Abstract

The reporting media indicates that the killing ceses in Indonesia keep on rise. It means that applying killing criminal law that refers to KUHP is not effective. This condition requires KUHP reforming because the right of human life must be vouched by the government. The criminal law of Indonesia must punish a killer more forceful. The writers offer qiṣās and diyat to be applied in Indonesia but they have to pass through objectification. According to Kuntowijoyo, objectification is interpreting religion’s internal doctrines into objective categories in order to be able to be applied, actualized,  and accepted by moslem and nonmoslem. It is research and development that strives for developing Kuntowijoyo’s objectification on KUHP reforming. With changing  qiṣās term into die punishment, diyat into compensation for victim’s family, and adjusting with objective condition in Indonesia, qiṣās and diyat will be accepted by every national of Indonesia and become solution of criminal law of Indonesia that is not effective.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengorganisasian guru dalam mendukung program P5 agar berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengorganisasian guru dalam mendukung Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, 2) Mengetahui hambatan dalam pengorganisasian P5. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan atau studi literatur yang dilakukan dengan memahami dan mempelajari berbagai teori dari sumber-sumber literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah karya tulis ilmiah sebelumnya seperti artikel jurnal, buku, dan tulisan lainnya yang masih terkait. Proses penelitian ini meliputi beberapa tahapan, dimulai dengan penelusuran sumber-sumber relevan, diikuti oleh pengklasifikasian data berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Tahapan berikutnya adalah pengolahan data untuk diolah menjadi temuan penelitian, yang kemudian diabstraksikan guna memperoleh informasi menyeluruh, diinterpretasikan, dan menghasilkan pengetahuan untuk penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 20 artikel, yang terdiri dari 10 artikel nasional dan 10 artikel internasional, yang terkait dengan pengorganisasian guru dalam mendukung P5. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah pengorganisasian guru dalam mendukung P5 yaitu proses yang sistematis dalam membentuk tim fasilitator yang dipimpin oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum, setiap tim fasilitator diberikan peran dan tanggung jawab spesifik, memastikan koordinasi yang efektif dalam proyek, serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap pengorganisasian guru. Hambatan pengorganisasian guru dalam mendukung program P5 meliputi; 1) Kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru terkait P5; 2) Kurangnya pelatihan guru tetang P5; 3) Keterbatasan waktu, sumber daya, dan fasilitas sekolah; 4) Kurangnya dukungan dan kolaborasi berupa kurangnya keterlibatan dan dukungan dari pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The contemporary challenges in Islamic education reveal a growing academic concern regarding the weak philosophical foundation that underpins the educational system, particularly in aspects of values, character, and spirituality. In this context, the thoughts of classical educational figures such as Al-Zarnuji become increasingly important to revisit. This study aims to critically examine Al-Zarnuji’s educational thought as outlined in his seminal work Ta'lim al-Muta'allim, focusing on educational goals, the roles of educators and students, learning methods, and curriculum, and linking them to the current needs of Islamic education. This research employs a qualitative library research method using descriptive-critical analysis of textual content. The findings indicate that education, according to Al-Zarnuji, aims to form a holistic personality integrating sincere intention, spiritual orientation, and social responsibility. Educators are viewed as moral-spiritual guides, while students are expected to embody humility, diligence, and discipline. The three main teaching methods promoted by Al-Zarnuji advice, dialogue, and discussion remain relevant in contemporary character education. Theoretically, this study enriches the discourse on classical Islamic educational thought that is relevant for reconstructing a value-based educational paradigm. Practically, the findings offer a foundation for educators, educational institutions, and policymakers to design learning systems that holistically integrate spirituality, ethics, and intellectual development.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas penerapan Uji T-Student Satu Sampel dan Uji Chi-Square Satu Sampel dalam evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Uji T digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah rata-rata nilai siswa berbeda dari nilai KKM, sedangkan Uji Chi-Square digunakan untuk melihat apakah distribusi preferensi siswa terhadap metode pembelajaran sesuai harapan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan SPSS dan Excel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai siswa lebih tinggi dari KKM (signifikan), namun preferensi metode pembelajaran tidak berbeda signifikan dari distribusi yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of behaviorist learning theories in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the perspectives of Edward L. Thorndike, Ivan Pavlov, and B.F. Skinner. The background of this research is the need for effective strategies in shaping students’ religious behavior in a structured and observable manner. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through library research, this study analyzes how key behaviorist principles—stimulus-response (Thorndike), classical conditioning (Pavlov), and operant conditioning with reinforcement (Skinner)—can be integrated into PAI learning strategies. The findings reveal that Islamic concepts such as targhib (positive motivation) and tarhib (warning) reflect classical conditioning mechanisms, while the use of rewards and punishments aligns with operant reinforcement. These approaches prove effective in developing students’ religious habits, discipline, and positive attitudes through repeated and consistent learning processes. The study concludes that behaviorist learning theory offers a strong pedagogical foundation for PAI instruction focused on behavior formation. Its practical implications suggest that educators can enhance religious character education by systematically applying behaviorist principles within the Islamic context.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the tradition of Bawak ae followed by the reading of Yasin in a Malay archipelago. This qualitative study was conducted by looking at a phenomenon or event in the social environment of Kampung Baru, Senayang District, Lingga Regency. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. This study found that first, there is an informative function in which the recitation of the Yasin letter in order to enliven the night of Nisfu Sya'ban in Kampung Baru Senayang District, Lingga Regency. This activity is called Bawak ae, where ae is placed in a bottle, kettle and teapot container which is carried out after the maghrib prayer and led by the mosque imam or ustadz; second, this series is considered as a worship with different prayers depending on the group or individual in intending the reading of yasin; third, there is a historical and appreciative function where the night of nisfu sha'ban has been carried out by previous scholars in Islam. In addition, the Yasin letter is considered a noble letter in the Qur'an and is recognized by the scholars; fourth, There is a social function when the community gathers to enliven the night. The Bawak ae tradition has been carried out for generations as a way to ask for the safety of the village accompanied by the wishes of each group.

Abstract

This research shows that Islam is a religion that basically teaches tolerance towards non-Muslims. This is indicated by the religious arguments on the basis of the Sunnah and Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, and the understanding explained by the figures of hadith in Indone sia, Ali Mustafa Yaqub. Because of the fact that conflicts between Muslims and non-Muslims are no longer rooted in religious issues, but the existence of third side such as politics and economics. This research was conducted by exploring his thoughts during his life through the works and activities he did, so that they became a symbol of tolerance of Muslims and non-Muslims in Indonesia. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Islam adalah agama yang pada dasarnya mengajarkan toleransi terhadap umat non-muslim. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan dalil-dalil agama dengan dasar Sunnah dan Hadis Nabi Muhammad saw, serta pemahaman yang dijelaskan oleh tokoh hadis di Indonesia Ali Mustafa Yaqub. Karena faktanya konflik yang terjadi antara muslim dan non-muslim bukan lagi berakar dari persoalan agama, melainkan adanya pihak ketiga seperti politik dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengeksplorasi pemikiran beliau semasa ia hidup melalui karya-karya serta kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukannya, sehingga menjadi simbol toleransi umat muslim dan non-muslim di Indonesia .

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana pemahaman civitas santri dan santriwati pondok pesantren Madani Tebuireng Ceruk Ijuk Bintan terhadap hadis-hadis yang bertemakan Gender, dan sejauh mana santri putri dan santri putra tersebut mengamalkan pemahaman-pemahaman hadis-hadis gender didalam kehidupam sehari-hari. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan menggunakan analisis gender. Setelah dianalisis ditemukan bahwa terjadi adaptasi dan kontekstualisasi pemahaman hadits di Pondok Pesantren Madani terhadap hadis-hadis gender dengan menyesuaikan kondisi masyarakat saat ini. Misalnya tentang hadis perempuan yang tidak boleh bepergian tanpa mahram dan hadis tentang perempuan dalam posisi inferior dalam hadis perempuan sebagai tulang rusuk pria. Para santri mengakui bahwa hadis ini benar secara substantif, namun tidak diterapkan dalam lingkungan Pesantren ataupun di Masyarakat.

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of the study of muhkam and mutasyabbih verses in contemporary Qur'anic studies. The discussion of muhkam and mutasyabbih lately seems to be pushed aside by contemporary approaches that mainly come from Western scholars. Despite being an inseparable part of the classical scholars' products, the discussion of muhkam and mutasyabbih verses is still very relevant to be discussed in this era. This research is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach. The material object of this research is taken from the books of Ulum al-Qur'an from classical to contemporary. As for analyzing it, the author uses theories from Muslim scholars and scholars about the position of the theory of ulum al-Qur'an related to the research problem. The results of the study in this paper concluded that the concept or theme of muhkam and mutasyabbih is a basic theory in the study of al-Qur'anic science formulated by Eastern scholars in the classical era. This theory is well-established and very fundamental. It is grouped as one of the branches of ulum al-Qur'an. Someone who will understand the Qur'an and explore the meaning of the Qur'an must master this branch of science. However, the established theory was shaken because of the results of Western scholars' studies of the Qur'an. The influence of Western studies on the Qur'an makes the Qur'anic scholars seem to discredit the study of muhkam and mutasyabbih. There is even an assumption that the study of muhkam and mutasyabbih is classic and outdated. Whereas without this study someone will not be able to map and explore the meaning of the Qur'an which is so broad and deep. For a Muslim, the Qur'an is a divine manifestation that cannot be doubted. This view is contrary to Western epistemology which always starts from suspicion. Therefore, the study of muhkam and mutasyabbih is still very significant to be discussed in this contemporary era. It cannot only be considered an intellectual treasure of classical scholars but also as an authoritative rule in understanding the Qur'an.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana hadis amar ma’ruf nahy munkar memberikan legitimasi pesan-pesan dakwah yang bernuansa inklusif atau ekslusif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beragam pandangan hadis terkait dengan batasan-batasan berdakwah dengan pesan (amar ma’ruf) perintah berbuat kebaikan dan batasan (nahy munkar) larangan berbuat kemungkaran. Batasan ini diambil dari beragam hadis dan sunnah yang diajarkan nabi Muhammad saw dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan kebahasaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan hadis-hadis di dalam kitab bukhari dan muslim terkait dengan bagaimana Rasulullah menyampaikan dakwah amar ma’ruf dan nahy munkar. Kesimpulan yang ditemukan dari penelitian bahwa terdapat banyak hadis mengenai amar ma’ruf dengan konotasi positif dan nahy munkar dengan konotasi negatif. Padahal pada kenyataannya, dakwah dengan pesan larangan (nahy) tersebut disampaikan oleh Nabi dengan konotasi positif dengan mengedepankan prinsip universal Islam yakni kemaslahatan dan mengurangi timbulnya mafsadat.
