Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang nilai-nilai karakter, pengimplementasian, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dan menghambat pendidikan karakter.di MAN 4 Jakarta. Penelitian di MAN 4 Jakarta ini dilakukan selama 12 bulan sejak bulan Juli 2018 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di MAN 4 Jakarta diterapkan secara bertahap dengan memperkenalkan nilai-nilai dasar etika dan akhlaq mulia seperti nilai religius, disiplin, mandiri, kreatif, ramah, peduli lingkungan, tanggung jawab, sopan dan jujur. Faktor yang mendukung implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yaitu guru, kepala sekolah, siswa, dan orang tua, serta fasilitas yang memadai. Faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter terkait dengan waktu pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dan dukungan dari orang tua. Cara mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan melakukan komunikasi yang baik kepada orangtua, melibatkan semua guru, melakukan evaluasi secara rutin dan menetapkan sanksi yang lebih tegas terhadap peserta didik yang tidak menerapkan pendidikan karakter. Kata kunci : implementasi, pendidikan karakter, ekstrakurikuler, pramuka Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out in depth about character values, implementation, and factors that influence the success and inhibit character education in MAN 4 Jakarta. The research at MAN 4 Jakarta was conducted for 12 months from July 2018 to June 2019. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that character education in Boy Scout extracurricular activities at MAN 4 Jakarta was implemented in stages by introducing basic ethical and noble values ​​such as religious, disciplined, independent, creative, friendly, environmentally responsible, responsible, polite and honest. Factors that support the implementation of character education in extracurricular activities are teachers, principals, students, and parents, as well as adequate facilities. Factors that become obstacles in the implementation of character education are related to the time extracurricular implementation of scouts and support from parents. How to overcome these obstacles by making good communication to parents, involving all teachers, conducting routine evaluations and setting stricter sanctions on students who do not implement character education. Abstract

Penyimpanan rekam medis menjadi bagian dalam pelayanan administrasi data pasien. Pengelolaan penyimpanan rekam medis yang baik mempermudah dan mempercepat penemuan kembali rekam medis di rak penyimpanan, melindungi berkas rekam medis dari bahaya pencurian, kerusakan fisik, kimiawi dan biologi [1]. Penyimpanan yang buruk salah satunya berdampak terjadinya misfile dan mengakibatkan adanya penambahan kerja petugas. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan temuan bahwa masih terjadi kesalahan letak rekam medis sebanyak 20% [2], dalam waktu seminggu terjadi 5 kejadian misfile [3]. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penyimpanan rekam medis di Puskesmas PAL. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan fenomenologi, pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan 3 informan dan observasi. Analisis data mengunakan data display, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di Puskesmas PAL menggunakan pola sentralisasi, SDM di penyimpanan terdiri 4 petugas 2 orang pendidikan SMA, dan 2 Orang D3 Rekam Medis, SOP Penyimpanan telah tersedia namun belum ada sosialisasi, dan sarana prasarana yang belum memadai. Abstract

Pedagogic competence is a special competence, which will distinguish teachers from other professions and will determine the level of success of the learning process and outcomes for students. The aim of this study is to analyse description of the pedagogic competencies of certified educators in 21st century learning, in particular regarding the pedagogic competencies of certified educators, and 21st century teacher skills. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects is one State High School. Data collection using observation, interviews, drawing, and others. While data analysis process, researchers must pay attention to data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification. The researcher also conducted in-depth interviews and structured interviews, structured interviews were interviews in which the problems and questions for the interview had been set by the researcher to be submitted to the informants. The results achieved are the importance of teacher certification to be carried out, the urgency of the importance of teacher certification, namely, as a requirement in teaching, standardization of professionalism, as a legal provision, professional development, and as a form of formal recognition of the teaching profession. The implications of achieving student achievement are because the learning process carried out by the teacher can run well and the transfer of knowledge to students can be right on target.

Abstract

Developing teacher social competence is a series of activities to improve teaching staff quality. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a psychological test designed to measure a person's basic psychological preferences for seeing the world and making decisions. The purpose of this study was to develop a Model of Teacher Personality and Social Competence Development Based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The method used is research and development procedures. The total number of respondents obtained was 51 people. The research instrument used is a questionnaire developed by the researcher. In order to test the practicality and effectiveness of the self-development model conducted a broader product test, revision of the results of a more comprehensive field test, a large-scale feasibility test, and final revision of the results of the feasibility test. The results of the analysis of the needs for social competence and personality of teachers based on MBTI consist of a series of training to produce quality teachers, including personal grooming, multicultural learning, interpersonal skills, team building, and public speaking according to the personality type of each teacher. Most teachers in this study have a strong personality and social competence. When viewed from the personality type, it can be said that teachers with extrovert traits' personality and social competence tend to be high. In contrast, teachers with introverted traits tend to have low personality and social competencies. Teachers with intuitive and sensing traits tend to have strong personalities and social competence.

Abstract

The principal’s role is so significant in achieving educational goals that the quality of the principal largely determines the success or failure of a school, especially his ability to empower teachers and employees toward a conducive working atmosphere. The research was conducted to analyze the influence of multicultural Leadership from school principals and teacher professionalism on the performance of junior high school teachers. The research used quantitative and qualitative methods with the Sequential Explanatory design method (sequence of proof). In contrast, the research data came from 110 teachers who teach in 44 public junior high schools. Primary data sources are obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation of research objects to support qualitative research analysis. Secondary data comes from documents and school reports related to teacher performance. The study's results indicate a positive influence of multicultural Leadership on improving teacher performance, a positive influence of professionalism on teacher performance, and a significant positive relationship between the principal leadership and teacher professionalism on teacher performance. The implications of the research results show how important the role of school principal leadership is in increasing teacher professionalism which in turn can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemakaian variasi bahasa penyiar radio Kharisma 95,6 FM di kaji dari segi penutur yaitu idiolek, kronolek dan sosiolek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik simak. Langkah-langah analisis data adalah transkripsi data, identifikasi data, klasifikasi data, analisis data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemakaian variasi bahasa penyiar radio Kharisma 95,6 FM terdapat 3 bentuk tuturan meliputi: (1) variasi bahasa idiolek ditemukannya pilihan kata yang berulang pada ujaran yang digunakan oleh penyiar radio yaitu “nanti kita puterin ya lagunya”(2) variasi bahasa kronolek ditemukannya pemakaian bahasa masa kini yaitu ujaran “oke, play kan, oke siaaapp, geng ciwi-ciwi, requesannya” (3) variasi bahasa sosiolek ditemukannya pemakaian katasalam salam yang digunakan oleh penyiar yaitu pada ujaran “selamat pagi, selamat siang, selamat pagi menjelang siang, dan terima kasih kembali”. Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya pemakaian variasi bahasa penyiar Radio Kharisma 95,6 Fm di Arga Makmur adalah (1) variasi idiolek dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial. (2) variasi kronolek dan sosiolek dipengaruhi oleh faktor situasional.

Abstract

Islamic religious education in higher education is considered to have failed because it cannot make students have good character and good performance with al-Akhlak al-Karimah. Various parties are trying to develop Islamic Religious Education through teaching morals in higher education. This article explains the orientation of developing Islamic Religious Education through teaching morals in higher education. This research uses a qualitative model to study actual events according to intrinsic categories. There are two models with two approaches to implementing moral teaching, including the aim of Islamic Religious Education to educate students to become religious experts (ulama) and equip them to understand their obligations as Muslims through forming morals. The approach to teaching Islamic Religious Education is to study "Islam" to understand how to teach morals correctly and study "Islam" as a treasure of knowledge.

Abstract

Acts of violence in the school environment are complex problems that can hinder the psychological and academic development of students. Although various policies have been issued, many educational units still lack a structured and responsive system for preventing and handling violence. This research aims to develop an Android-based application as a medium for assessing, educating, reporting, and managing violence in schools. This type of research is a form of research and development (R&D) that is carried out through the stages of preliminary study, planning, initial product development, limited field trials, product revision, and dissemination. The subjects in this study include IT experts, educators, and high school students. Data were collected through literature studies, interviews, and questionnaires, and then analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that student involvement in positive activities was correlated with prosocial behaviour and improved academic achievement. In addition, educational units that implement more violence prevention strategies tend to have lower rates of violence. This study concludes that the development of an early detection instrument for potential violence and the design of an Android-based application have been successfully carried out. The implications of this study suggest that the use of digital applications can be a valuable solution in creating a safe, friendly, and inclusive learning environment.
