Abstract

One-Stop Service System (SAMSAT CAR) is one of the government agencies that provides services to the public/community related to the payment of motor vehicle taxes. Samsat has provided services to taxpayers who want to pay Motorized Vehicle Tax (PKB) through facilities such as the provision of several vehicles called “SAMSAT CAR”. The reason for this review was to decide the impact of administration on citizen fulfillment prior and then afterward the SAMSAT Vehicle administration. This review utilizes an expressive technique with a quantitative methodology. The sample selection technique used by the author in this study is non-probability sampling. The selected population is Bengkulu City residents, the sample is 100 taxpayers who have made vehicle tax payments, subject in this study is the SAMSAT CAR (SAMLING). The data was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 tool assisted by the Ms. Excel. The consequences of this review are that before the SAMSAT Vehicle administration strategy was carried out, citizen fulfillment was just 41.9%. With the directing variable (SAMLING) it can reinforce the impact of the Help variable (X1) on Citizen Fulfillment (Y). SAMLING (SAMSAT Vehicle) has expanded local area fulfillment, particularly citizens in Bengkulu City. In view of the aftereffects of various direct relapse, it very well may be presumed that the "Theory is Acknowledged" so one might say that the presence of a directing variable or SAMLING can reinforce or build the impact of the Citizen Fulfillment variable

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the marketing strategy in attracting the interest of export fish suppliers at UD. Awang Jaya of Bengkulu City. The sample in this study were 30 people consisting of 6 employees of UD. Awang Jaya Kota Bengkulu for internal factors and 24 people for external factors, namely customers from UD. Awang Jaya of Bengkulu City. The analysis method used was SWOT analysis consisting of the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS). The value of the strength possessed by UD. Awang Jaya of Bengkulu City amounted to 21.90 minus the weakness value of 11.60, so that the IFAS value of 10.30 was obtained. The opportunity value of the marketing strategy is 20.05 and the threat is 10.90, so the EFAS value is 9.15. If the two values are combined in the IE matrix then both support quadrant I an aggressive strategy. The aggressive strategy that can be developed by UD. Awang Jaya of Bengkulu city, namely to increase promotion so that export fish suppliers are interested in selling their fish to UD. Awang Jaya and improve the quality of export fish so that customers remain loyal to order export fish to UD. Awang Jaya. The SWOT matrix analysis obtained from the research results supports the Strengths-Opportunity (SO) strategy. The SO strategy should be carried out by UD. Awang Jaya of Bengkulu City in order to maintain the trust of export fish suppliers, continue to buy all fish from export fish suppliers, keep prices stable, always on time in payments and larger fish/castor storage places.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy of Brens Bakery business in Manna city, South Bengkulu Regency. According to Assuari (2010: 168), marketing strategy is basically a comprehensive, integrated and unified plan in the marketing field, which provides guidance on activities to be carried out to achieve the marketing objectives of a company. The sample in this study were 51 people consisting of 6 employees of the Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency for internal factors and 45 people for external factors, namely customers at Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency. The analysis method used was SWOT analysis, which consists of the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS). The results showed that the marketing strategy of Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency supported the aggressive strategy, or SO strategy in SWOT matrix. The result of strengths are 18.52 while the weaknesses are 9.24, so the internal quadrant of the factors is 18.52 - 9.24 = 9.28. It means that the ability of Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency in utilizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses contained in the internal company. The opportunity of this strategy are 17.40 and threat is 10.48. So the external quadrant factor, namely 17.40 - 10.48 = 6.92 means the high ability of Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency in taking advantage of opportunities and overcoming threats faced by companies in marketing bread

Abstract

Performance is a very important thing in the company's efforts to achieve goals (Rivai, 2015: 86). Therefore, the management of an agency must try to encourage its employees to work well so that they can achieve the best performance. To create employee performance, of course, there are several things that must be considered by the agency, such as work ability and motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work ability and work motivation on the civil servant performance at Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study was 36 civil servants at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed the regression value Y = 3.125 + 0.713X1 + 0.393X2 - with a positive regression direction, meaning that if work ability and job satisfaction increased, the performance of employees at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency would also increase. Work ability has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency, because the significant value of 0.005 is smaller than 0.05. Work ability and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.666. This means that work ability and work motivation affect performance by 66.6% while the rest (100-66.6% = 33.4%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDEs) dalam kegiatan usahanya melakukan study kelayakan usaha berbasis kearifan lokal terlebih dahulu. Dengan konsep dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat desa, BUMDes seyogyanya mampu menggali potensi yang ada di desa dan menjadi unit usaha tanpa mematikan usaha masyarakat yang ada. BUMDes Beringin Sejahtera Kecamatn Curup Utara Kabupaten Rejang Lebong memiliki 3 unit usaha meliputi Saprodi penjualan gas elpiji dan produksi kopi robusta unggulan petik merah. Dari analisis SWOT dan QSPM disimpulkan bahwa persoalan mendasar bagi unit usaha kopi adalah dibidang pemasaran dan administrasi pembukuan BUMDes, meskipun dari sisi SDM pengolahan kopi sudah cukup baik.

Abstract

Competition in a global world requires every industry to innovate to survive in a constantly changing environment. Organizations are required to always be innovative, but to be innovative is not enough to be creative alone, but also requires ideas that can be applied to create value for the organization. Fajarwonk is one of the SMEs that uses hanging leather as a product that is worth selling, such as bags and regional souvenirs that are exclusive to Bengkulu City. This research aims to identify strategies that have been used by Fajarwonk to see the weaknesses and strengths of the strategies that have been carried out by Fajarwonk in marketing its products and continuous innovation. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews with businesspeople and Fajarwonk employees and using the Stress-Test Your Strategy, and Ambidextrous Strategy approaches. Research result Fajarwonk has main customers, namely the middle and upper-middle class, Fajarwonk establishes current core values ​​by prioritizing the interests of customers to increase sales of quality products, to maintain consumer confidence in product quality Fajarwonk provides training and special skills and responsibilities to each employee and provides flexibility to employees who have creative ideas in product design.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on the performance of employees at the Bengkulu Province Library and Archives Service. This research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 79 employees of the Library and Archives Office of Bengkulu Province. Data collection using a questionnaire and multiple linear regression analysis method, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 8.641 + 0.312X1 + 0.492 X2. This means that there is a significant positive influence between X1 (Leadership Style) and X2 (Work Environment) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komputer telah merubah gaya hidup masyarakat, dimana masyarakat semakin dimudahkan dalam mendapatkan informasi dan melaksanakan aktifitasnya dengan berbagai aplikasi dan gadget. Hal ini menjadi peluang dalam pengelolaan desa wisata, sehingga pengelola desa wisata mampu secara interaktif terhubung dengan wisatawan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Desa D6 Bukit Makmur Kecamatan Pinang Raya Bengkulu Utara merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi objek wisata yang bisa dikembangkan dan dipromosikan melalui multimedia.  Danau buatan / Embung merupakan potensi objek wisata yang menjanjikan dari Desa D6 Bukit Makmur, namun pengelolaannya masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan warga untuk memvb promosikan potensi desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan multi media kepada warga desa selain itu melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan kepada perwakilan pemerintah desa dan tokoh masyarakat. Kemudian disusun suatu strategi pengembangan dan promosi desa wisata menggunakan multimedia dan sosial media. Strategi tersebut antara lain pengotimalan website desa wisata dengan menggunakan search engine optimizer dan  pemanfaatan platform media sosial yang tepat. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini, peserta mampu memproduksi karya multi media yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana promosi Desa D6 Bukit Makmur Kecamatan Pinang Raya Bengkulu Utara. Kata Kunci: Desa Wisata, Media Sosia, Multimedia, Promosi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2016-2020). Corporate Governace sebagai variabel independen dalam penelitian ini diproksikan oleh dewan komisaris independen, dewan direksi, jumlah rapat dewan, keragaman gender, dan komite audit, sedangkan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel dependen diukur menggunakan indikator pengukuran ROA. ROE, dan EPS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2020 dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mempertimbangkan data kriteria tertentu yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dan annual report perusahaan manufaktur mulai dari tahun 2016-2020 terdiri dari 76 perusahaan manufaktur yang memenuhi kriteria, dengan total observasi sebanyak 380. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan alat regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dewan komisaris independen, jumlah rapat dewan, keragaman gender, komite audit tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan baik yang diukur dengan ROA, ROE, dan EPS, sedangkan dewan direksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan yang di ukur dengan ROA, ROE, dan EPS, dan secara simultan dewan komisaris, dewan direksi, jumlah rapat dewan, keragaman gender, dan komite audit berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

The decision to visit is a stage carried out by tourists before visiting a tourist attraction. Several factors influence the decision to visit tourists, including facilities and social media. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and social media on tourists' visiting decisions to the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City.This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all tourists visiting the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City. The number of research samples was 91 people. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 2.354 + 0.352 X1 + 0.369 X2. The results of the analysis show that partially facilities have a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions  and social media has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions.  Simultaneously, there is the influence of facilities and social media on the decision of tourists to visit the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City. It I s suggested to the manager of the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City, to be able to increase tourist visits to the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City by providing the facilities needed by tourists and maximizing social media as a media promotion for the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City.
