Abstract

PT. X is a company engaged in the field of engineering services procurement and construction (EPC), whose scope of work is the provision which has activities such as selecting subcontractors and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and building maintaining relationship with subcontractors. The selection of subcontractors has been less effective, because the show just based on the lowest offer and mere instinct of managers. So that when the project goes arises the problem stems from a subcontractor who is not taken into account before. This research helps decision maker in making the decision to choose a subcontractor in the project Based Oil Flushing (BOF) by integrating Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP is used to determine the weight of the priority with seven aspect of the three first priorities of quality aspects, financial aspects, and aspects of the company’s reputation, and is also used to determine the weight AHP priorities of the twenty-three criteria with three first priority the offer price, quality assurance, and work experience. Of the four subcontractors research result into the most optimal subcontractor, chosen in accordance with the value of the achievement of targets is limited to the smallest deviation from other subcontractors.

Abstract

PAH tend to bind with organic and inorganic material suspended so abundant in bottom sediments. PAHs enter the water through various sources are quickly absorbed by organic and inorganic particles. PAH accumulated by aquatic biota higher than womb environment. This study aims to determine the type and content of polyaromatic hydrocarbons both in the exhaust emissions of motor vehicles as well as diesel fuel in sea water and sediments contaminated by the oil spill. The results showed that Chrysene, benzo (b) Fluoranthene and Benzo (a) Pyrene is a sample that had higher levels of PAH is quite high and is found in every sample well on exhaust emissions as well as in seawater and sediments, where all three types of PAH that exceed the threshold determined doubled. While the content of PAHs found in terminal loading and unloading of ships Benzo (b) fluoren namely 92.842 ppm and below Benzo (a) pyren 62.054 ppm and 10.939 Chrysene pp.

Abstract

Biaya investasi pendirian SPBG adalah masalah klasik yang semakin lama relatif semakintinggi dan senstif, apabila menggunakan dana pemerintah akan mengakibatkan biaya yang tinggi.Pemerintah sebagai pemilik penyelenggara SPBG menyerahkan wewenangnya kepada BadanHukum Usaha Negara yaitu PT. Pertamina (Persero). Dengan skema pembiayaan Build OperateTransfer (BOT), diharapkan sumber-sumber dana yang ada pada pihak swasta dapat membantuproses pembangunan proyek infrastruktur guna menunjang kebijakan dari bahan bakar minyak keGas. Pihak investor yang terlibat dalam skema pembiayaan BOT ini dapat mengoptimalkan danainvestasinya, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan berinvestasi denganmetode penganggaran modal (Capital Budgeting). Metode Capital Budgeting digunakan untukmenentukan peningkatan nilai proyek, serta untuk menentukan kelayakan dari proyek pendirianSPBG, menurut hasil dari analisis di awal perencanaan dan pada saat sekarang (kondisi riil). Darihasil analisis pada awal investasi di dapatkan nilai Intial Cash Flow sebesar 16.982,600.00; BebanPenyusutan 433.266.667; Proyeksi Laba Rugi 6.052.756.937; Cash Flow 77.832.283.248; NVPRp. 37.395.209.689,58; Profitabiliy Index 4.58; Payback Period 2 tahun 223 hari; IRR 38.98%,dengan kesimpulan investasi layak dilakukan.

Abstract

Sebagian besar masyarakat masih sangat tergantung dengan bahan bakar minyak(BBM) seperti minyak tanah untuk keperluan memasak. Sementara kayu bakar bukan lagisebagai pilihan utama karena dianggap kurang efektif untuk keperluan memasak yangcepat. Sedangkan penggunaan gas LPG bagi masyarakat masih belum merata karenadianggap masih barang mewah, khususnya masyarakat ekonomi bawah. Di sisi lain,sampah daun-daun kering yang melimpah di lingkungan masyarakat kurang dapattermanfaatkan. Berdasarkan unsur kimianya, setiap daun atau rumput mengandung unsurkarbon dan air. Ketika daun-daun sudah mulai menguning kemudian mengering makakadar air dalam daun sudah berkurang sehingga akan lebih mudah untuk dibakar dandijadikan arang. Arang dedaunan tersebut dapat dijadikan bahan bakar alternatif yangmurah dan mudah didapat. Oleh karena terbuat dari sampah maka bahan bakar alternatiftersebut diberi nama ?Briket Sampah?. Dengan dasar inilah kami bekerjasama denganKelurahan Bojong Kulur mengadakan pelatihan pemanfaatan daun kering untuk briketsampah sebagai bahan bakar untuk Ibu-Ibu PKK. Tujuan adanya pelatihan ini antara lainmeningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan masyarakat untuk mengelola sampah daunkering menjadi bahan bakar briket, meningkatkan kemandirian dan perekonomianmasyarakat dengan menghemat biaya dari pembelian bahan bakar LPG dan berwirausahabriket sampah kepada tetangga terdekat.

Abstract

Peluang Usaha Briket yang menjanjikan, Sebagai bahanbakar alternatif, briket bisa menjadi solusi di tengah kelangkaan BBM yang terjadi di masyarakat.Tak hanya soal kenaikan harga BBM, cadangan minyak bumi dan gas alam juga akan terusberkurang sehingga masyarakat harus beralih pada bahan bakar yang lain. Keresahan masyarakatmengenai BBM membuat briket memiliki peluang usaha yang menjanjikan. Ini juga menjadi suatukesempatan untuk membuat dan memasarkan bahan bakar alternatif yang satu ini.Hasil perhitunganbiaya produksi, untuk menghasilkan briket dengan kapasitas briket 15.000 kg per tahun adalah Rp46.416.000,00 sedangkan biaya produksi Rp. 2.975,00 / kg dan harga jual yang dapat ditawarkan kepadakonsumen adalah Rp. 4.500 / Kg.

Abstract

Perancangan fasilitas merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh pada kinerja suatu perusahaan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tata letak fasilitas yang kurang baik akan menyebabkan pola aliran bahan yang kurang baik dan perpindahan bahan, produk, informasi, peralatan dan tenaga kerja menjadi relatif tinggi yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian dan menambah biaya operasional. Hal ini dibuat untuk menciptakan kelancaran aliran bahan, sehingga nanti dapat diperoleh aliran bahan yang efisien dan kondisi kerja yang teratur.Permasalahan layoutSPBG merupakan permasalahan yang tidak dapat dihindari oleh pemilik SPBG dalam operasinya. Jauhnya jarak perpindahan material dari departemen kerja yang satu dengan departemen kerja lainnya akan mempengaruhi totalitas perusahaan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan profitabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui total perpindahan minimum sehingga nantinya diperoleh final layout yang terbaik dan dapat meminimalkan biaya. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode 5R pada penyusunan tata letak fasilitas SPBG di Pondok Labu untuk memperoleh tata letak yang lebih rapi, yaitu Ringkas,Rapi, Resik, Rawat dan Rajin.

Abstract

This article discusses LinkedIn and Jobstreet training for Vocational High School students as a form of readiness for them before taking higher education or as a guide for them to get a job and also a form of their experience in terms of self branding. LinkedIn and JObstreet applications have many benefits that can bring us closer to the world of work, such as finding job vacancies, looking for internship opportunities at the desired company and as a provision to train and develop previously owned skills. Through this Community Service activity, students will be taught how to make a CV properly and correctly and then the results of making CV will be promoted through LinkedIn and Jobstreet applications. The method we use is the training method. Training itself can’t be separated from skill development, clear goal measurement, and attitude changes which are then applied with several choices of methods according to the needs of the environment. The training method we use in this Community Service is direct training based on R-Learning or learning conducted through electronic intermediaries such as with the help of electronic intermediaries such as laptops. The Community Service Activities that we carry out have the aim of being a form of real action towards the golden Indonesia 2045 later. By instilling good leadership values and always having a strong sense of love for the country and developing a sense of state defense to maintain a good and wise generation.

Abstract

The BPJS Employment Program is one of the crucial aspects of providing socio-economic protection for Indonesian society, especially Generation Z (Gen Z), who are entering the workforce. This service aims to enhance understanding of the BPJS Employment Program through education conducted within the Young Helper community, a volunteer organization committed to creating positive societal changes and part of Gen Z. This service also aims to increase the participatory role of Gen Z in the BPJS Employment Program, which provides socio-economic security. The method employed in this service is educational, involving interactive material presentation with data sources from literature studies, questionnaires, interviews, and field observations. Our service includes educating about the BPJS Employment Program such as eligibility criteria, technical implementation, program types, and registration procedures. The education we provide yields outputs such as pamphlets, PowerPoint presentations, educational videos, and posters, each of which highlights crucial information about the BPJS Employment Program. Our service results indicate an improvement in understanding and participatory willingness among participants to enroll in the BPJS Employment Program.
