals and teachers who were teaching staff at Ma'arif Kraksaan Middle School. The data collection method uses interviews, observation and document analysis to obtain valid data about Chromebook learning management to improve student achievement at Ma'arif Kraksaan Middle School. The results obtained are that students' level of understanding continues to increase regarding Chromebook devices as a learning medium at Ma'arif Kraksaan Middle School. From this level of understanding, it can improve student learning achievement in class.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen stres dan ketahanan keluarga di Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah laki-laki dan perempuan yang sudah menikah dengan umur 21-60 tahun yang berdomisili di Provinsi Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling berupa accidental sampling. Responden berjumlah 111 orang yang mengisi menggunakan google form. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala manajemen stres dari teori Robbins dan skala ketahanan keluarga menggunakan Walsh Family Resilience Questionnaire yang telah diadaptasi. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis Spearman Rho. Hasil uji korelasi memperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) artinya semakin tinggi manajemen stres seseorang, maka ketahanan keluarga semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 46,9% yang menjelaskan bahwa manajemen stres dan ketahanan keluarga memiliki korelasi, sedangkan 53,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian.
