Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership on the employee Commitment Organizational. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method through a survey with a population of 246 people with 114 samples. Human resource need to be managed properly so that the commitment of member organizations is high so that the level of human resource turnover will be low. Organizational commitment needs to be increased by providing support to members so that they have a perception that the organization has valued its contribution, leaders who are able to provide direction and motivation to members to do something better than they expected, and within the organization there must also be organizational cultures can be accepted by all members so that they can maintain members to remain highly committed to supporting the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Abstract

Purpose – The aim of this research is to analyze the entrepreneurial intention model based on the theory of planned behavior and entrepreneurial events.Methodology – This research uses a quantitative research design with a positivism direction. The data source used is primary data, with data collection techniques namely questionnaires. the respondents of this study are 100 respondents of active students on the faculty of economics and business in Indonesia. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of SmartPLS software Findings – Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that Attitude has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, Subjective norm has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, Perceived Behavioral Control has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, propensity to act has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, and Entreprenurial intention has a positive effect on entrepreneurial goals.Originality/Novelty – The novelty of this research lies in combining the factors that form entrepreneurial intention from two theories, namely the theory of planned behavior and entrepreneurial events.Implications – To increase students' entrepreneurial desire or entreprenurial Intention, it is recommended to 1) Lecturers as course supervisors must be able to motivate students to create a new business that has sustainability. In addition, lecturers must also do business, in order to be able to tell how the business processes carried out can run continuously, 2) When lectures are running, peer groups of lecturers can invite one of the speakers both on a local and national scale to motivate, share knowledge, and foster entrepreneurial desires in students, and 3) Business incubators owned by institutions must monitor after students create businesses, so that the business contiguity can run.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has positioned technopreneurship as a key paradigm in modern entrepreneurship research. Unlike traditional entrepreneurship, technopreneurship integrates technological expertise with business vision to foster innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable growth. This study conducts a bibliometric review of technopreneurship literature in Scopus-indexed journals (2020–2025) within Business, Management, and Accounting. Using VOSviewer and Bibliometrix, the analysis covers publication productivity, citation impact, collaboration networks, thematic clusters, and research frontiers. Findings show Indonesia as the most productive country, driven by its dynamic startup ecosystem and academic focus. Key themes highlight business incubators, digital platforms, and green innovation. Eleven clusters are identified, spanning AI in education, digital transformation, sustainability, and Education 4.0. Emerging frontiers include technopreneurial self-efficacy, engineering education, economic growth, and disruptive technologies, offering theoretical and practical insights for stakeholders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi entreprenurial marketing, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial intention, leadership, value co-creation, smart tourism, dan sustainable tourism performance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam digunakan dalam teknik pengumpulan data. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelola dari ekowisata yang berbasis ekowisata karst, bahari, hutan, pegunungan, dan flora-fauna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi enteprenurial marketing pengelola sudah menggunakan paket wisata untuk mendorong wisatawan datang berkunjung. Dari segi entrepreneurial orientation dan entrepreneurial intention, bahwa dampak dari ekowisata meningkatkan minat dan orientasi warga sekitar untuk membuat sebuah usaha. Dari segi kepemimpinan dan value co-creation, pemimpin lebih memiliki gaya empowerment atau penguatan bagi masyarakat, serta masyarakat pun mau berkolaborasi bersama sama untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Smart tourism juga sudah dimplementasikan dengan baik dengan ekowisata sudah menggunakan teknologi untuk promosi, dan melakukan riset kepuasaan pengunjung untuk menjaga kinerja ekowisata yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions to transform teaching through digital-based learning. This is a big challenge for educational institutions and the government in realizing quality education. The aim of this research is to analyze the application of visionary leadership, digital-based learning culture, digital citizenship, innovation skills, communication, digital leadership, digital-based knowledge sharing, and the performance of teaching staff in Indonesia. Primary data was obtained from the results of a questionnaire survey of 100 active teachers and lecturers spread across eight provinces in Indonesia. The survey was conducted directly and online using a quantitative approach and analyzed descriptively. The sampling technique was carried out using the convenience sampling method. The research results showed that the application of visionary leadership, digital-based learning culture, digital citizenship, innovation skills and communication in the workplace has gone well even though there are still a number of schools that do not have digital learning facilities. The strategy that schools and universities must implement to improve the performance of teaching staff in the digital era is to fulfill the physical and non-physical facilities in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive picture of current conditions and future research potential in innovative ambidexterity research. To achieve this goal, this study uses a bibliometric approach, the data sources used are secondary data sources, where the data used is in the form of 81 research articles taken in the Scopus database. In addition, selected articles are published by well-known publishers, namely Elsevier, Inderscience Publishers, Springer, Emerald, Routledge, Cogent, and Sage Publications. The results of the co-occurrence analysis and thematic map outline various emerging research topics in its clusters. Dimanqa cluster 1 covers issues such as Construction Industry, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Innovation, Finance, Functional Laterity, Hemispheric Dominance, Human Resources Management, Management Practice, Manufacturing, Microfoundation, Open Innovation, Performance, Social Capital, and Sustainability. Cluster 2 raised topics such as business development, competitiveness, digital transformation, information management, information processing, innovation performance, investment, marketing, organizational framework, performance assessment, regression analysis, social network, and sustainability development. Meanwhile, cluster 3 highlights The third cluster consists of empirical analysis, entrepreneurial orientation, exploitation, exploration, industrial performance, intellectual capital, pharmaceutical industry, strategic entrepreneuship, technological development. The fourth cluster consists of business performance, dynamic capabilities, enterprise resource management, industrial management, information analysis, knowledge management, knowledge transfer, least squares approxima, radical innovation. Meanwhile, the fifth cluster consists of connectedness, decision making, environmental dynamis, firm performance, knowledge management, technological innovation, top management team. The sixth cluster consists of absortive capacity, business process performance, exploitative innovation, exploration innovation, and Small Medium Enteprise. And, the seventh cluster consists of competitive intensity. Future research themes in the realm of innovation ambidexterity can be presented or connected with strategic entrepreneurship, exploitative innovation, digital transformation, and innovation performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of spiritual leadership and perceived organizational support on affective commitment. In addition, the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship of spiritual leadership and affective commitment will be tested. This research was conducted with survey research design, and the type of data was cross-sectional. Surveys conducted based on web based surveys. Research focuses on organizational members or employees in the Bandar Lampung region. Data is collected by self-administered survey with sampling in the form of non-probability sampling, namely by purposive sampling. Processing data and testing hypotheses is done using moderated regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 130 respondents. Spiritual leadership is measured by SLT survey questions developed by Fry et al (2005), with 17 items of questions. Affective commitment was measured by 6 items of measurement scale developed by Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993). Whereas, perceived organizational support was measured by the short version of (Eisenberger et al., 1986), consisting of 8 statements.The results of the investigation show that spiritual leadership and perceived organizational support influence affective commitment. In particular, the moderating effect of perceived organizational support can strengthen the relationship of spiritual leadership and affective commitment.

Abstract

Background: The on-demand service platform is an uprising business that has become more popular recently. Nevertheless, the competition within this industry can make it hard for companies to survive. Therefore, brand loyalty is vital to ensure the business survives the competition. Purpose: This study investigates how reward and consumer brand engagement can affect brand loyalty in the on-demand service industry. Design/methodology/approach: Empirical evidence was collected using a quantitative method using convenience sampling from 232 users of Indonesia’s most significant on-demand service industry. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings/Result: The results of this study show that reward and consumer brand engagement both have positive and significant effects on brand loyalty. Furthermore, consumer brand engagement also mediates the relationship between reward and brand loyalty of the customers. Conclusion: Therefore, it is crucial for on-demand service platforms to improve their reward system for the customer and to pay more attention to their consumer brand engagement to improve brand loyalty.Originality/value (State of the art): Only a few articles use rewards in gamification in a business context. Abstract

This study aims to map the latest research related to organisational commitment and job performance. Another objective is to identify factors that can be studied regarding organisational commitment and job performance. The research method used is the bibliometric method with secondary data sources. The data analysed are articles found in the Scopus database. The keywords used to search for data are ‘organizational commitment’ and ‘job performance’ published between 2020 and 2025. The selected articles are within the scope of business, management, and accounting research. Bibliometric analysis identified six main groups of factors related to organizational commitment and job performance. Five factors with great potential for future research are emotional intelligence, employee performance, organizational identification, the public sector, and civil servants. These factors indicate areas that need more attention in the context of organizational commitment and job performance.
