Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan/keahlian dasar dalam penguasaan teknologi komputer khusus dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office guna meningkatkan skill dan kompetensi perangkat desa dalam melayani masyarakat. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Wongaya Gede Kecamatan Penebel Kabupaten Tabanan pada bulan 23 Januari 2018. Jenis kegiatan berupa pelatihan Microsoft Office bagi perangkat desa. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, latihan, dan tanya-jawab. Dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan, diperoleh manfaat berupa peningkatan kemampuan administrasi apparat desa yang sangat membantu dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas administrasi di desa. Hal ini diindikasikan para perangkat desa telah mampu memahami dan mempraktekan dengan baik seluruh materi yang disampaikan selama kegiatan pelatihan.

Abstract

Background: The implementation of the waste bank to reduce the cost of hazardous and toxic medical waste management needs to be optimized so that it is effective to reduce costs and additional hospital income.Aim: The study aims to determine the factors causing the non-optimal management of medical waste at Surya Husadha Hospital through the implementation of the waste bank.Methods: This study applied a qualitative approach with purposive sampling at Surya Husadha Hospital. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation from six informants.  Result: Some obstacles cause the implementation of the waste bank at Surya Husadha Hospital in reducing medical waste management costs to be not optimal, such as limited human resources and equipment. This obstacle causes only two of the four types of medical waste according to the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia No. 56 of 2015, which can be managed through waste banks such as used infusion bottles and used hemodialysis fluid packaging.Conclusion: The implementation of the waste bank at Surya Husadha Hospital has met the proper regulation, but it is necessary to evaluate the constraints, and planning for the needs of human resource and equipment in reducing medical waste management costs. Latar Belakang: Penerapan bank sampah dalam membantu beban biaya pengelolaan limbah medis bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3) perlu lebih dioptimalkan sehingga bisa efektif untuk meringankan biaya sekaligus bisa sebagai pendapatan tambahan untuk rumah sakit.Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kurang optimalnya pengelolaan limbah medis B3 di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Surya Husadha melalui pemberdayaan bank sampah.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan purposive sampling di RSU Surya Husadha. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi dari enam informan.Hasil: Ditemukan adanya beberapa kendala yang menyebabkan penerapan bank sampah di RSU Surya Husadha dalam mengurangi beban biaya pengelolaan limbah medis B3 menjadi kurang optimal. Kendala tersebut berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia serta keterbatasan ketersediaan sarana prasarana. Adanya kendala tersebut menyebabkan dari empat jenis limbah medis B3 yang bisa dikelola melalui bank sampah sesuai Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (LHK) RI No 56 Tahun 2015 hanya dua yang bisa dikelola yaitu botol infus bekas dan bekas kemasan cairan hemodialisis.Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan pengelolaan limbah medis B3 di RSU Surya Husadha sudah sesuai regulasi, namun evaluasi terhadap kendala-kendala, perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga, dan juga pengadaan sarana prasarana yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang kegiatan bank Sampah sangat diperlukan untuk membantu mengurangi biaya pengelolaan limbah medis B3.

Abstract

The growth and development of beauty and skin care products from Indonesia has advanced, therefore there are more and more competitors from well-known local brands from Indonesia. This can be seen from the competition offered such as the price offered, the quality and benefits offered and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer relationship marketing, brand awareness, price perception on buying decisions on consumers of the SomethinC skincare brand. This research method uses quantitative research methods on 95 consumers of the SomethinC skincare brand in the Badung district, Bali Province. The results of this study state that customer relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, price perception has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions and simultaneously customer relationship marketing, brand awareness, price perception have a positive effect. and significant to the buying decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee morale. Data were collected from 125 respondents using the Google Form format questionnaire technique. Then the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS version 3 inferential statistical analysis. From the results of the research analysis it was found that: (1) Leadership and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with p values of 0.000 and 0.000 respectively, less than 0.05. (2) Leadership, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on work morale with p values of 0.037 each; 0.036 and 0.001 are smaller than 0.05. (3) Job satisfaction is a partial mediation on the influence of leadership and compensation on morale.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan pengembangan instrumen penilaian keterampilan berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif berbasis google form tema organ gerak hewan dan manusia siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Gugus II Untung Surapati dengan jumlah populasi 207 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 64 siswa. Instrumen ini menggunakan langkah penelitian dan pengembangan yaitu: a) menyusun spesifikasi tes, b) menulis tes, c) menelaah tes, d) melakukan ujicoba tes, e) menganalisis butir tes, f) memperbaiki tes, g) melaksanakan tes, dan h) menafsirkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas instrumen penilaian keterampilan berpikir kritis berbasis google form tema organ gerak hewan dan manusia siswa kelas V diperoleh yakni 20 soal yang valid, hasil uji reliabilitas berada pada katagori sangat tinggi, tingkat kesukaran berada pada kriteria sedang, daya pembeda berada pada kategori baik serta pada uji pengecoh semua diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian keterampilan berpikir kritis layak digunakan. Validitas instrumen penilaian keterampilan berpikir kreatif berbasis google form tema organ gerak hewan dan manusia siswa kelas V diperoleh yakni 10 soal yang valid, hasil uji reliabilitas berada pada katagori tinggi, tingkat kesukaran berada pada kriteria sedang, serta daya pembeda berada pada kategori baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian keterampilan berpikir kreatif layak digunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategy used by Sunsri House of Jewelry in penetrating the export market through e-commerce during the Covid-19 crisis. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted on one of the MSMEs in Celuk Sukawati Gianyar Village, Bali, Sunsri House of Jewelry. Data collection in this study was carried out in three ways: through interviews, observations, and documentation. The technique used in selecting informants in this study was purposive sampling and selected the Sunsri House of Jewelry management team. Data analysis techniques were used through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Data validity techniques were used through source triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that through the 4C strategy in the form of meeting needs according to consumer desires, competitive costs, as well as convenient, unique, and quality products, supported by online transaction facilities and variant channels of several types of communication connections between consumers that make it easier for consumers to interact with Sunsri House of Jewelry are effective enough to penetrate the export market.

Abstract

Currently, digital marketing, known as social media, is widely used as a promotional medium for business people. The growth in the number of social media users today is also seen as an opportunity to take advantage of social media. It can be seen that the purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of using social media, using social media Instagram in Denpasar City. This research focuses on social media marketing which is applied to the ML Gadgets Bali store which is a quality second gadget store in the city of Denpasar. Using a qualitative approach, with a descriptive analysis, this research collects data through interviews, observations, and documentation which are then analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique comparing internal and external factors to determine the IE Matrix with the SWOT Matrix for strategy determination. The results showed that social media marketing for ML Gadgets Bali is in quadrant 1 in the SWOT Matrix, and cell 5 in the IE Matrix. The right strategy is to support aggressive strategies and growth strategies, namely market penetration, increasing sales and profits, and increasing the effectiveness of marketing on social media.

Abstract

This study aimed at exploring the members of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Banuspa Regional Area satisfaction on the the use of the JMO application, (b) exploring user perceptions of the application and services of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Banuspa area through JMO in providing services, and (c) developing a strategy for optimizing the use of JMO in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in the Banuspa Regional Office work area. That was mixed-method research in which used both qualitative dan quantitative data. The results of analysis showed that the members were satisfied on the use of JMO application. The members were also providing positive response on the services provided by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in the Banuspa Regional Area. To optimize the JMO application, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Banuspa Regional Area needs to spreading the information about the application to wider community.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the importance of human resource involvement at UD. Kariasih Mengwi Badung in achieving UD's goals. Kariasih Mengwi Badung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at UD. Kariasih Mengwi Badung with a population of 40 employees. This study uses the census technique so that all members of the population are involved as research subjects. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by tcount (3.121) > ttable (2.026) sig. 0.003 < α 0.05 so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the tcount (4,249) > ttable (2,026) sig. 0.000 < α 0.05 so Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, 3) Organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by Fcount (14,526) > Ftable (3,26) and sig 0.000> 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted and concluded the results of research at UD. Kariasih Mengwi Badung is as follows organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Kariasih Mengwi Badung.

Abstract

Studi ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji peran pemasaran media sosial, kualitas layanan, dan aspek pemasaran pengalaman dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Chandra Bali Villas, Seminyak-Bali. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan Accidental Sampling dalam menentukan sample dengan jumlah 161 responden. Data empiris dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan PLS-SEM. Studi ini membuktikan bahwa loyalitas konsumen dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kepuasan pelanggan dan strategi pemasaran baik melalui media sosial maupun memberikan pengalaman yang unik. Selanjutnya terbukti bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemberian kualitas pelayanan yang baik, pengalaman, dan pemasaran melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi bahwa kualitas pelayanan ternyata berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kepuasan konsumen dapat berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dengan baik. Studi ini mampu memberikan kontribusi secara teoritis dalam literatur pemasaran dan secara praktis bagi Chandra Bali Villas dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan dengan berfokus pada implementasi strategi pemasaran yang tepat, memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas, dan memberikan pengalaman baru bagi konsumen
