Abstract

This research aims to analyze consumer preferences for purchasing Chinese Food through Go Food in the Rungkut sub-district and determine consumer considerations when purchasing Chinese Food by using Importance and Performance (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) data analysis methods. This research shows consumer preferences for attributes when purchasing Chinese Food through Go Food. Characteristics of the respondents of this study in purchasing Chinese Food through Food in the Rungkut sub-district: Most of the respondents were female, with an average age of 16-25 years, taking into account the attributes of consumer satisfaction level with the product, Ease of information, presentation and ordering security. Consumer satisfaction with purchasing Chinese Food through Go Food is 76.23%, included in the category 76% < CSI ≤ 100%, which means consumers feel very satisfied

Abstract

Indonesia masih bergantung pada pangan dari negara lain. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan impor pangan yangterus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Konsumsi daging sapi secara nasional mengalami permintaan cukuptinggi karena jumlah penduduk yang terus mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan konsumsi daging sapimengakibatkan meningkatnya permintaan yang membuat Indonesia belum bisa memenuhi kebutuhanpermintaan daging sapi. Sehingga, Indonesia melakukan impor daging sapi guna memenuhi kebutuhanMasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perkembangan impor, produksi, konsumsi,harga daging sapi lokal dan luar negeri, serta nilai tukar dan menganalisis pengaruh produksi, konsumsi,harga daging sapi lokal dan luar negeri, serta nilai tukar terhadap volume impor daging sapi Indonesia.Metode untuk menganalisis data yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan model Error Correction Model(ECM). Hasilnya dari model ECM menunjukkan bahwa estimasi hubungan dari jangka panjang denganvariabel produksi daging sapi dan nilai tukar memberikan dampak negatif terhadap impor daging sapi. Disisi lain, harga daging sapi lokal memberikan dampak positif terhadap impor daging sapi Indonesia.Sedangkan, pada jangka pendek menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara produksi daging sapi, hargadaging sapi lokal, dan nilai tukar berdampak negatif terhadap impor daging sapi. Hasilnya dari uji Fmenunjukkan p-value = 0,00000 < α = 0,05, R2 yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,837766 artinya variabelkonsumsi, produksi, harga lokal dan luar negeri serta nilai tukar berpengaruh signifikan terhadapvariabel impor daging sapi Indonesia yaitu 83,3%. Sementra, variabel lainnya yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam regresi yaitu sebesar 16,7%.Kata Kunci: impor, daging sapi, ECM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze e-commerce adoption among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Food and Beverage sector in Tambaksari Sub-district, Surabaya City. Using questionnaires for data collection and Structural Equation Modeling for data analysis, this study involved a sample of 80 respondents from the SME population in the area. Analysis of the demographics and business characteristics of the respondents showed that most respondents were female, aged between 41-50 years, with the highest level of education being high school or vocational school. The study used path diagrams to illustrate the relationship between variables and conducted convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability tests to validate the model. The results of hypothesis testing show a significant relationship between perceived usefulness, ease of use, behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control factors with e-commerce usage. These findings underscore the importance of e-commerce adoption in the business development strategy of SMEs in the Food and Beverage sector in Tambaksari Sub-district, Surabaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UMKM Bunda Surabaya, Surabaya City, with a focus on value-added analysis and profit optimization of processed shellfish production. The research method used was a case study with non-probability sampling, and data collection through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and quantitatively, including the calculation of production costs, revenues, and profits. The Hayami method was used to calculate added value, while the simplex method was used for production profit optimization. The results showed that Bunda Surabaya MSMEs earned profits from the production of shredded clams, clam sticks, and clam chili sauce, with a fairly high added value. The highest profit was obtained from the clam sauce product amounting to Rp. 775,201 per one production process. The added value of shredded clams is Rp. 94,726 per kg of raw material with a value-added ratio of 63.15%. This research is expected to provide benefits for the shellfish processing industry and improve the welfare of the fishing community.

Abstract

Budidaya jamur tiram menunjukkan prospek ekonomi yang menggembirakan. Produk ini memiliki nilai komersial yang tinggi dan dapat dikelola dengan metode yang relatif sederhana. Tingginya permintaan masyarakat terhadap jamur tiram membuat produksi dalam skala besar menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang esensial. Selain memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, budidaya jamur tiram juga memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan bagi sejumlah warga lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aspek bisnis di UD. Budidaya Jamur Tiram Putih di Kecamatan Buduran, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dengan fokus pada analisis biaya usaha, penerimaan, dan pendapatan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara berkesinambungan dari waktu ke waktu. Data primer didapatkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan pemilik usaha budidaya jamur tiram putih. Metode analisis yang diterapkan mencakup analisis pendapatan, Nilai Kini Bersih (NPV), Rasio Pendapatan terhadap Biaya (R/C), Rasio Manfaat terhadap Biaya (B/C), dan Periode Pengembalian Modal (PP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode lima tahun, UD. Budidaya Jamur Tiram Putih di Kecamatan Buduran, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, mengeluarkan biaya total sebesar Rp404.141.050 dengan total pendapatan sebesar Rp. 1.845.260.000 dan total pendapatan usaha sebesar Rp1.441.118.950. Analisis kelayakan finansial menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Kini Bersih (NPV) sebesar Rp274.498.848 > 0, Rasio Pendapatan terhadap Biaya (R/C) sebesar 5,5>1, Rasio Manfaat terhadap Biaya (B/C) sebesar 4,2 > 1, dan Periode Pengembalian Modal (PP) adalah 1 tahun 8 bulan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bisnis budidaya jamur tiram putih di UD. Budidaya Jamur Tiram Putih di Kecamatan Buduran, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dalam periode lima tahun, layak untuk diteruskan. Abstract

The contemporary business landscape is marked by heightened competition, necessitating comprehensive enhancements across various facets, particularly the quality of products offered. Quality stands out as a pivotal determinant in captivating consumer preference and product selection. Kopi Kutjur UD. Sampun Slamet specializes in the production of powdered coffee and coffee beans, which may occasionally exhibit imperfections or damage without detailed documentation. This study seeks to achieve three primary objectives: (1) scrutinize the implementation of coffee bean quality control practices at Kopi Kutjur UD. Sampun Slamet; (2) assess the extent of product damage in coffee beans within the aforementioned establishment; and (3) analyze the efficacy of the New Seven Tools methodology in mitigating coffee product damage and imperfections during the production process. The research methodology relies on the New Seven Tools approach, revealing that factors contributing to damage include Man, Machine, Method, and Material. Recommendations include the implementation of a Checksheet to systematically record coffee bean product damages.

Abstract

Advanta Seeds is a company engaged in sustainable agriculture with a production focus on hybrid corn seeds. In the processing of corn seeds, PT. Advanta seeds Indonesia experiences a high average product defect 10% of the total production. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the quality control od hybrid corn seeds using the six sigma method and seek continuous improvement actions. In this research using step define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. Data collection in April – May 2023 and September – November 2023 by production recapitulation. The results showed that the company’s sigma level was 3,40, meaning that in the production process improvement was still. There are three types of defect in corn seeds production : non-conforming corn cobs, seeds that do not match the size and damage seed. Non-conforming cobs are the most dominant type of defect caused by human, environment, and raw material factor. The continuous improvement action such as conducting stricter supervision during male flower detaseling activities, providing training when there are new hybrid of varieties. After taking corrective action there is an increase in the capability of the production process (Cpk > 1,00) so that it can be said to be capable

Abstract

Bunga sedap malam dinobatkan menjadi bunga maskot Jawa Timur yang tercantum dalam Surat Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Timur No. 471 tahun 1991, Kabupaten Pasuruan menjadi daerah di Jawa Timur yang menyumbang produksi bunga sedap malam dengan jumlah yang cukup fantastis, dengan salah satu desa yang menjadi sentra produksi bunga sedap malam yaitu Desa Rembang. Tetapi hal tersebut tidak diiikuti dengan minat petani untuk terus berusaha tani bunga sedap malam, adanya penurunan minat petani dalam berusaha tani bunga sedap malam dikarenakan adanya fluktuasi harga jual bunga sedap malam dan tidak adanya subsidi pupuk lagi dari pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi eksistensi usahatani bunga sedap malam di Desa Rembang berdasarkan luas lahan, jumlah petani, dan minat petani berusahatani sedap malam serta menganalisis pendapatan usahatani bunga sedap malam. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dan alat analisis pendapatan usahatani. Responden pada penelitian ini merupakan petani bunga sedap malam dengan jumlah 47 petani yang diambil dari teknik Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi usahatani bunga sedap malam masih ada ditandai dengan meningkatnya luas lahan dan jumlah petani usahatani pertahunnya serta 44 dari 47 responden menyatakan akan tetap melanjutkan usahatani bunga sedap malam. Pendapatan yang diperoleh oleh petani bunga sedap malam Desa Rembang Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Pasuruan sebesar Rp 167.347.475/Ha/Musim atau rata-rata sebesar Rp 6.972.811/Ha/Bulan

Abstract

Dampit District, Malang Regency, is known as the largest producer of robusta coffee, with a production of 5,464 tons in 2022. Dampit's robusta coffee is globally recognized for its quality, with nearly 90% of the production exported. Farmers in this region have added value to their coffee by processing it from coffee cherries into green beans (coffee ose), which increases their income. However, tight market competition and limited farmer knowledge about marketing margins pose challenges. This study aims to analyze the product flow and marketing efficiency of Dampit's robusta coffee through marketing margin and farmers' share analyses. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, using interviews to map the product flow into a supply chain scheme. Marketing margin and farmers' share analyses were used to evaluate efficiency. The findings identified three product flow patterns involving farmers, collectors, small traders, and large traders. Pattern II proved to be the most efficient, with a total margin of IDR 20,000 and the highest farmer's share at 76.4%. This pattern allows farmers to receive the largest share of income compared to other patterns. These results offer recommendations to enhance the welfare of robusta coffee farmers in Dampit District by optimizing efficient marketing patterns.

Abstract

The global economic crisis that is hitting us has resulted in many service companies taking the initiative to do various things to ensure that the company continues to run well and still prioritizes the concept of customer satisfaction and service quality. This is known as a factor that influences the success of a company, so customer service and satisfaction are vital aspects in maintaining a business and winning the competition. This research aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of milkfish and service to consumers and to analyze the attributes of the quality of milkfish and service at Lagoona Fishing, Sidoarjo Regency which need to be improved to increase consumer satisfaction. Sample determination methodaccidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Collecting primary data by means of interviews assisted by using questionnaires. The first objective was analyzed using CSI analysis (Customer Satisfaction Index) and the second objective is analyzed using IPA Analysis (Importance Performance Analysis). The research results show that in general lagoona fishing customers are in the satisfied category with a CSI value of 78.67%. Meanwhile, the main priorities for improvement include: service time, waiter response time to customers, problem handling, guidance assistance, accurate information, condition of the fishing pond, cleanliness of the place, availability of additional supporting facilities and attributes that are considered important and need to be maintained include: availability fish, quality of milkfish, friendly and patient attitude, willingness to explain and parking access.
