Abstract

This study aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective local wisdom-based Student Worksheet (durian batik motif) in social studies subjects. This research is a development research using the 4D model. In this model there are 4 stages, namely 1) define (definition stage) 2) design (design stage) 3) develop (development stage), and 4) disseminate (dissemination stage). The subjects of this study included 3 validators (linguists, material experts, and media) as well as class teachers, VB class students in the teacher and student practicality test (small group and large group test). The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire and for the large group trial a learning outcome test. Based on the results of the validation questionnaire assessment analysis carried out by the validators, it showed that the Student Worksheet that had been developed met the criteria of being very valid with a product validity score of 0.85. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the practicality questionnaire assessment conducted by teachers and students showed that the LKS that had been developed met the criteria of being very practical with a product practicality score of 4.75 with a maximum score of 5. Then the results of the effectiveness analysis that had been carried out with student learning outcome tests showed that the LKS met the very good category with a classical completion score of 87%. So based on these data, it can be concluded that the LKS that had been developed in this study were declared very valid, very practical, and very good so that they could be used in learning social studies subjects. Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarkat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dalam bentuk teori dan praktik mengenai aplikasi CapCut dan membuat produk video pembelajaran berupa slide ataupun clip video. Pelatihan ini telah terlaksana pada tanggat 24, 25, dan 26 april 2025 di sekolah SMPN O mangunharjo. Guru SMP tersebut merupakan peserta pelatihan yang terlaksana. Metode- metode yang digunakan adalah workshop pelatihan aplikasi capcut, diskusi dan persentasi hasil produk. Berdasarkan 3hari pelaksanaan, kegiatan ini menghasilkan 20 produk video pembelajaran menarik dan terbaca. Lalu tidak hanya itu guru mampu melakukan editing dan designing video dengan menggunakan aplikasi capcut. Namun tidak semua guru tuntas menghasilkan produk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the concept of developing a school database management information system. The model that will be used in this study is the spiral model. Each cycle includes 1) communication with users, 2) planning, 3) risk analysis, 4) prototype or engineering, 5) construction, and 6) system evaluation. The results of the study, the SIM database model of the school that was developed, still has shortcomings that must be corrected. Deficiencies at the concept development stage will be a reference for developers to improve. Suggestions from the validator were corrected and subsequently as a basis for designing the School Database SIM model at the system development stage. Conclusions, the concept of developing a school database system in the Department of Education and Culture of Musi Rawas Regency includes; a) developing a school database system for the Education Office admin (home menu, profile menu and submenus, report menu and submenu, admin menu and submenu, and logout menu), b) developing a school database system for school admin (home menu, menu and submenu profiles, menus and student submenus, educators and educational staff menus and submenus, facilities and infrastructure menus and submenus, curriculum menus and submenus, public relations menus and submenus, financial menus and submenus, report menus and submenus, and log out menus).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of schools based on information technology to meet the standards of digitalization of senior high schools in Lubuklinggau City. This study was designed with an educational action research scheme. The subjects of the study were driving teachers, principals, students, TU staff and school supervisors. Data collection techniques include; interviews, documentation and observation, while data analysis techniques use qualitative analysis. The results of the study, Management of driving schools based on information technology starts from making policies, including; 1) mechanisms, 2) implementation, and 3) evaluation, after the next policy prepares facilities, namely 1) procurement, 2) use, and 3) maintenance. In addition, it also forms an organizational structure, consisting of; 1) implementation, 2) coordination, and 3) monitoring and evaluation. Then the management of financing, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation, and 3) audit, and finally the supervisory activities include; 1) planning, 2) mechanisms, and 3) implementation. Conclusion, the management of driving schools based on information technology to meet school digitalization standards, namely making policies, preparing facilities, forming organizational structures, financing, and supervision.  Keywords: School Digitalization, School Management, Driving School, Information Technology

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan masyarakat. Melalui pendidikan yang berkualitas, masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup, mengurangi kemiskinan, dan menciptakan peluang ekonomi yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini akan secara mendalam menganalisis tentang optimalisasi strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui Google Scholar dalam rentang tahun 2013-2023. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) pendidikan memegang peranan kunci dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Berbagai strategi, seperti pemberian pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berkualitas bagi para guru dan tenaga pendidik, peningkatan kualitas kurikulum, pengembangan pemimpin pendidikan, dan peningkatan fasilitas belajar, semuanya berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan, akibatnya, kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Pendidikan berbasis kewirausahaan merupakan solusi potensial dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok masyarakat rentan ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, bertujuan untuk memperkaya referensi terkait pengabdian masyarakat. Data diambil dari 14 artikel yang dipilih dari 22 artikel yang ditemukan di Google Scholar periode 2022-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program-program kewirausahaan, seperti Rumah Kreatif BUMN, Kartu Prakerja, dan Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha, berperan penting dalam memberdayakan masyarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan bisnis, pendampingan, serta akses ke pasar dan modal. Studi kasus lokal dan internasional, seperti Youth Business International dan Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Perempuan, menunjukkan dampak signifikan dari pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan kemandirian ekonomi. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan lembaga pendidikan untuk menciptakan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Saran yang diajukan meliputi diversifikasi pelatihan, pendampingan jangka panjang, peningkatan akses teknologi, dan evaluasi berkala terhadap program yang dijalankan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam strategi manajemen pendidikan kolaboratif yang dapat dioptimalkan guna meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam program literasi berbasis kearifan lokal di daerah terpencil. Studi ini menganalisis 19 artikel terpilih dari total 30 artikel yang dihimpun melalui Google Scholar dan situs-situs akademik kredibel lainnya pada periode 1981–2024 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk tinjauan pustaka. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antara kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, integrasi nilai-nilai budaya lokal, serta efektivitas program literasi dalam konteks geografis dan sosial yang terbatas. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan berbasis kolaborasi, yang mengedepankan partisipasi aktif masyarakat serta pendekatan budaya lokal, mampu mendorong peningkatan keterlibatan komunitas dalam aktivitas literasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas aktor lokal, sinergi kelembagaan, dan dukungan kebijakan berkelanjutan sebagai faktor krusial dalam keberhasilan program literasi di wilayah terpencil. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan strategi pendidikan kontekstual dalam ranah pengabdian masyarakat serta memperkaya khazanah literatur manajemen pendidikan berbasis lokalitas.

Abstract

The research aims at investigating the management of Salafi-based integrated Islamic schools. This research employed a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted at Raudatul Jannah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Lubuklinggau City. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teacher council, and school staff. The data were collected using interviews. The collected data were then analyzed by adapting the technique from Miles & Huberman, namely the interactive analysis model. The research results signified that the Salafi Integrated Islamic Elementary School has carried out planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating for students, teachers, and educational staff, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, finance, and public relations appropriately, such as: 1) The school has carried out planning activities, particularly for students, teachers, and educational staff, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, finance, and community relations; 2) The school has implemented organizing activities for students, in which male and female students are put into separate classes, and male and female teachers or educational staff are also given separate rooms; 3) The school implements the independent curriculum for grades 1 and 4, then the curriculum from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Ministry of National Education for grades 2, 3, 5, and 6; 4) In the implementation of evaluations, the school creates self-prepared examinations, which are not from the National Education Department.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership approach of elementary school principals in Lubuklinggau City in blusukan. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Teacher Council, and the School Staff. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles, Huberman, and Saldan’s interactive model, with the flow of the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verifying. The results of the study, the school principal's approach to blusukan, is by providing motivation to subordinates, listening to and respecting subordinates' ideas, appreciating the slightest performance produced, and maintaining a family relationship between subordinates and superiors. In conclusion, the school principal establishes a kinship relationship with the school community in carrying out blusukan.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the phenomenon of elementary school principals in Kota Lubuklinggau engaging in blusukan leadership. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenology method. The subjects involved were school principals, teachers, and school staff. The data were collected using observations, interviews, and documentation. The obtained data were then analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive models in the following steps: data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results indicated that: 1) the concept of blusukan was performed by the elementary school principals through their willingness to directly supervise the working conditions of their subordinates to get real and accurate information from various sources; such information might be taken as consideration when making a decision; 2) The blusukan leadership style was implemented by encouraging subordinates, hearing and valuing their views, and sustaining close bonds between leaders and subordinates; 3) communication made by leaders was clear and not ambiguous, also easy to understand language, so subordinates can accept messages accurately, 4) due to the other vital obligations of school principals, the blusukan style should not be executed on a daily basis. Blusukan could also be done on the fly to check on subordinates while working. In this digital age, leaders could also utilize technology to support their blusukan by controlling the jobs of their subordinates through CCTV media.
