Abstract

Basically, learning the language means learning to communicate with others. In GBPP / main teaching guideline, Indonesian Language and Literature (Depdikbud, 1993: 3) it is mentioned that learning Indonesian language aimed to express ideas, opinions, experiences, and messages and feelings in oral or written discourses. Again, it is emphasized in a few Standart Competency and Competency Policy on Curriculum Education Unit, which is used as a platform of learning implementation at this time. Standart Competency mentions that students are able to express thoughts and feelings can be applied to the learning literature, both prose, poetry, or drama. Specially in learning poetry, the facts shows that the majority of teachers (including the author) find it difficult to teach poetry. It cannot be denied that, poetry is a form of literature in which the linguistic symbols used to expres feeling author (Sari Sastra Indonesia, Sumiati Budiman: 1987: 8). This study was carried out in SMP Negeri 1 Sugihwaras Regency Bojonegoro Year Education 2013/2014, which is focused in VIII-D. In order to be efficient and effective, the study was conducted in accordance with the schedule of teacher’s learning in the classroom or totally, there were 8X research meetings in VIII-D (4 weeks). The research was started in the beginning of mid- March to mid-April 2013. There were 34 students and 1 Drop Out 1 student. Thus, 33 students were the research focus. The data collection used are documentation, observation and a survey. There were 3 cycles in the research. In cycle 1, there is no significant improvement towards the students score. There was only 45 % , then in the second cycle was increasing in this study is 60 % and in the third cycle there is a significant improvement achieved in 80 %. Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis perubahan sikap dan identitas budaya Masyarakat  Samin di Desa Margomulyo. Fokus penelitian ini pada empat  nilai karakter budaya: 1)Tidak mengambil milik orang lain (tidak mencuri); 2) Tidak berbicara kotor (sopan santun); 3)  Pendirian kuat ; 4) Jujur. Hasil penelitian bahwa masyarakat  Samin Desa Margomulyo yang masih tinggal di desa tersebut  masih melestarikan budaya mereka sedangkan masyarakat   Samin yang tinggal di luar Desa Margomulyo sebagian besar banyak  nilai-nilai budaya mereka telah terdegradasi dari kehidupan. Degradasi tersebut berakibat  adanya perubahan sikap masyarakat Samin yang tinggal di luar Desa Margomulyo. Walaupun secara umum ada sekelompok kecil orang yang masih memahami dan atau mempraktikkan tradisi, ada kecenderungan degradasi dalam nilai-nilai budaya. Ada beberapa faktor di balik kecenderungan ini, di antaranya adalah: pendidikan, hidup di kota, tempat kerja, budaya Jawa dan Islam, dan perkawinan campuran, sera pengetahuan dan sains. Menyadari potensi kepunahan dan pentingnya tradisi, beberapa upaya diambil oleh para pemimpin masyarakat  samin yang bertujuan melestarikan budaya Samin. Bentuk pemertahanan melalui sosialisasi dalam bentuk ngangsu kaweruh Samin, festifal Kange Yune Samin  yang dilakukan  bulan sura setiap tahunnya dan tradisi upacara sura  yang sesuai dengan perkembangan nilai islami.Kata kunci: budaya, karakteristik, masyarakat samin, pemertahanan identitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve: (1) the quality of the learning process by using the cooperative type NHT method on PBSI study program level I-A IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro and (2) speaking skills by applying the cooperative type NHT method on PBSI I-A IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro study program students. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects of this study were I-A level students with 32 students consisting of 24 female students and 8 male students and speaking skills lecturers. The object of this research is learning to speak. Data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The data validity technique uses data source triangulation techniques and method triangulation. The data analysis technique used is a comparative description analysis technique and interactive analysis. This research was conducted in two cycles which included four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed an increase in learning speaking skills, marked by an increase in the number of students who reached the completeness limit, namely in the first cycle there were 5 students (16%) and the second cycle 28 students (87.5%). The average value of students has increased, namely 64.1 in the first cycle and 75.3 in the second cycle. This proves that the application of the NHT type cooperative method can increase student activeness, process and learning outcomes of student speaking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the students' speaking skills with the method of invention picture stories for grade 4A students of SD Negeri Kroyo Karangmalang Sragen. This type of research is classroom action research in 2 cycles with stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and test techniques. Data validation uses data triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed pre-action learning average scores of students reached 52.9 classical completeness 59.1%, first cycle 76.4 with classical completeness 81.8%, and the second cycle increased to 80.8, with classical 100%. Conclusions show that the application of speaking skills with the method of invention picture stories can improve students' speaking skills.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of speaking skills courses for level I students of the PBSI IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro Study Program for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of speaking skills using the PBL model for level I students of the PBSI IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro Study Program for the Academic Year 2020/2021. This study uses a qualitative description method in the form of classroom action research through two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The subject of this research is the level I students of the PBSI Study Program with a total of 30 students. The object of this research is the process of learning speaking skills for the first-level students of the PBSI IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro Study Program in class. Data collection techniques using, observation, interviews, tests, and documents. The data analysis technique of this research uses interactive analysis techniques which consist of three components, namely data grouping, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed an increase from the pre-cycle of 43.3% which was completed to 73.3% in cycle 1 and in cycle 2 it increased by 100% the level of completeness of student learning outcomes in the speaking skills course. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the PBL learning model can improve the learning outcomes of speaking skills courses for level I students of the PBSI IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro Study Program for the 2020/2021 Academic Year.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the interest and learning outcomes of speaking skills in IA class students of PBSI IKIP IKRI PGRI Bojonegoro Academic Year 2019/2020. This class action research uses 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in the IA class of PBSI IKIP IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro Academic Year 2019/2020 odd semester with a total of 30 students with details of 8 male and 22 female, aged between 17-24 years. The data collection techniques of this study used questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the questionnaire in cycle 1 amounted to 60%, an increase in interest in learning to speak increased in cycle 2, namely 96.7%. Student learning outcomes average pre-cycle knowledge value of 65.4, cycle 1 an average value of 72, 7, and cycle 2 77.0. While the average value of the skills value is 69.0 in the pre-cycle stage, 76.2 in cycle 1 and 78.0 in cycle 2. The conclusion of this study mind map method applied can increase the interest and learning outcomes of speaking skills in IA class students PBSI IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro Study Program Academic Year 2019/2020.

Abstract

Salah satu aset yang akan menjadi generasi emas suatu negara yaitu pemuda. Mereka merupakan usia produktif yang memiliki potensi penggerak pembangunan suatu negara. Maju mundurnya suatu negara nanti akan bergantung pada kualitas pemuda dalam partisipasinya di pembangunan. Kemampuan mereka akan ikut andil membangun peradaban yang unggul suatu bangsa. Pemuda harus betul-betul dipersiapkan dengan berbagai kemampuan yang mendukung kehidupannya di masyarakat, salah satunya kemampuan Public Speaking. Kemampuan Public Speaking akan menjadi dasar dalam membangun peradaban bangsa yang yang demokrasi. Kemampuan Public Speaking mereka akan menunjukkan intelektualnya dalam menyampaikan pesan, ide, pemikiran dan informasi kepada orang lain. Tujuan kegiatan ini dengan mengadakan pelatihan public speaking bagi pemuda, untuk memberikan bekal kepada mereka kemampuan public speaking sehingga dapat berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan bangsa terutama di Desanya. Target kegiatan ini dapat menghasilkan artikel yang dipublicasikan pada jurnal. Metode yang kami pakai dalam pelatihan ini yaitu metode Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw dengan berbasis audio visual. Melalui metode Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw diharapkan kaum muda dapat berlatih keberanian kemudian direkam dalam bentuk audiovisual dan diunggah di youtube. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 4-5 November 2019. Sasaran pelatihan ini adalah pemuda karang taruna Desa Wotsogo Kecamatan Jatirogo.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low 4C skills in pragmatics courses for PBSI FKIP UMK students. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of 4C skills using the PjBL collaboration PBL model in pragmatics courses for students of the PBSI FKIP UMK Study Program. This research is a type of classroom action research through 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The object of this research is 30 students of PBSI FKIP UMK. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and tests. The data analysis technique used data triangulation. The results showed that there was an increase in the previous 4C skills from pre-cycle for knowledge construction skills 45% to 72% in cycle 1 and 80% in cycle 2, critical 46% in pre-cycle to 74 in cycle 1 and 82% in cycle 2, creativity 49% in pre-cycle to 75 in cycle 1 and 80% in cycle 2, and collaborative 54% to 75% and 80% in cycle 2. The conclusion shows an increase in 4C skills using the PjBL collaboration PBL model in the Pragmatics course in the PBSI FKIP UMK Study Program Academic Year 2021/2022.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low value of writing learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN Margorejo Surabaya in the 2021/2022 academic year. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of writing ability using electronic student worksheets based on STAD learning in fifth grade students of SDN Margorejo. This research is a classroom action research using a 2 cycle design. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The object of this research is the writing learning process for the fifth grade students of SDN Margorejo, totaling 30 students with details of 11 males and 19 females. Data collection techniques using observation sheets, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique used data triangulation. The results showed an increase in writing ability using STAD learning-based electronic student worksheets from the pre-cycle average score of 62 to 74 in cycle 1 and increased to 89 in cycle 2. learn to write for fifth graders at SDN Margorejo Surabaya in the 2021/2022 academic year.
