Currently, Indonesian people use the internet to buy goods through e-commerce. This study aims to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, and hedonic shopping motivation on positive emotion and impulse buying on Tokopedia e-commerce. The data analysis techniques used are inferential analysis using SEM-PLS and descriptive analysis. The findings of this study show that shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, and hedonic shopping motivation have a significant positive influence on positive emotions. Shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have a significant positive influence on impulsive buying. However, hedonic shopping motivation has no influence on impulsive buying. Then, positive emotion has a positive and significant influence on impulsive buying. Positive emotion also mediates partial the relationship between shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, and hedonic shopping motivation mediates perfect to impulsive buying.

The purpose of this research is to analyze empirically the mediation of motivation on the effect of communication, fairness and organizational commitment on employee performance. For this reason, perception data were collected from 100 employees. Employees are asked to fill out a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by SEM assisted by Smart PLSversion 4.0.9.5. Research findscommunication and organizational justice have been able to increase motivation significantly. However, high organizational commitment has not been able to increase motivation significantly. Communication and motivation by the leadership of the company has been able to significantly improve employee performance. On the other hand, organizational justice and organizational commitment have not significantly increased employee performance. In addition, it was also found that motivation does not mediate the effect of communication and organizational justice on employee performance. Meanwhile, motivation is the full mediation effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. The existence of motivation is more dominantly influenced by organizational commitment while the existence of employee performance is dominantly influenced by work motivation

This study aims to examine and analyze the direct effect of usefulness and ease of use on consumer behavior and interest, as well as the indirect effect of usefulness and ease of use on consumer behavior and interest. The research method used is quantitative, with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The respondents of this research are the people of Denpasar City who are customers of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Renon Branch Office that uses e-wallet in financial transactions, totaling 90 people. The results showed that the usefulness and ease of use had a positive effect on consumer behavior. While the usefulness and ease of use have a positive effect on interest. Consumer behavior has a positive effect on interest. Consumer behavior is a variable that partially mediates the effect of usefulness and ease of use.

The solution of environmental problems is to use environmentally friendly products. This research uses the theory of planned behaviour, norm activation model, and moral norm as mediating variables to test consumers' interest in purchasing electric motorcycle. Data collected from 157 respondents who are the millennial generation and analyse with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on research findings, environmental concern has a significant effect on perceived behavioural control, green purchase attitude, and green purchase intention. Perceived behavioural control has a significant effect on green purchase attitude. Moral norms and green purchase attitude do not have a significant effect on green purchase intention. Then moral norms cannot mediate between subjective norms and green purchase intention. Research findings explain that environmental factors are the determining factor for someone to adopt an electric motorcycle.

This study aims to explain the role of innovation capability in mediating company resources on business performance to overcome the gaps in internal human resource relations which are unable to provide a strategic composition that improves the performance of the business. Determination of the sample in this study using a purposive sampling method with a sample of 120 respondents and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Path Analysis and Sobel Test to test the hypothesis about the role of mediation. The results showed that company resources had a positive and significant effect on business performance. Company resources also have a positive and significant effect on innovation capabilities. Furthermore, innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on business performance and innovation capability can partially mediate the influence of company resources on business performance. The implication of the research results is to develop the previous theory about RBV which emphasizes the role of intangible resources that can lead companies to achieve competitive advantage. In this study, the company resource variables, both tangible and intangible, can influence their ability to compete by increasing innovation capabilities and having an impact on improving business performance. Also, the practical implications are providing input to SME businesses in the handicraft sector to always develop their resources thoroughly so that innovation capabilities are higher and ultimately have an impact on business performance.

Through an in-depth understanding of these factors, drug and medical device distributors can develop strategies to increase their customer satisfaction, strengthen business relationships, and create added value in a competitive market. This research aims to analyze the role of distribution channel activities and promotional activities in increasing satisfaction and creating customer loyalty in drug distribution companies in Denpasar. This research uses quantitative methods with a Structural Equation Modeling approach using Smart Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) version 4. The research results found that (1) increased customer satisfaction can be created through a good distribution channel system and promotional activities that are carried out appropriately; (2) High customer loyalty can be created through a good distribution system, good promotional activities, and high customer satisfaction; (3) customer satisfaction is proven to act as a mediating construct between the relationship between distribution and loyalty and promotion and loyalty. This research provides recommendations for drug distribution companies in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction through determining appropriate distribution channels and implementing good promotions.

Karyawan adalah sumber daya manusia yang ada diperusahaan tidak hanya butuh kesejahteraan materi tetapi juga butuh penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual yang telah menjadi strategi besar dalam kajian bisnis. Seorang pemimpin perusahaan yang menerapkan gaya spiritual adalah salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Sebuah perusahaan perlu melakukan penilaian kinerja pada karyawannya. Penilaian hendaknya memberikan suatu gambaran akurat mengenai prestasi kerja. Dengan kata lain kinerja dapat menggabarkan bagaimana dan berapa hasil kerja yang dapat di peroleh oleh karyawan dalam periode tertentu. Dari pemaparan diatas peneliti tertarik untuk mendalami Peran Spiritual Leadership, Kompetensi dan Lingkungan kerja Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening sehingga nantinya di harapkan Spiritual Leadership memberikan kontribusi bagi karyawan juga perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Lokasi Penelitian di Pemerintahan Kab. Badung Bag. Tata Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah. Peneliti ingin mengetahui tingkat kualitas pegawai kontrak yang notabene memiliki masa depan yang kurang menentu yaitu seluruh pegawai kontrak sebanyak 97 pegawai. Pegawai yang diberikan oleh responden berupa pilihan angka diantara 1-10. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan model structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan meggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat di simpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen yaitu spiritual leadership, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh kepada kinerja pegawai secara langsung. Tetapi hanya dua variabel saja yang bisa mempengaruhi secara tidak langsung melalui variabel mediasi, yaitu hanya variabel kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja. Begitu pula dua variabel ini juga memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap variabel mediasi yaitu motivasi. Hal yang berbeda dari variabel spiritual leaderhip dimana walaupun variabel ini memiliki pengaruh langsung ke kinerja, tetapi variabel ini tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel medaisi yaitu motivasi. This research aims to examine the influence of work stress and the mediating role of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at the Anumana Ubud Hotel. This study involved 98 respondents selected using the total sampling method. Data was collected via a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. Hypothesis testing was carried out with a one-sided t-test. The research results show that work stress has a significant positive influence on turnover intention, as well as a significant negative influence on employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. This research model has a predictive relevance (Q2) of 0.514 which is considered strong.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention among contract employees at Anumana Hotel Ubud. This study involved 65 participants who were taken by total sampling method. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Hypotheses were tested using t-test and F-test. The results of the study present that job satisfaction negatively affects employee turnover intention. turnover intention positively affects job stress. Jointly, job satisfaction and job stress levels affect employee turnover intention. The impact of job stress and job satisfaction together has an impact of 36.6% on turnover intention.

This research uses a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling is a sample selection technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method, carried out using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Work life balance has a positive effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership, work life balance, and communication simultaneously influence employee performance. This means that the better the implementation of transformational leadership in the company, accompanied by a good work life balance, and the company has good communication between colleagues and superiors, the more employee performance will be able to improve. Suggestions for further research are recommended to look for larger companies with a wider range of respondents so that they can provide a more real picture of what is happening in the field and future researchers are expected to use different variables or add independent variables that can influence employee performance such as work environment and organizational culture.
