Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the distribution of fire locations in Rokan Hulu Regency in 2020. 2) fire area and the area of ​​burnt palm oil plantations in Rokan Hulu Regency in 2020. 3) the threat of forest and land fires using a 2020 modelbuilder analysis. This research is descriptive quantitative, which includes the distribution of fire locations, the threat of forest and land fires, and the area of ​​land fires and the area burned. The data analysis technique was carried out using Nearest Neighbor Analysis, Modelbuilder and Normalized Burn Ratio (NBR) and Difference Normalized Burn Ratio (dNBR). The results of the analysis found that Rokan Hulu Regency is an area that has the largest oil palm plantation in Riau Province, the threat of forest and land fires in Rokan Hulu Regency is 541,987,1 ha (74.51%) more than half of the administrative area, and high which has an area of ​​185401ha (25.49%), so the threat of forest and land fires is from moderate to high. The distribution of the number of hotspots (hotspots) in Rokan Hulu Regency is 56 hotspots (hotspots), the distribution of fire locations is clustered. The area of ​​fire for oil palm plantations in the North Tambusai sub-district is a very large affected area, namely 123,239 hectares. The least affected land plantation fire disaster is Ujung Batu, which is 12,332.5 Ha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan penelitian untuk mengetahuisebaran kasus pasien positif covid 19 di Kota Bukittinggi, serta membangun WebGIS untuk persebaran pasien positif Covid 19 di Kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian desain sistem dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC adalah proses pembuatan dan pengubahan serta model dan metodologi untuk membangun sistem tersebut. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder serta menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 1 Jumlah pasien Covid-19 bulan juli kota bukittinggi adalah sebanyak 1063 jiwa. Indeks Kejadian Covid-19 di Kota Bukittinggi terttinggi terjadi di Kelurahan Puhun Pintu Kabun yaitu 35,24 dan terendah di Kelurahan Bukit Cangang Kayu Ramang yaitu 1,13. Sedangkan angka kematian penduduk akibat dari Covid-19 tertinggi berada di Kelurahan Puhun Tembok yaitu 10,638.2Persebaran Covid-19 di Bukittinggi di visualisasikan melalui WebGIS dengan alamat domain https://bit.ly/2ZeLI6N yang berisikan data jumlah pasien yang bisa dilihat oleh masyarakat luas dengan mudah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the extent of public green open space in Painan City, (2) the distribution of available public green open spaces in Painan City, (3) the size of the public green open space required by Painan City based on oxygen demand. This type of research is using a qualitative descriptive method which aims to reveal events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred during the research by presenting what actually happened. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The area of ​​public green open space based on the area in Painan City is 321.70 ha. (2) Availability of public green open space based on oxygen demand in Painan Urban which is 390.10 ha which can be seen from three consumers such as population, motorized vehicles and livestock. (3) The area of ​​green open space currently available is 201.72 ha. So that the existing public green open space in Painan City currently still requires around 188.38 ha of green open space. Abstract

The aims of the study were 1) to find out the pattern of relationships between stakeholders and the Network Node Components in OPDs throughout West Sumatra Province, 2) to determine IDS readiness in OPDs throughout West Sumatra Province which were evaluated using Social Network Analysis with visualization of index diagrams. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey method to OPDs throughout West Sumatra Province by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study is Social Network Analysis which is used to calculate the centrality value which represents the role of each OPD in the availability of IDS to support Geospatial Information Network Nodes, especially in West Sumatra Province. The results of this study are 1) The BMCKTR and DISKOMINFO services are OPDs which are the center of centrality. By using Ucinet tools, it proves that the density in the network is above 50% so that the relationship is considered strong, 2) Based on the 13 OPDs that have been carefully examined, there are 3 OPDs that are not ready, 7 OPDs that are somewhat ready, and 3 OPDs that are quite ready.

Abstract

Kecerdasan spasial, juga dikenal sebagai kecerdasan spasial visual atau penalaran spasial adalah kemampuan untuk membayangkan atau memvisualisasikan dalam pikiran seseorang posisi objek, bentuknya, hubungan spasialnya satu sama lain, dan gerakan yang dibuat untuk membentuk hubungan spasial baru. Ini adalah kemampuan untuk melakukan visualisasi spasial dan penalaran spasial di dalam pikiran seseorang. Kemampuan ini sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang kemampuan anak dalam memahami lingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan Geo-Augmented Reality (Geo-AR) bagi guru Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) Pembangunan Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP). Pemilihan sekolah dikarenakan kemudahan akses bagi tim pengabdian dan kemudahan koordinasi karena masih berada dalam lingkungan kampus UNP. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan berupa ceramah untuk konsep dan berupa praktik penggunaan Geo-AR bagi guru dan siswa TK. Diharapkan Guru terampil dalam penggunaan Geo-AR ini karena Geo-AR diberikan kepada sekolah TK Pembangunan UNP untuk digunakan secara mandiri selepas kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim selesai. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah guru menjadi sangat terbantu dalam penyampaian materi mengenai bentang lahan atau topografi yang mendukung kecerdasan spasial siswa TK. Di samping itu, siswa TK sangat antusias karena Geo-AR memanfaatkan media pasir dalam memvisualisasikan bentang lahan yang diarahkan oleh guru. Secara lebih luas tidak menutup kemungkinan program ini juga dikenalkan kepada sekolah TK di Kota Padang.

Abstract

Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Agam nomor 12 Tahun 2007 mendefinisikan Nagari sebagai kesatuan masyarakat hukum adat dengan batas wilayah tertentu berdasarkan adat istiadat Minangkabau dan/atau asal usul Nagari. Batas Nagari menurut Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri nomor 45 tahun 2016 adalah pembatas wilayah administrasi pemerintahan antar desa yang merupakan rangkaian titik-titik koordinat yang berada pada permukaan bumi dapat berupa tanda-tanda alam seperti igir/punggung gunung/pengunungan (watershed), median sungai dan/atau unsur buatan dilapangan yang dituangkan dalam bentuk peta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni FGD, kartometrik, pengukuran lapangan dan pembuatan peta, yang bertujuan menciptakan tertib administrasi dan kepastian hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Nagari Panampuang memiliki 6 segmen batas yang berbatasan dengan 3 kecamatan: Ampek Angkek, Baso dan Canduang, dengan 176 titik kartometrik dan 2 pilar batas utama.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the causes of land use change in the slum areas of Kandis Sub-district, Siak Regency, and analyze land use change from 2014 to 2023 using information maps. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with data analysis techniques based on weighting the quality of slum areas through geographic information systems (GIS) using GIS applications to identify location, distance, and settlement patterns. Sampling was done through proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection used primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of documentation studies. The results showed that: (1) The causes of land use change in Kandis Sub-district slum areas include an increase in population density every year, narrow spacing between buildings (1.5 to 3 meters), lack of clean water infrastructure, inadequate drainage, inadequate toilet conditions, and lack of waste disposal facilities. Community income is also low, below Rp. 1,000,000 per month. (2) The area of the slum area has increased significantly, from 0.27 Ha in 2014 to 9.6 Ha in 2023.

Abstract

KUGI (Katalog Unsur Geografi Indonesia) is the assignment of codes and code structures, determination of types, operations, attributes, associations and documentation rules for elements presented in geographic elements. The increasing need for geospatial data (DG) and Geospatial Information (IG) makes KUGI standardization of geospatial information indispensable to facilitate data processing. The purpose of KUGI is to make the data uniform. The initial stage in the KUGI standardization process at the nagari boundaries in the Basa Ampek Balai Tapan sub-district is the process of collecting data and adjusting attributes according to the template from the KUGI website. Next, fill in the attributes according to the rules that have been provided. The results of this Geospatial information can be stored and uploaded to various geoportal platforms. One of them is the Cartoview application.

WebGIS 3D is a geographic information system that allows users to view, analyze, and interact with geospatial data in three-dimensional format via the web. This WebGIS utilizes 3D mapping technology to provide deeper visualization, allowing users to explore location information with a more realistic perspective, such as in urban planning, environmental analysis, and infrastructure development. Abstract

Land and Building Tax (PBB) calculations using conventional methods often face obstacles in terms of accuracy and efficiency. This research implements UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology integrated with LiDAR sensors to optimize PBB calculations in Baso District, Agam Regency in 2024. The research method used is applied research with a quantitative approach, using DJI Terra and TerraSolid software for data acquisition and processing. The results showed that UAV-LiDAR technology is able to produce 3D spatial data that presents detailed information about the dimensions of tax objects, including area, volume, and height of buildings. Compared to conventional 2D methods, this technology shows significant advantages in assessing multi-storey buildings and complex structures. The resulting point cloud data supports precise object classification and more accountable tax assessment. Although its implementation requires high initial investment, the technology proves effective in improving the validity of tax object data and strengthening the PBB calculation base. This research contributes to the modernization of local taxation system through the utilization of the latest geospatial technology.
