Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to Implementation of the good corporate governance (GCG) principles in addition to improving bank competitiveness itself, also provide more protection to the community. The implementation of the good corporate governance (GCG) principles becomes a trust given the banking industry that manages public funds (customers). The objective of this research is to know the analysis implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) principles in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Branch of Bengkulu. The object of this research is permanent employee of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Office of Bengkulu which amounted to 67 people, with sampling method that is total sampling. The sources of data in this study through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis with mean method and frequency distribution table. The results of this study research that, implemtasi good corporate governance (GCG) principles at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Branch of Bengkulu has been running well with the average value of the statement 3.77 (good). Furthermore, the implementation principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness have gone well with the average value each statement of 3.71 (good), 3.86 (good), 3.76 (good), 3.67 (good), 3.86 (good).Keyword: governance, bank, competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource development and work ability on employee performance in the Department of Housing and Settlements Area of Kaur Regency. Data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to 43 employees. Data analysis used was quantitative analysis, with multiple linear regression methods, determination test, t test and F test. The results showed that the development of human resources and work ability had a positive and significant  effect simultaneously on employee performance in the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Kaur Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak - Seolah Menengah Negeri 2. Bengkulu Tengah merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang terletak di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah Provinsi Bengkulu.  Di mana dalam membuat laporan kinerja atau absensi sipatnya masih manual dalam penginfut data yaitu menggunakan Excel dan Word, oleh karena itu dibutukanya aplikasi yang dapat membuat atau membantu para guru dalam penginfut data. Agar nantinya semua dokumen yang ada bisa tersimpan dan tidak mudah hilang. Dalam penilaian kinerja guru. TIM penilai tidak perlu repot-repot membawa berkas dari ruang ke ruang TIM cukup mengecek pada aplikasi yang telah diterapkan pada sekolah tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja para guru perlu adanya sebuah aplikasi yang mendukung yaitu menggunakan metode yang ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah. Aplikasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru ini sangat mendukung untuk penilaian kinerja guru sehingga nantinya tidak ada kesalahan dalam penilaian dan dapat membantu mengurangi kesalahan dalam penilaian kinerja guru pada sekolah SMAN 2 Bengkulu tengah kedepanya.Kata Kunci -  Aplikasi Kinerja Guru SMA N 2 Abstract -  As if Middle School 2. Middle Bengkulu is an educational institution located in Bengkulu Tengah Regency, Bengkulu Province. Where in making the performance report or the exact attendance is still manual in the data penginfut that is using Excel and Word, therefore the application is needed which can create or assist the teachers in the data penginfut. So that later all existing documents can be stored and not easily lost. In evaluating teacher performance. The assessment team does not need to bother carrying files from the room to the TEAM room just to check the application that has been applied to the school. To improve the performance of the teachers there needs to be an application that supports the use of methods determined by the school. The application in improving teacher performance is very supportive for teacher performance appraisal so that later there will be no errors in the assessment and can help reduce errors in teacher performance appraisal in high school 2 Bengkulu in the future.Keywords - Application of High School N 2 Teacher Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk menganalisis total keuntungan bersih usahatani cabai kriting di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh Kecamatan Seluma 2) Untuk menganalisis pendapatan usahatani cabai kriting di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh Kecamatan Seluma. 3) Untuk Menganalisis Kelayakan usahatani cabai keriting ( ) di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh Kecamatan Seluma.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Hargo Binangun dan Desa Air Keruh Kabupaten Seluma.Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2019 sampai dengan Maret 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Didapat hasil total keuntungan bersih usahatani cabai keriting di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh sebesar Rp. 1.685.300,- untuk 75 orang responden. Didapatkan pendapatan usahatani cabai keriting di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh sebesar Rp. 11.158.450,-. untuk 75 orang responden. Kelayakan usahatani cabai keriting menggunakan  .  dari hasil penelitian ini sebesar 1,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and stress on employees performance ofBengkulu Regional Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Employees. The type of research used in thisresearch is quantitative. The sample is 42 people, which is the entire population. Datacollection methods used were questionnaires. Data were analyzed by path analysis model withSmart PLS 2.0 program to determine the relationship between variables. The result showed allhypotesis was accepted. The results showed that partially the workload and stress has anegative and significant effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect onstress. For indirect influence, influential workload positive and significant impact on employeeperformance through work stress of Bengkulu Regional Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

Abstract

One-Stop Service System (SAMSAT CAR) is one of the government agencies that provides services to the public/community related to the payment of motor vehicle taxes. Samsat has provided services to taxpayers who want to pay Motorized Vehicle Tax (PKB) through facilities such as the provision of several vehicles called “SAMSAT CAR”. The reason for this review was to decide the impact of administration on citizen fulfillment prior and then afterward the SAMSAT Vehicle administration. This review utilizes an expressive technique with a quantitative methodology. The sample selection technique used by the author in this study is non-probability sampling. The selected population is Bengkulu City residents, the sample is 100 taxpayers who have made vehicle tax payments, subject in this study is the SAMSAT CAR (SAMLING). The data was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 tool assisted by the Ms. Excel. The consequences of this review are that before the SAMSAT Vehicle administration strategy was carried out, citizen fulfillment was just 41.9%. With the directing variable (SAMLING) it can reinforce the impact of the Help variable (X1) on Citizen Fulfillment (Y). SAMLING (SAMSAT Vehicle) has expanded local area fulfillment, particularly citizens in Bengkulu City. In view of the aftereffects of various direct relapse, it very well may be presumed that the "Theory is Acknowledged" so one might say that the presence of a directing variable or SAMLING can reinforce or build the impact of the Citizen Fulfillment variable

Abstract

Competition in a global world requires every industry to innovate to survive in a constantly changing environment. Organizations are required to always be innovative, but to be innovative is not enough to be creative alone, but also requires ideas that can be applied to create value for the organization. Fajarwonk is one of the SMEs that uses hanging leather as a product that is worth selling, such as bags and regional souvenirs that are exclusive to Bengkulu City. This research aims to identify strategies that have been used by Fajarwonk to see the weaknesses and strengths of the strategies that have been carried out by Fajarwonk in marketing its products and continuous innovation. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews with businesspeople and Fajarwonk employees and using the Stress-Test Your Strategy, and Ambidextrous Strategy approaches. Research result Fajarwonk has main customers, namely the middle and upper-middle class, Fajarwonk establishes current core values ​​by prioritizing the interests of customers to increase sales of quality products, to maintain consumer confidence in product quality Fajarwonk provides training and special skills and responsibilities to each employee and provides flexibility to employees who have creative ideas in product design.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on the performance of employees at the Bengkulu Province Library and Archives Service. This research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 79 employees of the Library and Archives Office of Bengkulu Province. Data collection using a questionnaire and multiple linear regression analysis method, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 8.641 + 0.312X1 + 0.492 X2. This means that there is a significant positive influence between X1 (Leadership Style) and X2 (Work Environment) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2016-2020). Corporate Governace sebagai variabel independen dalam penelitian ini diproksikan oleh dewan komisaris independen, dewan direksi, jumlah rapat dewan, keragaman gender, dan komite audit, sedangkan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel dependen diukur menggunakan indikator pengukuran ROA. ROE, dan EPS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2020 dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mempertimbangkan data kriteria tertentu yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dan annual report perusahaan manufaktur mulai dari tahun 2016-2020 terdiri dari 76 perusahaan manufaktur yang memenuhi kriteria, dengan total observasi sebanyak 380. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan alat regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dewan komisaris independen, jumlah rapat dewan, keragaman gender, komite audit tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan baik yang diukur dengan ROA, ROE, dan EPS, sedangkan dewan direksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan yang di ukur dengan ROA, ROE, dan EPS, dan secara simultan dewan komisaris, dewan direksi, jumlah rapat dewan, keragaman gender, dan komite audit berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

The decision to visit is a stage carried out by tourists before visiting a tourist attraction. Several factors influence the decision to visit tourists, including facilities and social media. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and social media on tourists' visiting decisions to the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City.This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all tourists visiting the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City. The number of research samples was 91 people. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 2.354 + 0.352 X1 + 0.369 X2. The results of the analysis show that partially facilities have a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions  and social media has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions.  Simultaneously, there is the influence of facilities and social media on the decision of tourists to visit the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City. It I s suggested to the manager of the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City, to be able to increase tourist visits to the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City by providing the facilities needed by tourists and maximizing social media as a media promotion for the Mount Dempo tourist attraction, Pagar Alam City.
