Abstract

Kampung Caping adalah suatu kawasan dengan inovasi yang menarik dengan menggabungkan unsur wisata, edukasi, dan kearifan lokal dalam satu destinasi dengan menciptakan pengalaman unik bagi pengunjung. Dengan implementasi sistem berbasis web dan Qr-Code, maka dapat merinci potensi Kampung Caping sebagai destinasi wisata edukatif, menjelaskan peran penting teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan tata kelola wisata kampung caping. Metode User Centered Design (UCD) adalah sebuah pendekatan perancangan sistem yang menempatkan pengguna sebagai pusat dari proses pengembangan sistem. UCD berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna dan memastikan bahwa desain aplikasi ataupun web yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan lingkungan pengguna. Dengan demikian, pengelola Kampung Caping dapat mengevaluasi sistem dari segi fungsionalitas dan tampilan, memastikan bahwa hasil akhir sistem berbasis web dan QR-Code sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan ekspektasi. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan baru dalam mengelola destinasi wisata menggunakan teknologi digital. Selain itu, masyarakat lokal yang terlibat dalam UMKM juga mendapatkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam pemasaran dan penjualan produk secara digital. Program ini juga meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisata ke Kampung Caping, berkat website interaktif yang dilengkapi dengan e-commerce, galeri foto, peta, serta informasi tentang kegiatan wisata. Diharapkan kegiatan ini akan terus berdampak positif pada pembekalan keterampilan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengalaman pengunjung serta memperkuat posisinya sebagai contoh sukses pengelolaan eduwisata berbasis teknologi di masa depan.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of learning management in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on a systems approach within the context of digital-era education. The systems approach is considered relevant as it conceptualizes learning as an integrated process encompassing planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation to achieve holistic Islamic educational goals. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review, drawing on academic books, national and international journal articles, and relevant scholarly documents related to PAI learning management. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify key patterns, concepts, and principles underlying the application of the systems approach in PAI learning. The findings indicate that systems-based PAI learning management enhances the integration of spiritual objectives, knowledge acquisition, character development, and the utilization of educational technology. However, its implementation remains challenged by limited digital pedagogical competencies among educators and insufficient institutional policy support. These findings suggest that the systems approach has strong potential to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of PAI learning, provided it is supported by strategic planning, teacher capacity building, and adaptive educational policies

Abstract

Increasing competition among Islamic secondary education institutions requires madrasah to implement effective and sustainable educational promotion strategies. This study aims to analyze educational promotion strategies at MAS Nahdatul Islam Mandau through the integration of the 7P service marketing mix and digital promotion approaches. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research was conducted at MAS Nahdatul Islam Mandau, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving the head of the madrasah, the student admission committee, and parents of prospective students. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that educational promotion strategies were implemented through four main promotional forms: personal selling, mass selling, sales promotion, and word of mouth. Personal selling, particularly through Road to School activities, emerged as the most effective strategy in building trust and increasing enrollment interest. Digital promotion via social media functioned as a supporting tool to enhance institutional visibility, although its impact remained limited due to contextual characteristics of rural communities. Supporting factors included a strategic location, affordable tuition fees, religious-based programs, and social media utilization, while inhibiting factors encompassed limited facilities, intense competition, and public perceptions regarding private education costs. This study contributes to Islamic education marketing literature by highlighting the importance of integrating the 7P marketing mix with relational and context-sensitive promotion strategies. Practically, the findings offer strategic insights for madrasah administrators in designing adaptive and community-oriented promotion models in competitive educational environments

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM Mutiara Craft adalah penjualan masih dilakukan secara sederhana belum mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan digital marketing. Untuk pengelolaan managerial pengelolaan keuangan masih belum sesuai standar PSAK ETAP. Tujuan kegiatan pendampingan memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan mitra yaitu memberikan peningkatan softskill melalui motivasi kewirausahaan serta peningkatan hardskill melalui optimalisasi digital marketing dan mampu menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai standar untuk meningkatkan promosi dan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra binaan Mutiara Craft Ecoprint di Kota Bekasi dengan peserta 35 orang. Pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan ialah pelatihan motivasi berwirausaha dan teknik ecoprint, pelatihan digital marketing dan pelatihan pengelolaan manajerial/keuangan. Hasil monitoring dari pelaksanan kegiatan pendampingan UMKM berbasis kemitraan terlihat dari meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra. Capaian indikator digital marketing adalah 78% dan Capaian indikator pengelolaan keuangan adalah 80%. Tingkat kepuasan pelaksanaan kegiatan rata-rata menyatakan sangat puas 73% melalui depth interview dan penyebaran angket.Abstract: The main problem faced by Mutiara Craft MSMEs is that sales are still carried out simply and have not optimized the use of digital marketing. For managerial management, financial management is still not in accordance with PSAK ETAP standards. The purpose of mentoring activities is to provide solutions to partner problems, namely providing soft skills improvement through entrepreneurial motivation and increasing hard skills through optimizing digital marketing and being able to prepare financial reports according to standards to increase promotion and sales. The method used is training and mentoring to Mutiara Craft Ecoprint fostered partners in Bekasi City with 35 participants. The training that has been carried out is entrepreneurial motivation training and ecoprint techniques, digital marketing training and managerial / financial management training. The monitoring results of the implementation of partnership-based MSME mentoring activities can be seen from the increase in partner knowledge and skills. The achievement of digital marketing indicators is 78% and the achievement of financial management indicators is 80%. The average level of activity implementation satisfaction stated very satisfied 73% through depth interviews and distributing questionnaires.

Abstract

This research examines how the transition to digital archiving and the proficiency of administrative personnel impact operational effectiveness within educational settings. The study is driven by the increasing necessity for streamlined and productive administrative workflows in schools, emphasizing the vital synergy between technological tools and human capability. The primary objective is to determine the extent to which digital systems and staff expertise contribute to enhancing school management performance. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, data were gathered from a sample of 30 staff members, involving rigorous instrument validation and regression modeling to identify variable correlations. The findings reveal that archive digitalization and administrative competence exert a substantial positive influence on school efficiency, both independently and in combination. Statistically, the regression analysis confirms that these two factors account for 65.9% of the efficiency variance, while the remaining 34.1% is attributed to external variables not covered in this study.The findings highlight the importance of combining technological innovation with human resource development to achieve optimal efficiency in school administration. This study implies that schools should strengthen digital archiving systems while continuously enhancing staff competence to ensure sustainable improvements in administrative performance.

Abstract

Sleman Regency possesses significant potential for Salak Pondoh production, yet product diversification among MSMEs remains relatively low. This study aims to analyze the influence of Sarisa Merapi’s Business Model (X1) and Product Innovation (X2) on Product Diversification strategies (Y) within salak-based MSMEs in Sleman. The research employed a quantitative associative method with a sample of 30 MSME practitioners. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS software. The results indicate that, partially, Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Product Diversification. Conversely, Sarisa Merapi’s Business Model has a negative and non-significant influence on Product Diversification. This suggests that merely utilizing a successful entity as a role model without internal innovation capabilities is insufficient to drive effective product diversification. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence diversification strategies, contributing 45.9% to the variance. This study recommends the importance of enhancing internal innovation capacity and adopting appropriate technology for MSMEs to increase the value-added of agribusiness products.

Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to determine the readiness of leaders in leading millennial employees, focusing on the competencies of Human Resources (HR) division employees. This research is significant due to the critical nature of millennials, making it necessary for leaders to be well-prepared to effectively guide them.Methodology: This research adopts a qualitative descriptive analysis approach through a literature review. The data were obtained from active employees in companies located in Bekasi and surrounding areas. The study examines leadership styles and competencies such as motives (ability to motivate), traits (ability to direct), self-concept (personal concepts), knowledge, and skills.Results: The findings, based on responses from 98 employees in the HR division in companies around Bekasi, show a high level of leader readiness for decision-making, with 59.2% of respondents agreeing that their leaders consistently seize opportunities. Additionally, leaders' human relation skills are rated highly, with 61.2% of respondents strongly agreeing that their superiors exhibit goodwill, fairness, respect, and appreciation for others. Lastly, in terms of knowledge competency, 57.1% of respondents agree that their leaders possess the knowledge necessary to complete tasks in any situation.Conclusions: The readiness of leaders to lead the millennial generation is relatively high, especially in terms of decision making, human relations skills, and knowledge competencies.Limitations: The study focuses only on companies in the Bekasi region and may not represent the readiness of leaders in other areas. The research is also limited to the HR division and does not explore other functional departments, which may have different leadership dynamics.Contribution: This research contributes to the understanding of leadership readiness in managing millennial employees, particularly in the HR division. It highlights critical leadership competencies and offers insights for organizations looking to improve their leadership strategies in dealing with millennials, providing valuable input for leadership development programs in the HR sector.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how green advertising and green brand awareness influence green brand image and its impact on green purchase behaviour among Generation Z in Indonesia, while also examining the moderating role of green product innovation in the dynamics of green product marketing and young consumer behaviour. The method used is quantitative with a survey of 250 Generation Z respondents, analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM) with AMOS-24. The main variables include green advertising, green brand awareness, green brand image, green product innovation, and green purchasing behaviour. The results show that green advertising and green brand awareness have a direct positive impact on green brand image, which in turn influences green purchasing behaviour, while green product innovation does not moderate this relationship. The research model proved to be statistically fit, emphasising the dominance of brand communication factors over product innovation in shaping Generation Z's perceptions. These findings provide practical recommendations for companies to emphasise green communication strategies, enhance advertising credibility, and strengthen green brand image to encourage the purchase of environmentally friendly products, as well as highlighting the importance of promoting sustainability to change the consumption patterns of the younger generation, which has a positive impact on the environment and sustainable development.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of competence on employee performance in village governance in Kabupaten Bulungan, with organizational support and work environment as moderating variables. The research aims to analyze direct and moderating relationships among these variables. A quantitative approach was applied to survey data from 196 Village Consultative Body members, and the data were analyzed using SmartPLS with SEM-PLS. The results show that competence, organizational support, and work environment positively affect performance. Organizational support significantly moderates the relationship negatively, while work environment moderation is not significant. The findings imply that improving village governance performance requires strengthening both individual competence and institutional support systems.

Abstract

Digital transformation in civil servant competency development requires a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of online training, particularly in archipelagic contexts with limited infrastructure. This research analyzes the influence of online training effectiveness on civil servants' competence, with learning motivation as a mediating variable, among 150 Basic Training participants for prospective civil servants in 2025 in North Kalimantan Province. A quantitative approach employing Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares technique was used to examine causal relationships among variables. Results demonstrate that the effectiveness of online training significantly influences learning motivation (β=0.832; R²=0.692) and civil servant competence (β=0.186; R²=0.612). Learning motivation functions as a partial mediator, with an indirect effect of 0.516 that exceeds the direct effect. Total influence reaches 0.702, confirming that high-quality online learning systems, when accompanied by effective motivation cultivation, can substantially enhance civil servants' competence. Findings emphasize the need for an integrative approach to Basic Training program design that combines platform pedagogical quality with comprehensive motivational strategies to optimize competency achievement in the era of governmental digitalization.
