Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum XYZ (RSU XYZ) telah menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) untuk mendukung operasional seperti pendaftaran pasien, pelayanan poliklinik, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Namun, sistem tersebut belum mampu menyediakan visualisasi data yang memadai bagi manajemen rumah sakit. Di samping itu, RSU XYZ menghadapi permasalahan dalam pembagian beban kerja dokter. Kondisi yang terjadi adalah beberapa dokter menangani lebih banyak pasien dibandingkan rekan sejawat lainnya, yang dapat memengaruhi distribusi layanan medis. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, perlu dilakukan identifikasi melalui dashboard dapat membantu rumah sakit dalam menganalisis data dengan lebih efisien. Business Intelligence (BI) memungkinkan prediksi tren jumlah pasien, analisis penyakit, pengelompokan dokter, serta deteksi outlier kinerja dokter untuk evaluasi berkala dan memberikan perhatian khusus bila diperlukan. Visualisasi outlier yang terdeteksi khusus digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dokter, mengidentifikasi ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, dan memberikan dasar untuk tindakan perbaikan. Penelitian ini melakukan observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur sebagai metode pengumpulan data, serta mengikuti tahapan Roadmap BI yang meliputi justification, planning, business analysis, design, construction, dan deployment. Tahapan dalam penerapan BI ini melalui proses ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) menggunakan tools Pentaho Data Integration untuk pembuatan data warehouse dan Tableau Desktop serta Python untuk pembuatan dashboard, forecasting, clustering, hingga outlier detection. Metode yang digunakan meliputi forecasting dengan exponential smoothing, sedangkan teknik clustering menggunakan K-Means, dan outlier detection menggunakan Z-Score. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tujuh dashboard utama, yaitu dashboard rawat jalan, poliklinik, diagnosa penyakit, poliklinik kardiologi, forecasting, clustering, dan outlier detection

Abstract

This research is a Quasi Experimentalstudy which aims to describe the increase in student learning outcomes before and after being taught using a behavior modification model and to determine the effectiveness of behavior modification models on increasing student competitiveness. The researchdesign used was Time Series Design. The population in this study were all class X MIA 1 SMAN 1 Woha, totaling 36 people. The research sample consisted of 36 people. Sampling was carried out by means of convenience sampling. The results of descriptive research indicate that the average value of physics learning outcomes of students who before being taught uses a behavior modification model (Behavioral Modification). At the first meeting it was 51.67, at the second meeting it was 52.77, at the third meeting it was 56.28, and the three scores were in the sufficient category. While the average value of students' physics learning outcomes after being taught using a behavior modification model (Behavioral Modification). At the fourth meeting it was 80.83, at the fifth meeting it was 85.36 and at the sixth meeting it was 88.05. The three values are in the good category. Furthermore, the data obtained using the Wilcoxon Matched Pairs test obtained a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. So that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes before and after being taught with a behavior modification model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: compare learning outcomes between students who are taught the Joyful Learning strategy with the Every One is A Teacher Here strategy on thermodynamics class X SMKN 1 South Sulawesi. This type of research is classified as pre-experimental using a comparative study research approach, learning outcomes after being taught using the Joyful Learning learning strategy with the Every One is A Teacher Here learning strategy for students in class X TSM and class X TGB. The results showed that the class taught using the Joyful Learning learning strategy the average value of the students was in the good predicate category (B+), and the class taught using the Every One is A Teacher Here learning strategy the average student score was in the good category (B). It was concluded that there was a difference between the classes taught using the Joyful Learning learning strategy with higher learning outcomes than the classes taught using the Every One is A Teacher Here learning strategy.The implications of this research are: In learning physics to get high participation from each student, as an option, you can use the Every One Is a Teacher Here learning strategy, and to make students not feel pressured, they can use the Joyful Learning learningstrategy as an option.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of difficulty of students in the subject of biological diversity biology in class X of MAS Al-Ikhlas Karya Mukti and describe the factors that cause students' learning difficulties in the subject of biological diversity biology. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 40 students in class X. The types and sources of data used are primary, namely the results of interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data in the form of curriculum documents such as Learning Implementation Plans (RPP). Data analysis is carried out by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that (1) the average level of student learning difficulty in biodiversity materials reached 65%, which was included in the high category. (2) Internal factors such as the physical and psychological condition of students (70%) in the high category, interest and motivation in learning (75%) in the high category, and cognitive ability (63%) in the medium category. (3) External factors such as the learning environment at school (69%) in the high category, family support (63%) in the medium category, peer influence (61%) in the medium learning difficulty category, and limited learning resources (54%) in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the level of student learning difficulties in biodiversity materials in class X of MAS Al-Ikhlas Karya Mukti shows that students experience high learning difficulties influenced by a combination of internal and external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of parental income on students' learning motivation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 30 students in grade VII. The results showed that the majority of students came from families with low incomes, and this had an impact on students' low learning motivation. The level of parental income influenced the learning motivation of students in the subject of science (Biology) in grade VII at SMP Negeri 20 Sigi. The researcher found several students whose parents had low incomes so that it influenced the students' learning motivation, from the 30 samples that the researcher used, there were 26 students with low incomes with incomes <Rp.500,000 and those with high incomes were 4 students with incomes of Rp. 1,000,000 - Rp. 1,999,999. The average student learning motivation only reached 36%, which is included in the very low category. Internal factors (31%) and external factors (42%) both play a role in decreasing students' learning motivation. Interventions such as scholarships and support from parents and schools are needed to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning motivation of class VII students at SMP Negeri 20 Sigi is very low.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of science learning at SMP Negeri 1 Taopa. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 52 students and 2 science teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Taopa. The types and sources of data used are primary, namely the results of observations, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the study, the quality of learning shows excellent achievements in various aspects. Learning media is in the Very Good category with a percentage of 86.53%, indicating high effectiveness in delivering material. Similarly, the learning method also reached the Very Good category with a percentage of 82.5%, confirming that the combination of media and methods applied was very effective. Furthermore, the learning system also obtained a Very Good category with a percentage of 87.5%, indicating that the flow and structure of learning has been optimally designed. Overall, the findings show that the evaluated learning components contribute significantly to a quality learning experience. Thus, it can be concluded that the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 1 Taopa is in the Very Good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning media based on macromedia flash integrated Al-Qur'an verses that were developed in MAN 1 Konawe students. This research is a type of research and development (research and development) with a development design according to Borg & Gall. The trial participants were 21 students of class X MAN 1 Konawe, the data collection instrument used a questionnaire, interviews, test questions, and observation sheets. Data analysis and product development trials consist of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that: Integrated Flash Macromedia-Based Physics Learning Media with Qur'anic Verses at the developed MAN 1 Konawe school can be declared to meet the aspects of validity, reliability that is good and feasible to use.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the construction of divine principles in realizing the actualization of muamalah (Islamic economic transactions) in accordance with the theological values of Islamic economics, as a solution to modern economic problems that are laden with social inequality, individualism, and market exploitation. The benefit of this research is to contribute to the development of economic practices that are not solely profit-oriented but also emphasize social welfare and economic sustainability. This article is categorized as field research with a qualitative approach, using a descriptive-analytical study as its methodology. The results conclude that economic theology is not merely a normative study discussing the relationship between humans and God but also serves as a fundamental basis for building spiritual awareness in muamalah activities. The construction of divine principles becomes a key pillar in shaping fair, transparent, and community-oriented muamalah, as well as offering a resolution to the distortions of the modern economic system.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to explore the implementation of the halal ecosystem development through the KHAS (Kuliner Halal, Aman dan Sehat) or Halal culinary is safe and healthy zone in the Lego-lego Area of Makassar. A mixed methods approach was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD). The research findings indicate that 60% of visitors are female, while the remaining 40% are male. Sixty percent of visitors come 1-3 times, 25% more than six times, and 15% 4-6 times to Lego-lego. Visitor interest in Lego-lego is attributed to its attractive ambiance and cuisine (50%), recommendations (35%), and strategic location (15%). Satisfaction with implementing the KHAS Zone is reported as follows: 50% satisfied, 30% moderately satisfied, 15% dissatisfied, and 5% very satisfied. One hundred percent of MSMEs tenants in Lego-lego are aware of the KHAS Zone, with exposure coming from seminars (40%), social media (20%), family and friends (20%), media or TV (17%), and management (7%). MSME tenants participate in KHAS Zone development programs/activities such as seminars, halal certification training, halal food training, and management training. The KHAS Zone is deemed adequate by 47%, highly effective by 33%, and less effective by 20% in enhancing the quality of MSMEs. The benefits of the KHAS Zone for MSMEs include improving the quality of halal, safe, and healthy culinary products, increasing income, and raising awareness of product branding and promotion. While the development of MSMEs based on the KHAS Zone has been implemented, comprehensive empowerment from upstream to downstream is deemed necessary for the future.Keywords: Lego-Lego, KHAS Zone, Ecosystem, Halal.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi pengembangan ekosistem halal melalui zona KHAS (Kuliner Halal, Aman, dan Sehat) di Kawasan Lego-lego Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan gabungan (mixed methods) melalui observasi,wawancara dan FGD. Temuan penelitian antara lain, pengunjung didominasi perempuan 60% dan selebihnya 40% laki-laki.Intensitas kunjungan 60% berkunjung 1-3 kali, lebih dari 6 kali sebanyak 25% dan 4-6 kali ke lego-lego sebanyak 15%.  Ketertarikan pengunjung karena suasana menarik dan kulinernya 50%, sebanyak 35% karena rekomendasi dan selebihnya 15% lokasi strategis. Tingkat kepuasan penerapan Zona KHAS sebanyak 50% menyatakan puas, 30% menyatakan cukup puas, 15% menyatakan kurang puas dan 5% menyatakan sangat puas.  UMKM tenant di lego-lego (100%) mengenal Zona KHAS dari seminar (40%), media sosial (20%), keluarga dan teman (20%), media atau TV (17%), dan manajemen (7%). Secara UMKM tenant mengikuti program/kegiatan pengembangan zona KHAS melalui seminar, pelatihan sertifikasi halal, pangan halal dan pelatihan manajemen. Zona KHAS dinilai efektif (47%), sangat efektif (33%), dan kurang efektif (20%) dalam meningkatkan kualitas UMKM. Manfaat zona KHAS bagi UMKM dapat meningkatan kualitas produk kuliner halal, aman, dan sehat, meningkatkan pendapatan serta kesadaran produk branding dan promosi. Pengembangan UMKM berbasis zona KHAS telah terimplementasi dan kedepannya diperlukan pemberdayaan dari hulu ke hilir secara komprehensif.Kata Kunci: Lego-Lego, Zona KHAS, Ekosistem, Halal.
