Abstract

Research Objectives to find out and measure how employee performance appraisal systems at PT. JTEKT Karawang West Java The methodology of writing uses qualitative descriptive involving all employees of PT JTEKT Karawang West Java by using random sampling with proportional random sampling of 50 employees Data collection techniques through questionnaires in support the documentation method while the data analysis technique is based on the employee performance appraisal system in accordance with the standards set by the company, using future-oriented methods, namely self assessment and evaluation by superiors. The results of the employee performance assessment will be used as material consideration in determining bonuses and increasing levels / employees. Keywords : Employees, Policy ,Performance and Asessment

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Ketatnya persaingan bisnis kuliner menjadi ancaman bagi para pelaku usaha,sehinggan membuat pelaku usaha berusaha untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kualitas pelayanannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif dan dengan data sekunder dan data primer sebagai seumber data yang diperoleh dari hasil angket. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Resto cepat saji yang diambil berjumlah 100 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Teknik Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas, Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Uji T dan Uji F, Uji Asumsi Klasik yaitu Uji Normalitas dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Teknik pengukuran instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Skala Likert karena untuk mengukur jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, profesi dan instansimembeli produk. Hasil penelitian pada uji t bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (x) terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan (y), karena nilai signifikan x terhadap y adalah 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (14,491 > 1,661) atau dengan kata lain h0 ditolak dan ha diterima. Sehingga keismpulan dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Resto Cepat Saji di Mall Lippo Cikarang. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of brand image, motivation, and purchasing decisions on Millennial Generation Consumer Satisfaction on E-commerce buyers at Shopee and Lazada. The population in this study were all Shopee, LAZADA, Bukalapak, and Tokopedia e-commerce buyers and the number of samples used was 140 people. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is incidental. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of calculations using Part Analysis, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Purchase motivation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of Purchase Motivation on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. The direct effect given by the brand image on consumer satisfaction is 0.012. The direct effect given by the purchase motivation on consumer satisfaction is 0.599.

Abstract

This study aims to provide the descriptive, depiction systematic view, factual and the accurate descriptions of the facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena regarding to consumer perception and service quality at McDonald’s fast food in Jakarta. The type of the research used in this study is exploration descriptive qualitative research. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling, with the number of samples in this study as many as 80 person of McDonald’s customers. The data from this study were sourced from questionnaires distributed in the form of google form. The questionnaires was made based on to reliability and validity test. Data analysis technique used in this study are Data Collection, Data Reduction and Data Display. The results of the research showed the respondent’s responses to Consumer Perception at McDonald’s Jakarta fast food restaurants were Good, seen from the average total score of 334 which was included in the range of 275-339 with the assessment criteria Good. Meanwhile, respondent’s responses to Service Quality at McDonald’s Jakarta fast food restaurants were Excellent, seen from the average total score of 340,2 which included in the range of 340-400 with the assessment criteria Excellent. Suggestions can be given in this study are McDonald’s Jakarta fast food restaurants are expected to hold training or do the guidance to their employees so that the have better skills and management so that the consumers will be trust, comfortable and assured of the service quality of McDonald’s Jakarta fast food restaurants so that they can maintain consumers perception about service quality.

Abstract

Background. Educational institutions face increasing demands for transparency and accountability in their administrative processes. Traditional systems often lack the necessary security, efficiency, and transparency to meet these demands, leading to issues such as fraud, mismanagement, and mistrust. Blockchain technology, known for its decentralized and immutable nature, has emerged as a promising solution to address these challenges within educational administration. Purpose. This research aims to explore the potential of blockchain technology in enhancing transparency and accountability in educational administration. The study focuses on how blockchain can improve data integrity, reduce administrative costs, and streamline processes in educational institutions. Method. A qualitative approach was adopted, involving case studies of institutions that have implemented blockchain-based solutions for administrative purposes. Data was collected through interviews with administrators, technology experts, and stakeholders to assess the impact of blockchain technology on transparency and accountability. Results. The findings indicate that blockchain significantly improves data security and traceability, ensuring that records are tamper-proof and easily auditable. It also reduces administrative overhead by automating processes and streamlining communication between stakeholders. Furthermore, blockchain enhances stakeholder trust through transparent and decentralized decision-making. Conclusion. Blockchain technology holds great promise for revolutionizing educational administration by providing a secure, transparent, and efficient system. Future research should focus on addressing scalability challenges and exploring broader applications of blockchain in educational settings.

Abstract

Performance is the result of a process of completing work and the behavior needed to achieve the desired results. An embodiment of work performed by employees and is generally used as a basis or reference for evaluating employees in an organization. Efforts to improve employee performance, companies can choose several ways that are in accordance with the company's capabilities, including by providing compensation. In addition to compensation, factors that affect employee performance are work motivation. Motivation is the giving of individual impulses to act that causes the person to behave in a certain way that leads to goals. Psychologically, the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of an employee in carrying out his work is strongly influenced by work motivation. The motivation that exists in employees is expected by individuals to work hard and be disciplined in their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation together (simultaneously) or (partial) on the performance of employees of PT. Panca Ekatama Agribusiness. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The sample in this study were 66 respondents. The technique used is a random sampling technique, probability sampling. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that compensation is included in the very high category, work motivation is included in the high category, and employee performance is included in the very high category. The partial test shows that compensation has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the simultaneous test show that compensation and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In this study, the coefficient of determination for Employee Performance was 0.477. This means that variations in employee performance can be explained by 47.7% by variations in compensation and work motivation. The remaining percentage of 52.3% indicates that there is still influence from factors or variables that are not included in this study. Among the factors that influence employee performance is the amount of compensation that can affect employee performance.Keywords: compensation, work motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

Accounting is the process of recording or noting a business entity's financial transactions in accounting records, such as journals and ledgers, based on valid transaction evidence. The purpose of accounting is to find out the financial statements at ABC Store. The preparation of ABC Store's financial statements using Microsoft Excel according to needs and to find out the performance results of ABC Store's financial statements. In recording ABC Store's financial transactions from cash receipts and disbursements. Previously, ABC Store only recorded cash receipts and disbursements simply by using paper bookkeeping or bookkeeping. Cash receipt or disbursement transactions are obtained from receipt and purchase transactions at ABC Store and are recorded every day when the total cash receipts or disbursements on that day have been summarized. The weakness is that you have to record one by one in the bookkeeping and calculate manually to find out the total cash receipts each day. The preparation of ABC Store's financial statements using Microsoft Excel is made and explained very well so that the store owner can use it well later. ABC Store knows the difference between before and after the application using Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the administrative procedures for transporting B3 waste at PT Global Mandiri Marine, the purpose of this study was to find out the description of the procedures and constraints and alternative solutions in solving the problem. This research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through literature, interviews and observation, namely direct observation of the object under study. The obstacles that occurred in the Administration Procedure for the Transport of B3 Waste at PT Global Mandiri Marine, there were errors in inputting the weight and type of waste, errors in providing documents, and leaks of B3 waste. The solutions implemented are still not effective because several alternatives sometimes still use estimates of the weight and type of B3 waste, raising awareness among parties regarding the correct administration of B3 waste transportation in accordance with applicable regulations is to calculate the weight of the waste directly using a scale. and the provision of festronic data or manifests is given truthfully, and uses good quality for B3 waste packaging, so that the transportation of B3 waste can run properly and according to company procedures.
