Abstract

Investment is a commitment to invest a number of funds or other resources that are carried out at this time with the aim of obtaining a number of benefits in the future. Development in the capital market shows that progress in line with the increase in the Index shown in the LQ45 Index. LQ45 Index based the company with high liquidity and a large market capitalization which consists of 45 companies. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock returns with dividend policy as an intervening variable. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. The population in this research are companies listed in the LQ45 Index with a sample of 7 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Stuctural Equation Model – Partil Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis using the smart partial least square (PLS) 3.0 software, show Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant negative effect on Dividen policy, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant positive effect on Stock returns, Dividend policy is not proven to have a significant effect on stock return. The results of influential hypothesis that are not immediately pointed to the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable against Stock return with Dividend policy as a variable of intervening has a positive but insignificant effect.

Abstract

Taxes have an important role in supporting development in Indonesia. Tax revenue compared to other sources of revenue is one of the largest sources of revenue for the state. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of capital intensity on tax avoidance with financial distress as an intervening variable. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the Textile and Garment Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that capital intensity has no significant effect on financial distress, capital intensity has no significant effect on tax avoidance, financial distress has a significant effect on tax avoidance, and capital intensity has no significant effect on tax avoidance. Tax avoidance through financial distress has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies are one of the business sectors that continue to experience growth. Food and beverage companies are also in great demand by investors because they are a sector that can survive in the midst of Indonesia's economic conditions. Food and beverage companies have an important role, namely to meet consumer needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The population of this study were 33 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the asset structure has a positive but not significant effect on the capital structure, the asset structure has a significant negative effect on firm value, and the capital structure has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the asset structure variable has a positive but not significant effect on firm value through capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure and dividend policy on company value through stock returns as an intervening variable in companies listed on the LQ-45 Index for the 2018-2021 periods. The populations in this study are all companies listed in the LQ-45 Index totaling 45 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling so that 9 samples were obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the hypothesis test for direct and indirect effects using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the direct effect hypothesis test shows that capital structure and dividend policy have a negative but not significant effect on stock returns, capital structure has a negative but not significant effect on company value, dividend policy has a positive effect but not significant to company value, stock return has a positive and significant effect on company value. The results of the indirect effect test show that capital structure has a negative but not significant effect on firm value through stock returns. Dividend policy has a negative but not significant effect on company value through stock returns.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and test the influence of working capital, dividend policy and ROA on company value through share prices. The populations in this study are pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct hypothesis testing show that capital working capital has no significant effect on stock prices, the profitability has a significant effect on stock prices, the company size has no significant effect on stock prices, the capital structure has no significant effect on company value, the profitability has no significant effect on company value, and the company size has significant effect on company value. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that capital structure has no significant effect on company value through share prices, the profitability has no significant effect on company value through share prices, and the company size has no significant effect on company value through share prices.

Abstract

Property and Real Estate Company is one type of business that is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Property and Real Estate Company is one of the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and is considered more productive and can provide wide-ranging effects so as to increase the added value of Property and Real Estate, increase workforce, generate foreign exchange sources, and contribute to taxes and customs. biggest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Company Value with Financial Distress as an intervening variable in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The population of this study is all property and real estate companies listed on the 2018-2020 period (IDX) as many as 73 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that intellectual capital has a negative but not significant effect on financial distress, intellectual capital has a significant negative effect on firm value, financial distress has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that intellectual capital has a positive but not significant effect on firm value through financial distress.

Abstract

Indonesia has entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is clearly visible with an increase in connectivity, interactivity, and boundaries between humans, machines, and resources on information technology and other communications. Judging from the current business world on the aspect of competition, the Indonesian economy is increasingly experiencing major developments. The transportation and logistics sector has an important role in people's lives driven by the increasing needs of the community for mobility and transportation of goods to all regions. Despite the ongoing economic crisis, transportation services will continue to operate smoothly because people will continue to use them to send goods from producers to consumers, regardless of the conditions in which they work. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the role of Profitability in Moderating the effect of Firm size and Leverage on Firm value. The population in this study were transportation and logistics companies with 37 companies listed consecutively on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2022. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Analysis - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of research hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Firm size has a significant negative effect on firm value, Leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value, Profitability does not significantly moderate the effect of Firm size on firm value, Profitability does not significantly moderate the effect of Leverage on firm value.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Police (Polri) is one of the law enforcement agencies that plays an important role in the country. The State Civil Apparatus of The Indonesian National Police who serve as administrative staff within the Polri environment are required to have high discipline and loyalty to the organization and leadership. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of motivation, work discipline and leadership on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus of Situbondo Resort Police through job satisfaction. This research refers to explanatory research. The population in this study was the State Civil Apparatus of Situbondo Resort Police. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive significant effect on performance, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect to performance, leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction, while leadership has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Dividend Per Share (DPS), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices in energy sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2019-2023 period, with firm value as a moderating variable. The research sample includes 7 energy sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a five-year period, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing are conducted using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0.8 application show that Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Dividend Per Share (DPS) has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices. Additionally, firm value positively and significantly moderates the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS) on stock prices.

Abstract

Income earned by a person must be managed with a good financial attitude and financial behavior. By optimizing their financial management, customers are able to responsibly plan and realize their future. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of income and financial attitudes on investment decisions through financial behavior. The population in this study are customers of PT. Amartha Micro Fintek Point Panarukan.. The sampling technique is determined by probability sampling technique, namely Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that income has a significant positive effect on financial behavior, financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on financial behavior, income has a negative but not significant effect on investment decisions, financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on investment decisions, behavior finance has a positive but not significant effect on investment decisions. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that income has a positive but not significant effect on investment decisions through financial behavior. Financial attitudes have a positive but not significant effect on investment decisions through financial behavior.
