Abstract

Tidak mudahnya bagi penjual dalam mencari pembeli dan menjual barang dengan harga yang diharapkan, atau bagi pembeli untuk memperoleh barang dengan harga yang sesuai menjadi permasalahan yang sering timbul dalam proses jual beli barang, Lelang adalah penjualan barang atau jasa di muka umum yang penawarannya dilakukan secara lisan atau tertulis melalui usaha pengumpulan peminat atau calon pembeli. Dalam proses lelang banyak kendala terutama penentuan waktu lelang dan informasi barang serta jadwal lelang yang akan dikuti sehingga banyak orang yang tak bisa mengikuti lelang. Maka dirancanglah suatu sistem informasi e-lelang yang memiliki fitur yang dapat melakukan kegiatan lelang untuk berbagai macam jenis barang dengan batas waktu lelang yang telah ditetapkan, pembeli harus bersaing dengan pembeli yang lain untuk mendapatkan produk yang diinginkan dengan melakukan penawaran dengan harga tertinggi. Pembeli dengan penawaran paling tinggi akan menjadi pemenang lelang dan melakukan transaksi pembayaran, Dalam merancang sistem informasi ini dibuat menggunakan metode waterfall dan menggunakan Framework Codeigniter sebagai bahas pemograman yang digunakan

Abstract

Di Kabupaten Purwakarta, pengumpulan data PMKS dilakukan oleh pegawai di tiap desa untuk diserahkan kepada pegawai kecamatan, kemudian dikirim dan dilakukan validasi data di Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DINSOSP3A). Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan secara manual, sehingga untuk menghasilkan laporan data PMKS yang valid, relative lebih lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola data PMKS di Kab. Purwakarta. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall modelling, pemodelan perangkat lunak menggunakan Unified Modelling Languange (UML) yang terdiri dari use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, dan menggunakan framework Codeigniter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen data penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial (PMKS) di Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak ini dibutuhkan guna menunjang kinerja pegawai. Adapun fitur yang diberikan oleh sistem informasi ini antara lain fitur Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD), fitur search, menyajikan laporan dalam format pdf dan menampilkan grafik data PMKS di setiap kecamatan.

Abstract

e-government kini menjadi salah satu hal yang penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Hal tersebut disebabkan penerapan e-government dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan pemerintahan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Purwakarta merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan e-government. Namun, penerapan e-government di Kabupaten Purwakarta masih pada tahap catalogue, yaitu sebatas pemberian informasi pemerintahan melalui website pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu analisis mendalam mengenai arsitektur e-government di Pemerintahan Kabupaten Purwakarta yang hasilnya dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan tingkat maturitas setiap komponen arsitektur dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk merencanakan pengembangan arsitektur e-government sampai ke tahap horizontal integration. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) dengan menggunakan Collaborative Planning Methodology (CPM) sebagai metodenya. Implementasi CPM hanya pada fase Organize and Plan yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu Identify and Validate, Research and Leverage, serta Define and Plan pada aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan analisis kondisi arsitektur yang saat ini sedang berjalan. Implementasi kerangka kerja FEA pada penelitian ini tidak dilakukan secara utuh tapi disesuaikan dengan kondisi Pemerintahan Kabupaten Purwakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis arsitektur strategi, bisnis, data, aplikasi, infrastruktur, dan keamanan sistem e-government di Kabupaten Purwakarta, serta tingkat maturitas dari setiap arsitektur tersebut

Abstract

The Pertiwi Lestari Industrial Estate project is a project in 2019, which is located in Trans Heksa Karawang, West Java. The drainage channel is a channel that receives from a local channel or discharge from the factory which will then channel it to a secondary channel, so that water from each factory will not stagnate around the Pertiwi Lestari area and will not cause pollution to the soil and unpleasant odors. Problems that often arise when digging for drainage are the number of slope errors that are miscalculated and do not fit in manual calculations because the priority scale is taken based on the closest location by workers. With the above problems, for the selection of land for drainage, one of which is excavation in the Pertiwi Lestari Industrial Estate area using a decision support system with the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, the method used in this design uses a prototype development model. This system is made using php v 5.6 xampp v3.2.1 codeigniter v 3.1.1.1 with Mysql v 5.1.1 database. For the design of this system is made using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), using the Class Diagram database model. Tests carried out on this system are Black Box Testing. Where for the highest priority for the selection of land for drainage is in block d with a result of 45.1941.

Abstract

BUMDES or Village Owned Enterprises is a business unit owned by the village government. One of the goals of establishing BUMDES in every village in Indonesia is to improve the welfare of rural communities through several business units with economic value. But in reality, it is not easy to develop BUMDes, one of which is BUMDES Sukatani in Purwakarta Regency. Various problems faced by BUMDES Sukatani include administrative services that are still running manually, business unit management, and village potential that has not been fully utilized. Therefore, this research is helping to make it easier for residents to use services and make it easier for residents to sell, making it easier to find original products from the village. This research focuses on designing application recommendations by analyzing and designing UI/UX using the Design Thinking method. The design results were successfully tested on 21 respondents using the System Usability Scale (SUS) test with a result of 82.0, it can be stated that this design is acceptable (acceptable by the user).

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-Cov-2) known as covid-19 was detected and caused a very large number of deaths due to a mysterious respiratory disease. With the death toll continuing to rise, the government was forced to take swift action to break the chain of spread and reduce the number of deaths by taking vaccinations. An adequate vaccine against Covid-19 is expected to vaccinate at least 70% of the population. Therefore, this study was carried out as a step to help break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, by classifying the Covid-19 vaccine screening data. The research method applied in this study is the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method, in which there are several processes, namely selection, pre-processing, transformation, data mining, and evaluation. The application of the Naive Bayes method is expected to be able to classify Covid-19 vaccine screening data with vaccine class values, no, and delay. The results of the research on the classification of the Naive Bayes method show that there are 959 data with Vaccine data 695, No 200, and Delay 64. Processed using the Rapidminer application, the accuracy is 96.56%, Precision is 92.46%, and Recall is 92.13%.

Abstract

Creative industries such as the world of photography have their own color in the technical twists and turns that influence the development of the world of photography. There are many supporting elements in terms of tools and human resources that play a role in the world of photography, the tools needed such as cameras, lenses, tripods, lights, etc. Based on the subject shown, photographic works have different forms and are classified in three subdisciplines, namely the genres of commercial photography, journalism, and art/expression photography. User Interface (UI) is the way programs and users interact. The term user interface is sometimes used instead of the term Human Computer Interaction (HCI) where all aspects of user and computer interaction. User Experience (UX) is a person's perception and response from the use of a product, system, or service. User Experiece (UX) assesses how satisfied and comfortable a person is with a product, system, and service. The method used by the author to design the UI/UX Design of the Photography Reservation Application is the Design Science Research Methodology using the Heuristic Evaluation test. The purpose of this study is to design a UI/UX Design on a photography service reservation application that is integrated with a mobile application to facilitate the process that can be booked or reserved in advance for customers of photography services. Abstract

Setra Farma Pharmacy is a company that handles product and servicesn by providing services in the form of pharmaceutical servies. Setra Farma pharmacies like the accumulation of queues of buyers and the absence of queue numbers especially in Covid-19 is very prone to infection. With this, Apotek Setra Farma wants to develop a mobile-based sales application to assist patients in finding and ordering drugs. This study uses the Goal-Directed Design method with prorotype testing using the single ease question method. When testing the user will be given a task that is rated on a 1-7 point linkert scale. The result of this research is the user interface application mobile that can be used at the Setra Farma Pharmacy. The final results obtained after testing the prototype with 5 users showed a score of 6.6 on the linkert scale of 1-7 points,which means the application is easy for users to use.

Abstract

Sekolah Alam Purwakarta (SAP) is a school that integrates four pillars of education, namely the pillars of faith, knowledge, leadership, and entrepreneurship. SAP not only emphasizes on achieving academic goals but also on developing life skills. In addition, SAP uses a national curriculum which was later developed so as to make the universe and local potential a source of learning, learning media, and classrooms. During the Covid-19 pandemic, pre-school level student learning is almost entirely done at home with guidance in the form of assignments that have been prepared by the facilitator. Each task given aims to develop students' cognitive, motoric, or affective. Every task that has been done must be submitted with documentation by the parents to the facilitator as a daily assessment. To get good documentation, parents can use photos or videos as media. Therefore, video editing training needs to be done to maximize the learning process of pre-school students in SAP. This activity is carried out by providing online training to facilitators and parents of pre-school level students in SAP. This training was carried out for 120 minutes and was attended by 8 facilitators and 20 parents. At the end of the activity, the facilitator makes an example of a learning video while the parents make an example of a video of their child's assignment portfolio. With the implementation of this training, facilitators and parents have the ability to edit videos so they can maximize the learning of pre-school level students in SAP.

Abstract

Electre is one of the methods used to rank and determine the best alternative. The basic concept of the electre method is to deal with outranking relationships by using pairwise comparisons between alternatives under each criterion separately. Which produces a computerized system that can automatically determine people who are eligible to receive public housing assistance, based on the criteria values entered.
