Abstract

Nazir's profession is an educational program with little attention to Islamic Education. Therefore, an alternative solution is needed to increase Nazir's professionalism through curriculum management. This study aims to identify existing curriculum management and then analyze and develop the model to find a new curriculum. The qualitative research method is based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) decision-making strategy to obtain a curriculum model for the Nazir professional program. The study results show that the training curriculum at LSP focuses on two scopes: waqf program planning and implementation. The curriculum developed through ANP decision-making produces four competencies: religious knowledge competence, communication competence, social science competence, and moral competence. The curriculum structure can be applied to one level of Nazir professional education, with the condition that each Nazir candidate has a bachelor's degree from various disciplines, particularly Islamic Religious Education. The findings of this study revealed that the respondents agreed with a very high rate agreement of 88.2% that a professional Nazir could be formed using the curriculum of the four competency-based Nazir waqf professional programs.

Abstract

This study investigates how character education influences the development of digital independence and ethical awareness among students at SMK Amaliah as they engage with AI-powered learning environments. As reliance on AI tools like ChatGPT increases, concerns about academic integrity, critical thinking, and ethics have arisen. The research aims to create strategies for blending character education into vocational training, helping students use AI responsibly, maintain academic honesty, and build independent problem-solving skills. Employing a mixed-method approach, the study combines surveys of 200 students with qualitative analysis of character education initiatives within Islamic education. The quantitative data sheds light on students’ AI usage habits and their ethical understanding, while the qualitative aspect evaluates how character education programs influence responsible digital behavior. Findings reveal that although 75% of students use AI tools for academic tasks, only 40% have a clear grasp of plagiarism and ethical AI use. Character education plays a key role in fostering honesty, responsibility, and autonomous learning, reducing automation bias and uncritical AI reliance. This is because students involved in structured ethical discussions and guided AI use develop greater awareness of digital ethics and critical thinking. Additionally, character education encourages accountability and self-regulation by integrating moral reasoning with technological skills, ensuring students do not depend solely on AI-generated content without personal intellectual engagement. The study highlights the importance of embedding AI ethics into vocational curricula and training teachers to strengthen digital literacy and ethical decision-making. Its findings support educational practices that prepare students to handle AI responsibly and uphold academic integrity.

Abstract

This research provides a policy-focused analysis of how organizational discipline and work environment policies influence employee performance through job satisfaction, grounded in the Indonesian legal framework. Using path analysis on data from 94 employees at PT. Catur Dakwah Crane Farmasi Bogor, this study evaluates the on-the-ground implementation of national labor regulations, specifically Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. This rigorous methodological approach—utilizing probability sampling, validated psychometric instruments, and path analysis via SPSS—was strategically employed to empirically deconstruct and verify the posited theoretical framework, thereby ensuring the findings' robustness for informing evidence-based policy. The empirical findings reveal a dual-pathway mechanism to performance: an affective pathway mediated by job satisfaction (particularly for work environment policies) and a procedural pathway operating directly through discipline. Results demonstrate that: 1) work discipline and work environment have direct positive and significant effects on job satisfaction (R² = 0.512); 2) work discipline, work environment, and job satisfaction all have direct positive and significant effects on employee performance (R² = 0.635); 3) job satisfaction does not mediate the discipline-performance relationship, indicating a strong situation effect; and 4) job satisfaction significantly mediates the environment-performance relationship. These findings provide evidence-based recommendations for both national labor policy formulation and organizational-level policy implementation in the Indonesian pharmaceutical sector.

Abstract

Indonesia's national land certificate digitization, while promising administrative efficiency, creates a compelling paradox within its unique socio-religious landscape, particularly for pesantren, where formal ownership intersects with religious endowments (waqf) and communal systems. This study investigates the critical gap between this technocratic initiative and the principles of distributive justice, asking how digitization impacts pesantren amidst complex tenure realities. Employing a qualitative philosophical-empirical approach, it integrates theoretical analysis of Rawlsian, capabilities, and recognitional justice with a systematic review of legal documents, digital literacy data, and pesantren distribution. The findings reveal that the standardized digital framework generates procedural injustices because it ignores profound rural digital literacy divides and violates recognitional justice by failing to accommodate traditional waqf arrangements. Consequently, it disproportionately advantages larger urban institutions, marginalizing smaller rural pesantren and undermining equitable distribution. While limited to a theoretical-empirical synthesis, this research offers novelty by proposing an integrated ethical framework to reconcile technology with fairness, advocating for human-centric design, digital literacy investment, adapted land categories, and restorative mechanisms, thus ensuring digitization advances, rather than impedes, justice.

Abstract

Background. The Indonesian Constitutional Court's Decision No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015 fundamentally reshaped the landscape of marital law by permitting post-nuptial agreements, a significant departure from the previous regime under Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, which only recognized pre-nuptial contracts. This legal transformation introduced a dialectical tension between the principle of freedom of contract for spouses and the imperative to protect third-party creditor rights. Purpose. This article analyzes the juridical implications of this decision, focusing on the expanded role and heightened responsibility of Notaries in drafting and ratifying these agreements. Methods. Using a normative legal research method, this study examines the notary's obligations under Law No. 2 of 2014 on the Position of Notary (UUJN) to ensure the publicity principle is met, a condition essential to the binding effect of an agreement on third parties. The analysis of Supreme Court jurisprudence, particularly in bankruptcy cases, reveals an uncompromising stance on the requirement of timely registration as an absolute. Conclusion. The article concludes that while the Constitutional Court’s decision champions contractual autonomy, its practical implementation exposes notaries to significant liability risks, necessitating enhanced due diligence and systemic reforms such as a centralized digital registry. Implementation. A robust preventive professional framework to mitigate the risk of fraudulent conveyance and preserve legal certainty in commercial transactions.

Abstract

The digitalization of corporate legal services in Indonesia, spearheaded by the Directorate General of General Law Administration (Ditjen AHU), represents a significant bureaucratic reform. However, the convenience of self-declaration systems has raised concerns about legal certainty, leading to the implementation of a substantive examination policy for corporate data alterations. This study analyzes the implications of this policy shift, examining the tension between administrative efficiency and the imperative of legal certainty. Using a doctrinal research method, this paper investigates the legal framework, implementation challenges, and theoretical underpinnings of the substantive examination policy. The results indicate that while the policy is a necessary corrective to the vulnerabilities of the previous system, its implementation faces significant operational hurdles, including capacity constraints and procedural complexities. The discussion reasserts fundamental civil law principles, analyzes practical implementation issues, and draws lessons from comparative international models to propose a hybrid, risk-based verification framework. The conclusion argues that the long-term success of this reform depends on integrating technology to create a system that is both secure and efficient, thereby strengthening corporate governance and investor confidence in Indonesia.
