Abstract

Penelitian pada Mahasiswa angkatan 2019 mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis dengan rumusan masalah apakah gaya hidup dan label Halal berpengaruh terhadap Kerputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah pada Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu dan Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah gaya hidup dan label Halal berpengaruh terhadap Kerputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah pada Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pada Mahasiswa angkatan 2019 mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis berjumlah 90 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total samplingberdasarkan kreteria yang telah ditetapkan berjumlah 90 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Data yang telah diolah dianalisis menggunakan rumus SPSS 24 Gaya Hidup () dan Label Halal () secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada Mahasiswa Angkatan 2019 Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi didapat nilai R= 0,526 dan koefisien determinasi = 0,277 nilai mempunyai makna bahwa Gaya Hidup () dan Label Halal () memberikan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 0,277 atau 27,7% terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada Mahasiswa Angkatan 2019 Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0.723 atau 72.3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Work performance is the main key to a company's success in achieving its goals. A company needs employees who have the right work performance and employee competencies to achieve the desired promotion. This research aims to determine the influence of work performance and employee competency on position promotion at PT Agung Automall Toyota Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative methods and the object of this research is employees of PT Agung Automall Toyota Bengkulu, a sample of 130 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This research uses validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y 2.036 0.463 (X1) + 0.713 (X2) is obtained. The research results and hypothesis show that Job Performance (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050), Employee Competence (sig α = 0.002 < 0.050). From the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that there is a simultaneous influence of Job Performance and Employee Competency on Job Promotion and shows that there is a significant influence of Job Performance and Employee Competency partially on Job Promotion.

Abstract

Work stress and burnout among nurses have become critical issues in human resource management, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study develops a conceptual model exploring how organizational justice moderates the relationship between work stress and burnout, based on the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) framework. Using a quantitative approach with 315 respondents selected through proportional random sampling, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results show that job stress significantly and positively affects burnout (p < 0.001). Job resources significantly reduce job stress (p < 0.05) and act as a mediator, decreasing burnout through the job stress pathway (p < 0.05). However, job demands were positively related to burnout, but this relationship was not significant (p > 0.05), leading to the rejection of this hypothesis. Organizational justice significantly reduces job stress (p < 0.05), moderating the relationship between job stress and burnout. Specifically, higher perceptions of organizational justice weaken the effect of job stress on burnout. These findings emphasize the importance of organizational justice and job resources in managing work stress and preventing burnout. The results highlight the need for healthcare organizations to integrate justice principles into their practices to mitigate burnout and enhance employee well-being

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the work productivity of employees of CV Yahyo Bengkulu Province. Respondents of this study were employees who worked at CV Yahyo Bengkulu Province totalling 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. The results of this study indicate that employee work productivity is influenced by job satisfaction and work motivation with the results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.787 + 0.421X1 + 0.429X2 and the effect is seen from the coefficient of determination or Adjusted R Square (R2) = 0.447 which is 44.7% while the rest is seen from the coefficient of determination. 447 which is 44.7% while the remaining 55.3% is influenced by other variables outside the study.Furthermore, job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the work productivity of CV employees. Yahyo Bengkulu Province with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. Also, job satisfaction and work motivation partially or individually affect the work productivity of CV employees. Yahyo Bengkulu Province with a probability value (sig) each variable job satisfaction (X1) with a probability value (sig) 0.002 <0.050 has a significant effect on employee work productivity. And Work Motivation (X2) with a probability value (sig) 0.001 <0.05 has a significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Pengembangan ragam bentuk wisata desa dapat disesuaikan dengan keunggulan yang ada dan secara alamiah ada didesa tersebut. Pada dasarnya dana desa dapat digunakan dengan maksimal untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata desa dengan melakukan pembangunan yang bertahap dan terukur. Desa Padang Jaya terletak di Jalan Lintas Bengkulu Utara menuju Kabupaten Lebong. Desa tersebut memiliki potensi di bidang Pertanian, Pekerbunan, Perikanan, Seni budaya dan Pariwista. Sumber Mata Pencaharian utama di Desa Padang Jaya adalah sebagai wiraswasta dan Petani/Kebun, yang sebagian besar adalah petani karet dan sawit juga makanan home industry (aneka jajanan, kerajinan, olahan minuman dan lain-lain). Saat ini desa Padang Jaya sedang melakukan pengembangan desa wisata yaitu desa Padang Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Dengan mengusung konsep Wisata Embung Desa. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang pemasarandan inovasi, hukum, dan keuangan kepada pengelola dan pelaku home industry. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Learning by doing dengan sistem ceramah, diskusi dan tanya  jawab, serta praktik. Adapun hasil yang terlihat pasca kegiatan yaitu pemasaran telah dilakukan dengan sistem terpadu yaitu produk-produk sudah diletak pada satu etalase dengan pengemasan yang menarik dan memenuhi standar pengemasan yang disertai dengan label dan contact person pelaku usaha yang dipasarkan melalui akun instagram Embung Desa Tirto Darmo

Abstract

Salted fish Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malabero Village, Bengkulu City, play a significant role in the local economy. However, these businesses face challenges such as limited market reach, lack of innovation, inefficient production processes, and weak financial management. This study aims to analyze the current business model of salted fish MSMEs using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework and propose strategic improvements to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability.The research employs a qualitative approach, including field observations, interviews with business owners, and document analysis. The findings indicate that most MSMEs rely on traditional sales channels, lack product differentiation, and have minimal digital marketing adoption. To address these issues, this study suggests several strategic developments: (1) market expansion through digital platforms and retail partnerships, (2) product innovation with better packaging and value-added variants, (3) adoption of modern processing technologies to improve efficiency, and (4) improved financial management and access to funding.By implementing these strategies, salted fish MSMEs in Malabero Village can strengthen their market position, increase profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability. The study provides practical recommendations for business owners, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to support the growth of the salted fish sector in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Green Innovation and Environmental Disclosure on Company Value with Good Corporate Governance as Moderating Variable. The population in this study were LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023 totaling 45 companies. The number of samples in this study were 23 companies determined through purposive sampling. The method used is a quantitative method processed with the SPSS 26 application. The techniques and data analysis used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests and moderation regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Green Innovation variable has an effect on Company Value, and Environmental Disclosure has no effect on Company Value. Simultaneously, Green Innovation and Environmental Disclosure moderated by Good Corporate Governance have a significant effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

Target of this research is to know relation brand equity with customer loyality of product of vermint at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu and to know relation price with customer loyality of product of vermint at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu. Method Analysis the used is correlation of spearman rank and hypothesis test. Pursuant to result of research obtained that correlation value of spearman rank between brand equity with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu obtained by value 0,675 strong criterion because result of its correlation lay in coefficient interval between 0,600 - 0,799. From result of relation hypothesis test between brand equity with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu obtained by value of t count is 6,340 so that can be concluded that brand equity (X1) have relation of significant with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu because value of t count bigger than t tables (1,677). Correlation value of spearman rank between price with customer loyality at CV. Madani Bengkulu obtained by value 0,653 strong criterion because result of its correlation lay in coefficient interval between 0,600 - 0,799. From result of relation hypothesis test between price with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu. obtained by value of t count is 5,972 so that can be concluded that price (X2) have relation of significant with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu because value t count bigger than t tables (1,677)

Abstract

In this competition era, hope and wish for satisfaction for services is becoming a weapon for GYM business and it must be maintained and improved. The purpose of this research is to find put the factors which affect the visitor satisfaction at Bone GYM in Bengkulu city. Analysis method in this research is rating scale method. Sample in this research are 68 respondents. The result of this research shows that the product quality factor is 307 in interval 285,6-340 with criteria strongly agreed. Services quality factor is 295,6 on interval 285,6-340 with criteria strongly agreed. Emotional factor is 295,6 which is on interval 285,6-340 with criteria strongly agreed. Price factor is 296,2 which is on interval 285,6-285,6 with agreed category. Dominant factor which affect visitor satisfaction is product quality with score 307.

Abstract

The background that is taken into consideration in this research is that the organizational needs that are absolutely needed are the continued development of its human resources. Job performance or good work results by an employee in performing a task in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him will affect the success of an organization. The sampling method used in this study was the Census, where the entire population became respondents, namely 126 employees of the Bengkulu City Education Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work organizational culture, work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Bengkulu City Education Office. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational culture on the performance of the Bengkulu City Education Office employees with the t test result of 0.324 (Sig. 0.01 <0.05) and there was an effect of work motivation on the performance of the Bengkulu City Education Office employee of 16.729 (Sig. 0, 04 <0.05). The simultas test results (together) prove that there is an influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of the Benkulu City Education Office employees with an F test value of 139,958 (Sig. 0,000 <0.05). The coefficient of determination R2 is 0.695. A positive R2 value indicates that any increase in organizational culture and work motivation will have an impact on the performance of Bengkulu City Education Office employees. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. By looking at the results of the multiple coefficients, the influence given by the organizational culture variable, work motivation variable has a very positive and significant effect.
