Abstract

The research objective is to find out how the pattern of cooperation between institutions in the supervision and guidance of foreign workers in Cibinong sub-district, Bogor regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach to determine the patterns carried out by related institutions in implementing the system/laws that have been established by the Central Government which can be implemented and run well. Guidance is carried out in order to provide understanding to employers so that they are obedient to all regulations that have been issued by the government so that they run well. Supervision of foreign workers is needed due to the increasing number of foreign workers who have entered Indonesia in order to overcome the violations committed by foreign workers who enter Indonesia under legal or illegal status. The author concludes that the pattern of cooperation between institutions in the supervision and fostering of foreign workers in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency is carried out and carried out in accordance with the Implementation guidelines and technical guidelines and regulations that have been set by the Indonesian Government so as to minimize the occurrence of violations committed by labor. Abstract

The Indonesian government seeks to tackle poverty problems by issuing a policy, namely the Family Hope Program. The Family of Hope Program is a social protection program through the provision of cash assistance to poor families who meet the predetermined requirements in this case aiming to improve the quality of education, health and community welfare. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Bojonggenteng District, Sukabumi Regency and the concept.of Implementing the Hope Family Program in Bojonggenteng District, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, the focus of the research is communication, resources, dispositions and bureaucratic structures. The technique of collecting data is through literature study, observation and interviews, using data validation using triangulation techniques. The results of this research suggest that the implementation of the Family.Hope Program in the District of Bojonggenteng has not been well implemented. Socialization problems and the existence of social disparities between communities are inhibiting factors in the family hope program in Bojonggenteng district. Therefore, the concept of implementing the family hope program in Bojonggenteng sub-district needs evaluation and re-supervision of all stakeholders involved so that an effective hope family program can be implemented.

Abstract

The level of discipline and quality of performance is an important factors in achieving organizational goals, a system or mechanism is needed in the framework of supervising the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the West Java Provincial Government, to realize this, the K-Mobile Online Presence application (K-Mob) was launched. in April 2019. The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence the implementation of online attendance (K-Mob) had on improving the discipline and performance of high school teachers in Bogor Regency and to determine whether or not there was such an influence. This study uses a quantitative approach; the two variables studied, the independent variable and the dependent variable, are discussed, and then explained how the two are related or have an impact. The results showed that the implementation of K-Mob online presence improved the discipline and performance of SMAN teachers in Bogor Regency and that the effect of implementing K-Mob online attendance on SMAN teacher discipline was greater than the performance of SMAN teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to depict the potential and analyze tourism development strategies in Sukabumi Regency within the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method employed is descriptive and a qualitative case study approach. The findings of the study indicate that tourism potential in Sukabumi Regency is highly diverse and innovative, bolstered by favorable geographical conditions such as abundant natural resources and a variety of tourism attractions known as GURILAPS, which stands for Mountains, Jungles, Seas, Beaches, and Rivers. The presence of the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark (CPUGG) since 2019 has further enhanced Sukabumi Regency's recognition. However, in terms of tourism development both prior to and during the pandemic, the Tourism Office has yet to optimize the formulation of policies, programs, or development strategies, despite them being outlined in the Sukabumi Regency Tourism Office's 2016-2021 strategic plan. This shortcoming arises from the lack of effectiveness in the planning, implementation, and program execution processes, leading to insufficient enhancement of tourist attractions, branding, and visitor numbers. Consequently, the local community has not experienced notable progress in tourism management, development, and advancement that could bring about well-being and increased income, although they still feel secure and comfortable while engaging in tourism activities amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issues faced by employees in receiving incentives that are not proportionate to their workload, the lack of balance between employee rights and obligations, including weak work ethics among employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the provision of incentives at the Regional General Hospital of Bogor City. This research utilizes descriptive analysis method with a population of 800 employees, from which a sample of 89 respondents is obtained using the Yamane formula. Data is collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation and literature studies. The collected data is then analyzed using the Likert scale and Weighted Mean Score. The research results show that the average value of all dimensions in the focus of incentive provision is 2.98 with a fairly good category. This is due to the existing mismatch between incentives and employee workloads, leading to implications for employee performance and service to the community accessing healthcare facilities.

Abstract

The research focused on the process of promotion to high pratama position or echelon 2 in Central Kalimantan Province which was allegedly colored by deviations from the mandate of the ASN Law or paradoxes. The aim of the research is to analyze political intervention in the promotion of positions within the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government and to analyze the paradox of promotion to ASN positions in the Merit System within the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies combined with grounded theory. The results of the study show that political intervention occurred in the implementation of promotions to high pratama or echelon 2 positions in the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government and the paradox of promotion can be seen from the absence of a relationship between the results of promotion and the merit system.

Abstract

The 2023 Village Building Higher Education Program, spearheaded by LLDikti Region IV, serves as a crucial avenue for student engagement beyond the confines of the campus, particularly through the organization of Village/Thematic Real Work Lectures. Thematic KKN, a form of educational initiative, immerses students in community settings outside the campus, fostering hands-on learning experiences. This direct interaction with local communities enables the identification of opportunities and solutions, ultimately aiming to foster regional development and tackle prevalent challenges effectively. The primary objective of this endeavor is to empower students to actively contribute to the creation of an innovative village ecosystem, particularly in areas like business and entrepreneurship. Through a qualitative descriptive methodology, this study seeks to comprehensively grasp the dynamics, perceptions, and outcomes of student participation in the program. Data collection methods, including in-depth interviews and document analysis, were employed among participating students across various program facets. The research findings elucidate the diverse forms of student involvement, delineating both encountered obstacles and perceived benefits stemming from program engagement. Rooted in Max Weber's theoretical framework, this involvement spans multiple dimensions, encompassing the contribution of ideas, resources, and efforts, all directed towards achieving key program objectives, notably poverty alleviation and addressing issues such as stunting.

Abstract

Kebijakan pengiriman TKI ke luar negeri, khususnya ke Malaysia, merupakan salah satu pilihan bagi Indonesia untuk menyalurkan tenaga kerja untuk mengurangi pengangguran. Tingginya jumlah tenaga kerja Indonesia di luar negeri berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan devisa negara dalam menanggulangi pengangguran di dalam negeri. Namun, di sisi negatifnya ada risiko perlakuan tidak manusiawi terhadap tenaga kerja Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi kebijakan pemerintah dalam melindungi pekerja migran khususnya di perkebunan kelapa sawit. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SMO membuat posisi buruh migran menjadi rentan, antara lain eksploitasi, degradasi, pemotongan gaji, penahanan paspor oleh majikan, tidak ada kontrak kerja (dianggap ilegal), tidak ada data rinci mengenai buruh migran di Malaysia, dan konversi visa kunjungan menjadi visa kerja. Untuk sementara waktu, Malaysia mengalami krisis tenaga kerja yang berdampak pada tingkat produksi industri kelapa sawit di Malaysia berpeluang meningkatkan bergaining potition dalam melindungi TKI. Strategi perlindungan tenaga kerja dengan meningkatkan standar kompetensi, meliputi: kriteria kerja, hasil kerja, elemen kompetensi dan ruang lingkup dalam hal pelatihan, keterampilan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan. Melakukan reformasi kebijakan nasional terkait penempatan tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Program Perguruan Tinggi Membangun Desa Tahun 2023 yang dilaksanakan oleh LLDikti Wilayah IV merupakan komponen integral dari pelibatan mahasiswa di luar lingkungan kampus, khususnya melalui penyelenggaraan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Membangun Desa/Tematik. KKN Tematik adalah modalitas pendidikan yang bertujuan memberikan mahasiswa pengalaman belajar yang imersif dalam lingkungan masyarakat di luar lingkungan kampus. Keterlibatan langsung dengan komunitas lokal ini memfasilitasi identifikasi keunggulan dan penyelesaian permasalahan, dengan tujuan utama untuk mendorong pengembangan keunggulan desa/wilayah dan merumuskan solusi komprehensif terhadap tantangan yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Tujuan utama dari upaya ini adalah untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa agar berkontribusi dalam pembentukan ekosistem desa yang inovatif, khususnya di bidang bisnis dan kewirausahaan. Dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara komprehensif dinamika, persepsi, dan konsekuensi keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam program tersebut. Pengumpulan data, yang mencakup wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen, dilakukan di antara mahasiswa yang berpartisipasi dalam berbagai aspek inisiatif. Temuan penelitian ini menjelaskan beragam bentuk keterlibatan mahasiswa menjelaskan hambatan yang dihadapi dan manfaat yang dirasakan dari partisipasi program. Berakar pada kerangka teoritis Max Weber, keterlibatan ini mencakup berbagai dimensi, termasuk partisipasi gagasan, sumber daya, dan upaya, yang semuanya disalurkan untuk mewujudkan indikator-indikator program utama, terutama pengentasan kemiskinan dan penanganan isu-isu seperti stunting.
