Abstract

This study aims to map trends in artificial intelligence-based research in linguistics and literature journals in Indonesia and to map the shifts in academic literacy that have emerged due to the use of artificial intelligence technology. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The research sample comprises 67 articles from 40 journals, indexed by Sinta 1–5, for the period 2020–2025. Data were collected using document and observation techniques. The analysis focused on four main aspects: research subjects, research types, the type of artificial intelligence used, and data collection techniques, the most prominent of which are document and questionnaire techniques. The results of the study indicate that trends in AI-based linguistics and literature research in Indonesia are dominated by university- and student-led qualitative research. The most commonly used types of artificial intelligence are ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Elsa Speak. Data collection methods include surveys, tests, and questionnaires. However, shifts in academic literacy are also occurring, requiring strengthening reading and writing literacy so that the use of artificial intelligence remains ethical, reflective, and supports the sustainable development of linguistics and literature.

Abstract

Currently, mathematical problem-solving ability is a part of the mathematics curriculum. The mathematical problem-solving ability of students was not optimized, one of the reasons is there are still many students who have problems in terms of understanding the basic concepts. To optimize the mathematical problem-solving ability of students, it can be reached by implementing student-centered learning. Learning Cycle 7E and Problem-Based Learning are two of a lot of student-centered learning models. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in achievement in mathematical problem-solving ability between students who get Learning Cycle 7E and Problem-Based Learning models. The results of this study show that there is not a difference in the enhancement of mathematical problem-solving ability between students who get Learning Cycle 7E and Problem-Based Learning models. Meanwhile, the quality of enhanced mathematical problem-solving ability of students who get Learning Cycle 7E and Problem-Based Learning models are in the middle interpretation. In general, students' attitudes toward learning mathematics using Learning Cycle 7E and Problem-Based Learning models are each in good interpretation.

Abstract

Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) is a pedagogical approach that emphasizes the importanceof considering students' cultural backgrounds in the learning process in order to create an inclusive, equitable and effective learning environment. This study aims to develop a valid and reliable CRTpractice measurement instrument in accordance with the Indonesian educational context. Theresearch method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the Four-D model (Define,Design, Develop, Disseminate). The instrument was developed based on literature review andexpert validation, then tested on Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) students throughvalidity and reliability analysis. The validity test results using Aiken's V showed that 20 out of 24statement items were declared valid, while the reliability test resulted in a Cronbach's Alpha valueof 0.984 which showed a very high level of internal consistency. The resulting CRT instrumentincludes five main dimensions, namely Validating, Multidimensional, Empowering,Transformative, and Emancipatory. This instrument can be used by teachers, researchers andpolicy makers to assess and improve the implementation of culturally responsive learning, as wellas a basis for the development of more inclusive and contextualized education policies inIndonesia.
