Abstract

Di era globalisasi, penguatan jati diri bangsa menjadi hal yang penting, dengan konsep Pertahanan Negara sebagai strategi utama. Bela Negara menekankan kewajiban setiap warga negara dalam menjaga pertahanan dan keamanan negara, terutama di tengah ancaman globalisasi yang dapat mengubah nilai-nilai budaya dan identitas nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran konsep Pertahanan Negara dalam memperkuat identitas bangsa dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya bela negara. Dengan mempertahankan prinsip Bhinneka Tunggal Ika dan Pancasila, bela negara menjadi sarana untuk melindungi persatuan, budaya, dan kedaulatan Indonesia di era digital.

Abstract

Penilaian portofolio seni untuk Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNPMB) kurang begitu dipahami oleh peserta didik maupun guru pengampu mata pelajaran seni budaya terkait teknis pengumpulan borang keterampilan. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Prodi Pendidikan Seni Pertunjukan bahwa lebih dari 40% calon mahasiswa memiliki kesalapahaman akan instruksi teknis pengambilan video. Selain itu, MGMP Seni Budaya SMA sederajat di Kubu Raya sebagai mitra juga membutuhkan penguatan terkait materi portofolio seni untuk SNPMB sehingga, menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Prodi Pendidikan Seni Pertunjukan adalah memberikan fasilitasi dalam bentuk sosialisasi kepada MGMP Seni Budaya dan perwakilan peserta didik setiap sekolah. Metode kegiatan menggunakan jenis sosialisasi dengan cara kerja ceramah, diskusi, dan demonstrasi. Indikator ketercapaian kegiatan ini adalah peserta sosialisasi dapat mengisi post-test dengan ambang batas skor minimal 75. Hasil kegiatan adalah peserta kegiatan dapat memahami materi sosialisasi portofolio seni untuk SNPMB yang dibuktikan 80% peserta menjawab post-test melebihi ambang batas skor ketuntasan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan kedepannya dapat menjadi jembatan bagi pihak mitra yang memiliki kebingungan dalam hal teknis SNPMB khususnya dalam portofolio seni.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to (1) develop supplementary reading materials using Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach for students of SMA SahabatQu and (2) describe the efficacy of the supplementary reading materials. This research belongs to Educational Research and Development (R&D) using a simplified six steps of (Gall, Gall, & Borg, 2003) model. In general, the result of the research shows that the developed English reading module is beneficial, useful and appropriate to be used in improving reading skills of  X graders of  Senior High School Sahabatqu. After the module was tested, the efficacy of the developed product helped the students to achieve students’ need, optimize learning independently, learning by team, broaden knowledge and improve reading skills. Furthermore, the contextual English reading module provides additional learning resources for students. The necessities of the teaching and learning English is to improve students' English skills so that they gain good in reading and understanding text and they can learn independently. They can understand WH-questions that is important in learning reading.  The efficacy of this product helps students to improve their reading skill especially to understand the topic, the generic structure, the main idea, the grammar and the vocabulary used in the text.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to implement an English diary to encouraging the improvement of students' writing skills. This study was conducted using quantitative methods with quasi-experimental design. The study population consisted of 15 students from the experimental and control classes. The classes were then randomly assigned to the experimental and control classes. The experimental class was taught by applying diary writing, while the control class was taught by applying conventional teaching techniques or without applying diary writing. The study was further conducted by following the procedure: giving a pre-test, implementing the intervention, and giving a posttest. Data were collected through tests and interviews. The test data were then calculated using t-test on SPSS 21 with sig. 5% and the interview data was described. The t-test was conducted by calculating the posttest and the scores obtained in both classes showed that the t value on the posttest (2.094) and the acquisition score (2.703) was higher than the t table (1.667) with df = 70 at the 0.05 significance level. So, the t-test result > t-table which means H0 (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. In addition, this finding is also in line with the interview results which show that diary writing is effective, especially in helping students find writing ideas, improve writing fluency, and develop their writing.Key word; Diary Writing, Writing Skill

Abstract

There are fluctuations in global commodity prices that affect the performance of mining companies, thus encouraging management to carry out profit management to maintain the company's image and value. The research aims to find out empirically the mediated relationship of audit quality mediation to the company's value through profit management. The study was conducted on 59 companies in the mining sector listed on the IDX for the period 2021 –2023. The data analysis technique uses CEM estimation with directregression and mediation models. The findings of this research are that there is a negative influence on industry specialization and earning management. There is no evidence of the influence of audit firm size on earning management. There is a positive relationship between audit firm size and industry specialization on company value, but audit costs have not been shown to have a relationship with company value. The relationship of profit management has a negative influence on earning management. Mediation tests have proven that earning management mediates the influence of industry specialization and audit costs on a company's value, but it does not mediate the size of the audit firm.

Abstract

The use of teaching materials tailored to the needs of students plays an important role in helping them understand the application of moral values in everyday life. This study aims to produce and describe the feasibility of supplementary teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education and Ethics based on picture books for fourth-grade elementary school students. This study uses the ADDIE model. The research subjects include PAIBP teachers, librarians, and fourth-grade students at SDN 36 Pontianak Kota. Quantitative data sources come from the results of validation by subject matter experts and media experts, as well as response questionnaires from teachers, librarians, and students. Qualitative data was obtained from suggestions and input from validators, teachers, librarians, and students regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the product. Data collection was conducted through interviews and questionnaires. The validation results showed that the product obtained an average score of 96% from subject matter and media experts, categorised as highly valid. The results of the teacher and librarian response questionnaire obtained an average of 98%, and students obtained 95% with a category of very very good. Qualitatively, the validators assessed that the content of the product was in accordance with the CP, TP, ATP and characteristics of the students, and the illustrative display was attractive. The shortcomings of the product were in the clarity of the images and the provision of Latin translations, which were corrected in the final revision stage. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the teaching material supplement developed is suitable for use as a learning support medium.
