Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui tingkat berfikir spasial siswa kelas X dan XI IPS pada mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, (2) Mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi siswa kelas X dan XI dalam materi spasial. Dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengetahuan berfikir spasial siswa yang akan menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian deskritif kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dari 52 siswa diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil yaitu, siswa kelas X dan XII tergolong kategori sangat kurang dengan persentase sebesar 50%, dimana sebanyak 26 dari 60 siswa mendapatkan nilai ?61. Artinya setengah dari siswa masuk ke dalam kategori sangat kurang. Sementara dalam hasil wawancara dengan 6 informan siswa, didapatkan hasil bahwa, kendala yang banyak dihadapi siswa dalam menjawab soal adalah pada jenis soal atau materi yang berkaitan dengan rumus atau perhitungan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah Aplikasi berbasis Android untuk mengetahui informasi nilai tanah khususnya pada Zona Bahaya Tsunami di Kota Padang. sehingga nantinya transparansi dan informasi pertanahan yang dibutuhkan masyarkat dapat terpublikasi dengan baik. Melalui bantuan Location Based Service (LBS) dan teknologi Google Maps yang akan membantu mengetahui informasi tanah ke dalam smartphone sesuai dengan lokasi rel-time. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Recycle (SDLC), dengan model pengembangan Prototype. SDLC mencakup beberapa tahapan yang harus dilalui, mulai dari perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sedangkan untuk pengembangan prototype sendiri dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sistem, agar pengembang dan pengguna dapat dapat saling berinteraksi dan memberikan masukan satu sama lain selama pembuatan aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka diperlukannya sebuah aplikasi Location Based Service (LBS) untuk merangkum informasi tanah pada lokasi yang ditentukan yang dinamakan dengan aplikasi “Cek Tanahku”.

Abstract

This research aims to. 1) conduct participatory mapping of customary land in Nagari Bidar Alam. 2) classifying Bidar Alam's customary land use. This type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. Primary data was obtained from FGD with the Bidar Alam community. The tracking data is processed using arcGIS 10.3. The results of this study are: 1) The customary land in Nagari Bidar Alam has an area of ​​100.84 Ha. Which consists of 4 tribes, namely the Kampai tribe covering an area of ​​43.23 hectares, Malays covering an area of ​​33.75 hectares, Kuti Anyir covering an area of ​​6.18 hectares, and Tigo Lareh covering an area of ​​17.66 hectares. 2) The results of the classification of land use on customary lands consist of plantations with an area of ​​99.99 ha with a percentage of 99.18% which is dominated by oil palm plantations. Settlements have an area of ​​0.03 ha which are located in the ulayat of the Malays with a percentage of 0.01%. Meanwhile, Semak Scrub is spread among the Kampai, Malay, and Kuti Anyir tribes and has an area of ​​0.08 ha with a percentage of 0.79%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the vegetation density, availability of green open space, and changes in vegetation density for green open space in Bengkulu City in 2015 and 2022. The method used in this study applied NDVI analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Based on the land area of ​​​​vegetation density in Bengkulu City in 2015 the vegetation density was dominated by medium density which had an area of ​​5,613.35 ha (42.41%). In 2022 the vegetation density is dominated by low density with an area of ​​4,580.45 ha (34.61%). (2) The availability of green open space in 2015 was 8,574 ha and in 2022 it was 8,299 ha. (3) Changes in the area of ​​vegetation density for green open spaces from 2015 to 2020 decreased by 767 ha. (4) The results of the NDVI accuracy test with the Confusion Matrix technique, obtained an accuracy of 80%, there has been a reduction in information due to cloud cover in 2022.

Abstract

Rafflesia is a unique type of plant and is the largest single flower in the world. One form of management of the TNKS area is to make observations related to the Rafflesia distribution point. Identifying the function needed in the information system related to the Rafflesia SP Family in the TNKS area in Nagari Sungai Gambir Sako Tapan. This type of research is quantitative. Data processed with prototype models is a technique for collecting certain information about the needs of the system. This method will analyze the data using the likert scale. In the evaluation stage, the system uses Usability Testing using the SUS (System Usability Scale) questionnaire method to look for system weaknesses and flaws. This study resulted in 1. Features of the WebGIS design include the addition, modification, and deletion of Rafflesia SP coordinate points. 2. Based on the results of the product test as a user, a response was obtained with an average score of 78 which means that the user agrees with the functions (menus and features) on WebGIS that are running well, and can be executed.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to know the topology validation function, 2) to know the use of topology rules such as polygon, polyline and point rules according to Permendagri No. 45/2016, 3) to make it easier for the government/other researchers to validate the topology of administrative boundaries. This type of research is quantitative with geospatial analysis, research can be done topology checking using ArcGIS software where there are topology validation tools to identify errors contained in the data. The results of the research found that polyline topology validation only found errors in 2 object features, namely Must Not Overlap with 6 errors and Must Not Have Dangels with 1 error. Validation of polygon topology has no errors, it is just detected outside the area so an exception is made. Validation of point topology that has errors is only found in 2 feature objects, namely Point Must Be Covered By Line with 2 errors, and Must Be Disjoint with 41 errors.

Abstract

During the election period, political parties compete for legislative seats by attracting the hearts of the public, but not all people are interested in the way political parties approach them. This research will discuss how voter preferences based on regional characteristics and voter characteristics in determining their choices and analyzing the distribution of party votes in Lubuk Minturun Village. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method using statistical analysis techniques, using description analysis techniques with SPSS in the form of crosstabs and frequency tabulations and GIS analysis with ArcGis 10.8 and supported by field survey data. The results of this study are that voters' preferences in determining their choices are dominated by voters of parties with nationalist ideologies and reasons for choice based on performance and assistance provided. The distribution of party votes that dominates in the research area is dominated by the Gerindra, Democrat and PKS parties. The conclusion of this study is that the Lubuk Minturun Village community belongs to the rationalist voter type, this can be seen from the existence of pokir procurement locations in several Community Associations.

Abstract

The data from the 2019 legislative election in Padang City is important and can be used by various groups. This data can serve as material for eval_uating the implementation of the 2019 legislative election in Padang City and as a projection for future elections. However, the data from the 2019 legislative election in Padang City that is circulating is only in file form and only includes the number of votes for each party and candidate within the village and polling station (TPS) areas. This makes it difficult to analyze the vote distribution for each party in areas smaller than a village but larger than a TPS, specifically at the RW level. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology using a prototype development model. By utilizing a Content Management System (CMS) in the open-source WordPress application, this research aims to build a dynamic website. The result of the research is a WebGIS that visually presents information, such as an interactive map displaying the results of the political parties' votes. It includes table displays, jpg previews, and pie charts. The WebGIS hasilpemilukpik has five main menus: login, home, map, data, and about. The development of the WebGIS (dev-hasilpemilukpik.pantheonsite.io) has undergone product testing, and respondents overall have responded positively to the functionality and appearance of the WebGIS.

Abstract

The modern retail industry is experiencing rapid development. One of the currently existing and growing segments is the minimarket. This study was conducted in the Padang Barat District with the aims of: (1) Identifying the factors influencing the distribution pattern of minimarkets in Padang Barat District. (2) Determining the distribution pattern of minimarkets in Padang Barat District. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The method used is the Average Nearest Neighbour or nearest neighbor analysis to determine the distribution pattern of minimarkets. Meanwhile, the factors influencing the location of minimarkets refer to SNI Regulation No. 03 of 2004 and Padang Mayor Regulation No. 53 of 2021, considering demographic aspects, service coverage, and road networks. The results show that there are 21 minimarkets spread across the Padang Barat District. Demographic factors, service coverage, and road networks influence the distribution of minimarket locations. Regarding demographics, calculations suggest the possibility of adding 153 minimarkets, service coverage calculations suggest the possibility of adding 4 minimarkets, and 15 minimarkets are found to be suitable based on the road network. The distribution pattern of minimarkets in Padang Barat District is random, with a T value of 0.949561, a z-score of -0.442191, and a significance value of p 0.658351.

Abstract

West Sumatra Province is an area that has vast and very rich mining potential. However, focusing on the field, of course there are still many mining obstacles that need to be fixed. An example of the problem is, the ESDM Service has a central information system in the form of spatial data and others, the existing system was previously built for the company as a self-service. The regional ESDM does not have access to manage and register licensed companies to the Center system. This study aims to implement visualization of the distribution of active non-metallic mineral mining permit business areas in West Sumatra Province based on WebGIS. This type of research uses the Research and Development method. This method is used to produce certain products after analyzing the needs and testing the effectiveness of the product to see if the product works. The data used for visualization is the Mining Business Permit Area (WIUP) data for West Sumatra Province. The data analysis technique uses the waterfall technique and functionality testing of the product. The results of this study are to produce a digital product in the form of WebGIS distribution of active non-metallic mineral mining permit business areas in West Sumatra Province. The conclusion in this study is the implementation of WebGIS for the distribution of active mining permit business areas in West Sumatra Province and has proven to work well as evidenced by the functionality accuracy test.
