This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study are consumers at Cafe And Resto Azalea. The sampling technique was determined by probability sampling with simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Location has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that Quality on Customer loyalty through Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect. Location on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

The sampling technique uses simple random sampling, and data analysis is carried out using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that Brand Image, Social Media Promotion, and Price Discounts have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Purchasing Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. In addition, it was found that Purchasing Decisions could mediate the influence of Brand Image and Social Media Promotion on Loyalty. However, it did not significantly mediate the influence of Price Discounts. This finding provides important significance for MSMEs in designing digital marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims (1) To determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion variables partially on customer satisfaction variables at the Panarukan Cell Counter in Panarukan Situbondo (2) To determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion variables simultaneously on the Panarukan Cell counter variable in Panarukan Situbondo (3) To comply with the influence of service quality, price and promotion variables which have a dominant effect on Panarukan Cell Counters in Panarukan Situbondo. The method used is quantitative. The result of the research is the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8,079E-17 + 0,221X1 + 0,416X2 + 0,370X3 + e. Partially service quality has a positive effect with tcount 3,261> ttable 1,986 sig value 0,003 < 0,05, price indicates tcount 4.159 > ttable 1.986, sig value 0.000 < 0.05, promotion shows tcount 3.335 > ttable 1.986 sig value 0.002 < 0.05. Simultaneously, service quality, price and promotion have an effect on customer satisfaction with the value of Fcount 40.651 > Ftable 2.70. The variable that has the most dominant influence in this study is the price variable with a value of 4.159. R square 0.652 is greater than the service quality variable (X1) and the promotion variable (X3). Based on the coefficient of determination, it shows a value of 0.652 from these results, it means that all independent variables have a contribution of 65.2% to the dependent variable which has high influence and the remaining 34.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of working capital, capital structure, and liquidity on stock prices, with profitability as an intervening variable. Mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022-2024 were the subjects of this study. The analytical method used was Partial Least Squares (PLS) using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, which includes classical assumption tests, including multicollinearity and normality tests, coefficient of determination tests, structural equation analysis (Inner Model), and research hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that working capital and capital structure have a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, while liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on profitability. Furthermore, working capital, capital structure, and liquidity each have a positive but insignificant effect on stock prices. Profitability also shows a negative but insignificant effect on stock prices. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test indicate that working capital and capital structure have a negative but insignificant effect on stock prices through profitability. Meanwhile, liquidity has a positive but insignificant effect on stock prices through profitability.

Abstract

With stock price acting as an intervening variable, this study attempts to examine the effects of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Company value. The food and beverage firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2022 and 2024 are the subject of this study. This study employed purposive sampling and sampled 12 companies. The data analysis tool used in this study was smart PLS 3.0. The data analysis methods included classical assumption tests, consisting of multicollinearity and normality tests, coefficient of determination tests, structural equation analysis (Inner Model), and hypothesis testing. The findings from the direct effect hypothesis test indicate that Return on Equity (ROE) has a negative but insignificant effect on stock price; Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) also has a negative but insignificant effect on stock price; and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a positive but insignificant effect on stock price. Return on Equity (ROE) demonstrates a positive and significant effect on firm value. The Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative but insignificant impact on firm value. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a significant positive impact on firm value. Stock price has a positive but insignificant impact on firm value. Meanwhile, the results of the indirect effect hypothesis test indicate that Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have a negative but insignificant impact on firm value through stock price; while Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a positive but insignificant impact on firm value through stock price.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion, and Word of Mouth on Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision as an intervening variable at Rengginang Mak Lia in Tanjung Glugur, Situbondo. The study employed a purposive sampling method under the non-probability sampling technique, involving 110 respondents. Data processing and analysis were carried out using SmartPLS 3.0. Several analytical procedures were applied, including convergent validity, reliability, classical assumption, goodness of fit (GOF), coefficient of determination, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings from the direct effect analysis indicated that Product Quality and Word of Mouth did not significantly affect Purchase Decision. On the other hand, Brand Image and Promotion significantly influenced Purchase Decision. In addition, Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion, and Purchase Decision were not found to significantly influence Customer Satisfaction. However, Word of Mouth showed a significant impact on Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, the indirect effect analysis demonstrated that Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion, and Word of Mouth did not significantly influence Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision as the mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Total Asset Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Sales Growth on Firm Value, with Profitability serving as an intervening variable. The research focuses on manufacturing companies within the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022–2024 period. The study employed a quantitative research approach using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software for data analysis. The analytical procedures included classical assumption testing, such as normality and multicollinearity tests, coefficient of determination analysis, structural model (inner model) evaluation, and hypothesis testing to assess both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings reveal that Total Asset Turnover exerts a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, while Debt to Equity Ratio demonstrates a negative and significant effect on Profitability. In contrast, Sales Growth has a positive and significant effect on Profitability. Furthermore, Total Asset Turnover and Debt to Equity Ratio do not significantly influence Firm Value, whereas Sales Growth and Profitability positively and significantly affect Firm Value. The study also indicates that Profitability is unable to mediate the relationship between Total Asset Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Sales Growth on Firm Value.
