Abstract

Blitar City RPH is a community service facility unit in the provision of safe, healthy, whole and halal meat. The main function of the abattoir is to guarantee the production of good quality meat and provide a sense of physical and spiritual security to consumers, for that UPT. RPH Blitar City continues to strive to meet customer satisfaction by implementing an excellent service system (Excellent Service) to achieve customer loyalty. The purposes of this study are a) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction strategy on Customer Loyalty of Slaughterhouse Services at UPT.RPH Blitar City, b) To determine the effect of Excellence Service on Customer Loyalty of Slaughterhouse Services at UPT.RPH Blitar City and c) To determine the simultaneous effect of customer satisfaction strategies and Excellence Service on Customer Loyalty of Slaughterhouse Services at UPT.RPH Blitar City. The research method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis to determine the significant positive direct effect both partially and simultaneously from the variables studied. The results obtained after carrying out the research are: 1.) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty at UPT. Blitar City RPH. This means that an increase in customer satisfaction will have an effect on increasing customer loyalty at UPT. RPH. Blitar City. 2) Excellent Service has a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty at UPT. Blitar City RPH. This means that an increase in Excellent Service will have an impact on increasing Customer Loyalty at UPT. RPH. Blitar City. 3) Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence have a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty at UPT. Blitar City RPH. This means that an increase in Customer Satisfaction and Excellent Service will have an impact on increasing Customer Loyalty at UPT. RPH. Blitar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the development strategy of rejected laying hens in Kediri Regency by analyzing the factors of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat. The method used descriptive qualitative, using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, and observation. Data analysis used SWOT analysis which is used to determine the best business strategy for the company based on internal and external factors. The results had the internal and external matrix analysis in cell IV, namely Growth and Build, and Stability. In this position, stock breeder can choose to carry out a strategy through horizontal integration or carry out a development strategy or just fixed to the set strategy that has been implemented. The most suitable strategy applied by laying hens breeder in Kediri regency is the SO (Strength-Opportunity) Strategy, which uses all the strengths (Strength) of the breeder to take advantage of opportunities (Opportunity), with strategic steps.

Abstract

Keboireng Village in Tulungagung, East Java, is a coastal area where most of the population depends on the fisheries sector. The high level of poverty among fishermen and gender inequality in the distribution of roles and economic benefits are major challenges. This study aims to analyze the role of KUB Mina Klatak in efforts to alleviate poverty, improve gender equality, and maintain the sustainability of marine ecosystems in Keboireng Village. By understanding the dynamics and contributions of this KUB, it is hoped that it can provide policy recommendations that can be applied in other areas with similar characteristics. The case study method is used to examine in depth the role of KUB Mina Klatak in poverty alleviation, gender empowerment, and marine ecosystem preservation in Keboireng Village. Triangulation of analytical data was carried out by combining interviews, direct observation, and document analysis to ensure the validity and reliability of the research findings. Results Discussion KUB Mina Klatak has succeeded in improving the economic welfare of fishermen through a collective approach in resource management and marketing of catches. With this cooperative, fishermen can reduce operational costs and get better prices in the market. Empowering women through training and active involvement in KUB management has improved gender equality, with women now having a greater role in decision-making and the family economy. The KUB also promotes sustainable fishing activities, which help preserve the marine ecosystem. The Mina Klatak KUB in Keboireng Village has become an effective model for poverty alleviation by empowering fishing communities, especially women, and promoting sustainable fishing practices. The success of this KUB shows that a collective and inclusive approach can be a solution to address socio-economic and environmental challenges, and can be replicated in other coastal areas.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the financial services institution FIFGROUP in the Dhoho Kediri Airport area and its potential in supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The approach chosen in this research is a qualitative approach. The results indicate that FIFGROUP's role in supporting the local economy, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), is still not optimal and requires stronger branding and outreach. While the impact on poverty reduction and inequality has not been significant, FIFGROUP's programs hold great potential if loans are used for entrepreneurial activities. Moreover, there are positive indications in supporting gender equality, as women are able to actively participate in the family economy through business loans. Recommendations are made for FIFGROUP to expand its reach, provide assistance to customers, and strengthen partnerships with the government and local institutions to maximize its contribution to achieving the SDGs

Abstract

The research aim is to describe of the agribusiness management behavior of combination beef cattle and goat breeders in Sendang District, Tulungagung Regency. Research was carried out in Sendang District. Data collection by observation, interview and documentation. The method used qualitative and descriptive analysis. Agribusiness management by breeders is in accordance with the experience they have. Agribusiness management includes housing, selection (Grading), feeding and drinking, mating systems, sanitation and disease control, waste treatment and marketing. Farmers in agribusiness management are lacking in providing food and drink as well as waste treatment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran, tanggung jawab, serta dampak yang ditimbulkan dari SDM dalam pengolahan sampah organik di Kota Kediri, dengan fokus utama peneliti dalam model pengembangan peran SDM sebagai upaya meningkatkan pengolahan sampah organik di Kota Kediri yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan jumlah narasumber 15 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, peran SDM dalam pengolahan sampah organik di Kota Kediri masih belum memberikan dampak positif terhadap sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan, seperti peningkatan nilai ekonomis dari ekonomi sirkular sampah organik, serta perubahan sikap dan perilaku pada masyarakat dalam menangani sampah organik. Hal ini dapat dilihat di lokasi secara langsung, bahwa masih banyak sampah organik yang belum dikelola dan dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, dan masih banyak sampah organik yang berakhir di TPA. Hal ini dikarenakan, kurangnya keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki setiap petugas yang di lapangan (petugas yang memilah, memilih, ataupun yang mengolah) dalam pengolahan sampah organik, selain itu kurangnya kesadaran dari masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah dari sumbernya yang mengakibatkan kurang maksimalnya dalam penanganan sampah organik di TPS/TPST/TPS 3R yang ada di Kota Kediri

Abstract

Partnerships between farmers and companies are a strategic policy in the development of the agricultural sector in Indonesia, including tobacco, which is a high-value commodity but vulnerable to price fluctuations and production risks. This study aims to describe the partnership system between PT Sadhana Arifnusa and tobacco farmers in Nganjuk Regency and to analyze the influence of this partnership on farmers' risk preferences and satisfaction. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method in Ngluyu and Gondang sub-districts. The results indicate that the partnership system includes the provision of production inputs, technical guidance, and market guarantees by the company, while farmers are required to follow cultivation standards and sell their entire harvest to the company. The partnership provides tangible benefits to farmers in the form of increased income, price certainty, and reduced farming risks. For the company, the partnership ensures a continuous supply and quality of tobacco according to established standards. This partnership model proves to be an effective strategy for mitigating production and market risks in tobacco farming in Nganjuk Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the impact of structural and technical training, motivation and planning and organization for the performance of police members at the Police Station of the Resor Tulungagung or POLRES Tulungagung in the Tulungagung District. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. With a population of police officers Tulungagungang with a sample of 90 responders. Data collection method using questionnaire, field observation and literature method. While data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that special training is structural and technical, motivation, planning and organization for member performance. It is supported by the result of r square or coefficient determination (kd ) shows 99.7 % so interpreted if variable x1 (structural and technical), x2 (motivation ) and x3 (planning and organizing capabilities) have a contribution of 99.7 % to variable y (member performance ) and 0.3 % are influenced by other factors other than variable x. In addition, in the f count 189,894 receive is worth of 0,000 sig. Thus showing that the f count greater than f table or 189,894 > 2,71 with the sig 0,000 < 0,05.Thus received hypothesis. Abstract

Agribusiness clinics are institutions that act as suppliers of agricultural technology innovations so that they are more easily disseminated to farmers and business owners as end users. The concept of clinical agribusiness has been present in Jombang Regency in 2008 as part of Primatani. Currently, the Department of Agriculture has re-launched the agribusiness clinic as the main program in agricultural development in Jombang in 2022. The purpose of this research is to describe the transformation from the old agribusiness clinic concept to a new agribusiness clinic concept, find external and internal environmental support systems in implementing agribusiness clinics in Jombang, and knowing the right strategic planning in the implementation of agribusiness clinics in Jombang Regency. This research is ascriptive qualitative research (level of explanation). Data analysis used is qualitative analysis to describe the transformation of the old concept of agrobusiness clinic to new a concept. Analysis of EFE, IFE, SWOT matrix, IE matrix, and QSPM to determine external and internal environmental system support for clinical agribusiness implementation in Jombang and to find out the right agribusiness planning strategy clinic activities in Jombang. The results of this study are the agribusiness clinic in Jombang has undergone a transformation from the old concept in 2008 to a new concept in 2022. The new concept is the development of the old concept which has undergone adjustments due to changes affecting the agricultural sector. The main external environment support system in the implementation of agribusiness clinics in Jombang Regency the need for healthy and quality agricultural products is increasing. While the main support system of the internal environment is the existence of an extension institution at the district level, namely UPT Implementing Agricultural Extension, and efforts to increase the capacity of farmers and extension workers. The right planning strategy for implementing an agribusiness clinic in Jombang is an Strategy which means utilizing strengths to gain opportunities, namely through strengthening the duties and functions of BPP as the center for implementing agribusiness clinics.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a marketing plan to support the company's operational activities so that the company's goals are achieved. The promotion strategy is also implemented by Wisata Cowindo Refreshing and Education in carrying out its operational activities. The strategy applied is the promotion mix cowindo tourism is tourism that implements community based tourism. The purpose of this research are 1) a researcher want to know about how the general description of Cowindo Tourism is Refreshing and Education 2) a researcher want to know about how the promotion mix strategy is applied to Cowindo Tourism Refreshing and Education based on Community Based Tourism 3) a researcher want to know about how the promotion mix strategy is for the development of Cowindo Tourism Refreshing and Education based on Community Based Tourism. This research is qualitative and it’s use a case study. The research data was get from observation, interview and documentation. The analysis of this research data used a hermeneutics. Checking the validity of the data uses two triangulations, technical triangulation and source triangulation. The location of the Cowindo Refreshing and Education Tour is in Pelem Hamlet, Sendang Village, Sendang District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java Province. It is about 40 minutes from the center of Tulungagung City. Cowindo Tourism applies a promotion mix strategy according to the theory of Philip Kotler & Gary Armstrong. According to Philip Kotler & Gary Armstrong (2004: 600-601) namely advertising, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing.Community empowerment (local community) at the Cowindo Refreshing and Education Tourism site to become a tourist destination (destination) through tourism business activities is one of the development models that is currently getting a lot of attention from various groups and will become an important agenda in tourism development in the future
