Abstract

Pemalang is a district that has rice fields up to 36 thousand hectares and becomes a buffer area for rice commodity in Central Java and becomes a focus in maintaining availability and food reserves. However, Pemalang Regency is vulnerable to the threat of drought that often hits the Central Java region. Therefore, information is needed about rice field drought as a form of mitigation and supporting food security by the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The purpose of this research is to determine the level of rice fields' drought in the rainy and dry seasons from 2019 to 2021 and displays in the form of web gis that all circles can access. The data needed in this study include normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) map, normalized difference water index (NDWI) map, land surface temperature (LST) map, hydrogeology map, land type map, and rice field map. The result of this study is the formation of a map of the drought level of rice fields in the Pemalang Regency divided into five classes, namely very low, low, medium, high, and very high. Ulujami and Belik are the sub-districts with the broadest moderate drought rate from the data processing. Then Ulujami, Watukumpul, and Belik are districts with the broadest area of high drought, and Randudongkal is a subdistrict with the broadest very high drought area.

Abstract

This research aims to find out comparative information about the Payakumbuh City geoportal in Indonesia with the Paris City geoportal in France, challenges in managing data and metadata in the Payakumbuh City geoportal and the impact of utilizing the Payakumbuh City geoportal on city governance. The type of research is qualitative with a comparative descriptive approach. Data collection using interview and observation techniques. The results showed that the Payakumbuh City geoportal has shortcomings in the availability of data and metadata than the Paris City geoportal and the producer agencies that have not produced data are still more than the City of Paris which has agencies that are active in data production, and in data accessibility and the features and functions provided are still relatively few than the Paris City geoportal. The management of data availability and metadata has challenges in producer agencies as the main providers of data in the Payakumbuh City geoportal and the utilization of the Payakumbuh City geoportal for city governance, decision making and public services has had a good impact on the Payakumbuh City government.

Abstract

Highways are the main means of transportation activities as a connecting access between locations. Traffic and road transport have a strategic squeeze in supporting economic development in an effort for the general welfare. This study aims to determine the cause of the accident in Panorama 1 and Panorama 2 Sitinjau Lauik Padang City. This research is included in the type of descriptive research with methods using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results showed that accidents on Panorama 1 occurred mostly at 12:01-18:00 on weekdays with a total of 7 incidents and Panorama 2 at 18:01-00:00 on weekdays with a total of 8 incidents. In addition, the speed and facilities of the road also trigger accidents.

Abstract

The large volume of erosion that will result will cause the loss of the top soil layer and a decrease in soil nutrients. For this reason, soil conservation efforts are needed to ensure that the soil is not dispersed, regulate the force of movement and the amount of surface flow so that soil uplift does not occur. This research includes qualitative research where to get data you have to go into the field by discussing with the community. The approach method offered in solving partner problems is as follows: 1) Direct discussions with the people of Balai Gadang Subdistrict whose area is prone to landslides, 2) Training on the use of fruit waste for eco-enzymes and decomposers, as well as vegetative conservation on existing land. The results of this third year of service include: (1) discussions with farmers regarding the manufacture of decomposers and eco enzymes (2) Survey activities to increase agricultural and livestock activities, (3) Conducting training and practice in making decomposers from rice washing water (4) ) Practice of making Eco-enzyme from fruit peel waste, (5) Refresher discussions on farmer group organizations, (6) Practicum with students to check agricultural land fertility, (7) Survey at the new Landslide location for vegetative conservation activities with black bamboo plants, banana, sugar palm, areca nut, vetiver and others

Abstract

Genangan banjir rob kerap terjadi di kawasan pesisir Sumatra. Fenomena ini sangat dirasakan masyarakat Bengkalis 10 tahun terakhir. Sepanjang tahun 2021 BNPB sudah mencatat 3.092 kejadian yang didominasi oleh bencana hidrometeorologi. Studi ini fokus pada peristiwa banjir rob akibat puncak pasang sebagai manifestasi yang semakin terlihat oleh kenaikan permukaan laut dan satu komunitas yang terpapar tidak siap. Berdasarkan grafik fluktuasi, pasang air laut mencapai puncaknya pada bulan desember tahun 2021 yakni 3 m. Hal ini berbanding lurus dengan tren kejadian banjir rob di lokasi penelitian yang terjadi di bulan Desember. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dilakukan uji akurasi sederhana menggunakan matriks konfusi, ditemukan bahwa model spasial berhasil membuat zonasi kawasan genangan dengan hasil akurasi sebesar 81 % sehingga hasil tersebut termasuk sesuai dan layak. Jangkaun dan luas genangan tertinggi berada di desa Penebal dengan luas 805 ha dan radius jangkauan genangan mencapai 1,6 Km dari garis pantai. Perlu dilakukan penyajian data mengenai persebaran lokasi banjir rob di Kecamatan Bengkalis dalam bentuk peta rawan banjir rob yang berbasis sistem informasi geografis SIG, sebab selama ini informasi mengenai data lokasi banjir rob berupa data dalam bentuk angka-angka maupun tabel belum dipetakan oleh Pemda Bengkalis, dan bentuk penyajiannya belum teridentifikasi secara spasial.

Abstract

Along with the development of various tourist objects in the City of Bukittinggi and the increasing number of tourists visiting, this has led to a lack of satisfaction levels for some tourists who only have time to travel for one day (One Day Trip) in the City of Bukittinggi. The lack of tourist satisfaction levels for tourists who travel for one day (One Day Trip) in the City of Bukittinggi is caused by limited time and the affordability of the distance between one tourist destination location and another tourist destination, so that tourists do not enjoy their time to the fullest. In geography, affordability is the maximum attainable distance from one region to another. Data analysis was carried out using the Network Analysis method found in the Arcgis 10.8 application, which will produce the fastest roads/routes to get to tourist objects and process these results into a tour package. Making tour packages accompanied by maps that are intended so that tourists can take one day trips effectively, because researchers have determined the most effective routes between one object and another by conducting network analysis and making tour packages that are targeted and will not waste time .Webgis for day trips in the city of Bukittinggi which is information that can be accessed by potential tourists so they can get an overview of the packages that tourists can choose as they wish.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In daily life in urban areas, especially in the city of Bukittinggi, identical with a lot of transportation because it is one of the community needs. With the existence of transportation, people can do more various daily activities for efficiently, especially in terms of time and energy. Therefore, a study has been made to determine the distribution of social facilities around the angkot route operating in Bukittinggi City. The method used is the R&D or Research and Development research method. R&D is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The stages in this research use a waterfall development model. The results of this study indicate that there are 13 angkot majors in Bukittinggi City that pass through various existing social facilities, especially schools, offices, hospitals, and tourist attractions. The distribution of angkot routes in the city of Bukittinggi can be visualized and viewed at the domain address kelilingbukittinggi.gis.co.id to make it easier for the public to obtain information regarding the distribution of social facilities that are passed by the angkot routes.

Abstract

Spatial data infrastructure (IDS) is the implementation of data infrastructure within the framework of geographic data, metadata, users, and interactively connected tools to effectively utilize spatial data. Spatial data infrastructure (IDS) plays an important role in the management of geospatial information in decision making, planning, development and utilization of natural resources and regional development. In the IDS development process, the role of network nodes contributes to the deployment of spatial data. In this study, data was collected from Diskominfo Kota Padang. The purpose of this study is to determine the readiness of IDS Kota Padang in providing geospatial information and then conduct an assessment. The type of research used is quantitative research with survey methods with Diskominfo through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study are literature study research and social network analysis. The results showed that the level of readiness of IDS Diskominfo in all aspects was calculated at 56% which was the result of the sum of all variables and was included in the Quite Ready category.

Abstract

Transparency in land market price information is something needed by the community to prevent excessive fluctuations in land prices. Currently, there is no media that provides location-based price information. Tsunami hazard zoning also plays a role. This research formulates an information system capable of connecting the government, which officially releases land price zone values, with the local community. The research also includes information on market prices circulating on social media, in this case, Facebook Marketplace. The methodology used is SDLC with a prototype development model. In the development of WebGIS, there are two types of users: administrators who manage data and general users who are visitors or guests that only view data. This research resulted in WebGIS Land Price with six main menus: login, home, information, NJOP data, and market price data. This WebGIS makes data management easier and offers various features, including map previews and land price data searches. The conclusion of this research is that WebGIS for land prices has the potential to provide better information services to the public, with recommendations to update and enrich data in the future.

Abstract

Mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang diperlukan dalam membuat layanan WebGIS untuk pemetaan bantuan bedah rumah di Kota Bukittinggi dan menawarkan layanan WebGIS untuk dukungan pemetaan bedah rumah di Kota Bukittinggi merupakan dua tujuan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menerapkan penelitian pengembangan dengan metodologi pengembangan Waterfall. (1) Salah satu temuan penelitian adalah bahwa petugas bedah rumah mengalami kesulitan dalam mengawasi bantuan bedah rumah. Hal ini memerlukan sistem yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menyimpan data, membantu keamanan data, dan mengelola data dengan kemampuan seperti mengedit, menghapus, dan memasukkan. (2) Membuat sistem WebGIS yang menggabungkan rekayasa sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem, implementasi sistem, dan pengoperasian sistem, semuanya dibuat sesuai dengan metodologi pengembangan Waterfall.
