Abstract

In the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Public Service Innovation it is stated that: "Public Service Innovation is a breakthrough type of service which is either an original creative idea/idea and/or an adaptation/modification that provides benefits to society , either directly or indirectly.” As an effort to realize quality public services, it is based on the Decree of the Head of the West Sumbawa Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. No. 067/019/DISDUKCAPIL/2021 Concerning the Formation of the Sumbawa Regency Kadoku Sehati Service Innovation Implementation Team, the aim is to simplify population administration matters for newlyweds. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The population and sample in the research were government officials tasked with carrying out Kadoku Sehati population administration services and the people of West Sumbawa district who were involved in implementing these activities. From the research results, it is known that the Kadoku Sehati population administration public service innovation in West Sumbawa Regency has been implemented very well, because it has fulfilled the rules of public service innovation and also won second best in the West Sumbawa Regency innovation competition

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Early Warning system in on call services to improve service efficiency for taxpayers at UPTB UPPD Taliwang. The method used is a mixed method between quantitative and qualitative approaches (Mix Methods) with data collection through questionnaires distributed to taxpayers and interviews conducted with several informants. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to see trends in perception and to test the validity, reliability and correlation of the relationship between Early Warning implementation and service efficiency. The research results show that the implementation of the Early Warning system significantly increases the efficiency of on call services at UPTB UPPD Taliwang. Taxpayers involved in this study felt an increase in timeliness, quality of communication, and handling of problems related to their tax obligations. In conclusion, the Early Warning system plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of on call services, so it is recommended that relevant agencies continue to develop and expand the implementation of this system to support improved public services.

Abstract

The social forestry program aims to empower communities in managing forest areas sustainably and improving their welfare. KTH Batu Akik, one of the social forestry groups in Talonang Baru Village, Sekongkang District, West Sumbawa, manages 200 hectares of forest through an agroforestry system that combines timber and food crops. This research aims to analyze the economic feasibility and social impact of forest management by KTH Batu Akik through the agroforestry system. A mixed-method approach was used, with respondents selected through purposive sampling. Qualitative data was collected through in-depth interviews, while quantitative data was obtained from questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, linearity tests, as well as correlation analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that agroforestry increased members' income by up to 30%, with a correlation between technical variables and income of 0.559, and between environment and income of 0.642. Despite challenges in market access and infrastructure, forest management has proven economically viable and has had a positive social impact. Additional support, particularly in marketing and technical guidance, is needed for the sustainability of this program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas layanan cyber counseling berbasis chat asynchronous dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri 1 Taliwang. Pendekatan metode campuran digunakan dengan wawancara kualitatif terhadap guru BK dan kuesioner kuantitatif kepada siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa layanan ini meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa, kenyamanan dalam berbagi masalah, dan aksesibilitas layanan. Anonimitas dan fleksibilitas waktu menjadi keunggulan utama, meskipun tantangan seperti literasi digital rendah dan akses internet perlu diatasi. Layanan ini menunjukkan efektivitas yang signifikan (p < 0,001) dibandingkan konseling tradisional. Rekomendasi mencakup pelatihan literasi digital, pendekatan hybrid, dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan layanan. Penelitian ini menawarkan kontribusi dalam pengembangan layanan konseling berbasis teknologi di sekolah. The Effectiveness of Asynchronous Chat-Based Cyber Counseling to Improve the Quality of Guidance and Counseling in Junior High SchoolsAbstractThis study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of asynchronous chat-based cyber counseling in improving the quality of guidance and counseling services at SMP Negeri 1 Taliwang. A mixed-method approach was used, involving qualitative interviews with guidance counselors and quantitative questionnaires distributed to students. The results indicate that the service enhances students' confidence, comfort in sharing problems, and service accessibility. Anonymity and time flexibility are key advantages, though challenges such as low digital literacy and limited internet access need to be addressed. The service shows significant effectiveness (p < 0.001) compared to traditional counseling methods. Recommendations include digital literacy training, a hybrid approach, and regular evaluations to ensure service sustainability. This study contributes to the development of technology-based counseling services in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan Linktree dalam mendukung penyediaan informasi pengusulan tugas belajar bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran dengan mengintegrasikan analisis kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan analisis kualitatif melalui wawancara serta observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Linktree meningkatkan efisiensi akses informasi hingga 75%, dengan pengaruh sebesar 74,5% terhadap efektivitas layanan berdasarkan uji regresi linear sederhana. Responden melaporkan peningkatan kepuasan dan kemudahan akses informasi, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam pembaruan informasi dan keterbatasan konektivitas internet. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Linktree adalah platform yang efektif untuk mendukung transformasi digital layanan publik, dengan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan infrastruktur digital, pembaruan konten yang rutin, dan pelatihan literasi digital bagi pengguna. Effectiveness of Linktree in Supporting Study Assignment Information for Civil Servants in West Sumbawa RegencyAbstractThis study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Linktree in supporting the provision of study assignment information for Civil Servants in West Sumbawa Regency. A mixed-method approach was employed, integrating quantitative analysis through questionnaires and qualitative analysis through interviews and direct observations. The findings revealed that Linktree increased information access efficiency by 75%, with a 74.5% impact on service effectiveness based on simple linear regression analysis. Respondents reported enhanced satisfaction and ease of access, although challenges were identified in updating information and limited internet connectivity. The study concludes that Linktree is an effective platform to support the digital transformation of public services, with recommendations for improving digital infrastructure, regular content updates, and user digital literacy training.

Abstract

Bank memiliki peran strategis sebagai lembaga intermediasi, peranannya tentu menjadi salah satu penggerak ekonomi di seluruh sektor. Perkembangan bank syariah dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kinerja keuangan bank syariah yang terus meningkat. Untuk mengoptimalkan pendapatan mereka, bank syariah harus memperhatikan kualitas sumber daya yang ada, seperti kualitas produk, kualitas layanan (Servquality), kepuasan pelanggan, dan citra bank untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank NTB Syariah KCP Maluk dan pengaruh Servive Quality terhadap minat nasabah dalam pengambilan pembiayaan di PT. Bank NTB Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Mixed Method. Penelitian ini merupakan gabungan antara metode kuantitatif dengan kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian, agar diperoleh data yang komprehensif, valid, reliable, dan objektif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi hasil wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji validitas dan realibilitas instrumen, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji korelasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian yaitu 91% responden merasa puas dengan pelayanan PT. Bank NTB Syariah KCP Maluk karena kualitas pelayanannya. Dari hasil diperoleh p-value lebih kecil dari ? (0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Servquality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty) terhadap minat nasabah dalam pengajuan pembiayaan di PT. Bank NTB Syariah KCP Maluk. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hubungan Servquality (Kualitas Pelayanan) dan minat nasabah dalam pengajuan pembiayaan di PT. Bank NTB Syariah KCP Maluk berada di kategori baik atau berpengaruh positif. Service Quality Analysis of Customer Interest and Satisfaction in Applying for Financing at PT. Bank NTB Syariah KCP MalukAbstractBanks have a strategic role as intermediation institutions, their role is of course to be one of the economic drivers in all sectors. The development of Islamic banks has increased from year to year. This is proven by the financial performance of sharia banks which continues to increase. To optimize their income, Islamic banks must pay attention to the quality of existing resources, such as product quality, service quality (Servquality), customer satisfaction, and bank image to maintain customer loyalty. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of customer satisfaction of PT. Bank NTB Syariah KCP Maluk and the influence of Service Quality on customer interest in taking out financing at PT. Bank NTB Syariah. This research uses a Mixed Method Approach. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods used in research, in order to obtain comprehensive, valid, reliable and objective data. Data collection techniques used include the results of interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research include instrument validity and reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, correlation tests, and hypothesis tests with the help of Smart PLS software. The research results were that 91% of respondents were satisfied with PT's services. Bank NTB Syariah KCP Maluk because of the quality of its service. From the results obtained, the p-value is smaller than ? (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Servquality variables (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) on customer interest in applying for financing at PT. Bank NTB Syariah KCP Maluk. From the test results, it was concluded that the relationship between Servquality (Service Quality) and customer interest in applying for financing at PT. Bank NTB Syariah KCP Maluk is in the good or positive influence category.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation and influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of State Civil Apparatus in the West Sumbawa Regency Civil Service Police Unit. The research method used is the research method Mix method. The population of this study was all ASNs in the West Sumbawa Regency Civil Service Police Unit, totaling 197 people. The sample for this research was 131 people taken using the Jalaludin Rahmat formula with a random proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique for the ASN emotional intelligence variable used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis techniques used are correlation, regression and determination tests. Based on the results of research data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) There is a close relationship between emotional intelligence and the performance of Civil Servants within the West Sumbawa Regency Civil Service Police Unit, 2) Based on the regression equation, it can be explained that if ASN has good emotional intelligence, then ASN performance will also increase.  3) Based on the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination (KD) to determine the magnitude of the contribution made by the emotional intelligence variable to the performance variable, it is 69.44%, meaning that the emotional intelligence variable contributes 69.44% to changes in the ASN performance variable. Meanwhile, the other 30.56% also   contribute performance comes from other factors, in this case not included in the study."

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam bagaimana keunggulan kompetitif mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran bisnis. Perusahaan dengan keunggulan kompetitif yang kuat biasanya menunjukkan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan dinamika pasar dan memilih strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Keunggulan kompetitif dapat dicapai melalui berbagai pendekatan, seperti memberikan produk atau layanan berkualitas tinggi, membedakan dari pesaing, atau berfokus pada ceruk pasar tertentu. Mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan dalam lanskap yang kompetitif. Abstract

The main objective of this community empowerment activity is to build the spirit of developing entrepreneurs and business plans for teenagers who drop out of school in Sumbawa District. The methods used in this community service activity are tutorial methods, mentoring methods, discussion methods and evaluation. The results achieved from this activity are: (1) PKBM HATTA students are enthusiastic about starting an early business, (2) PKBM HATTA students can analyse business opportunities, (3) PKBM HATTA students can understand business development strategies, (4) PKBM HATTA students are able to plan businesses and manage risk management, (5) PKBM HATTA students are able to understand and run briefly related to online marketing management.
