Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of digital Banking Jconnect at Bank Jatim Kediri Branch. Supporting and inhibiting factors in the effective use of Jconnect digital banking services at Bank Jatim Kediri branch. The Systematic Literature Review method is used to find answers to these research questions by searching for studies that use digital Jconnect online banking services and conducting narrative synthesis of these findings. The level of effectiveness of the Jconnect service system is known from indicators of customer understanding, right on target, on time, achieving goals and real changes.

Abstract

Pada era ekonomi global diperlukan adanya terobosan baru dalam strategi pemasaran setiap perusahaan tidak hanya mengandalkan penjualan secara langsung antara produsen dengan konsumen melainkan dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan perkembangan jasa-jasa (E-Commerce). Untuk mendapat peningkatan penjualan yang baik diperlukan strategi pemasaran dengan tujuan guna mengetahui hubungan strategi pemasaran pada peningkatan penjualan serta seberapa besar tingkat pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan penjualan yang dilakukan Bank Jatim Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 100 sampel yang potensial melakukan kerjasama dengan Bank Jatim Keidiri sebagai popolasi dan sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah proses pengolahan data dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap peningkatan penjualan sebesar Maka, dihasilkan penghitungan Rtabel 100 responden = 0.1654 Pearson coreelation > rtabel maka valid. penghitungan reliabilitas adalah >0.6 reable yang artinya reliabilitas tinggi tentang penjualan kredit.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pendapat peternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Di Kelompok Tani Ternak Gangsar Makmur Dusun Prapatan, Desa Asmorobangun, Kecamatan Puncu, dan Ngudi Rejeki di Desa Ngadiluwih Kecamatan Ngadiluwih Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan mulai bulan Desember tahun 2021 – Maret tahun 2022. Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 25 orang di Gangsar Makmur dan 45 orang di Ngudi Rejeki. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa pendapatan. Pendapatan usaha ternak sapi potong pada kelompok Gangsar Makmur dan Ngudi Rejeki di Kabupaten Kediri secara finansial menguntungkan. Hal ini dikarenakan pada peghitungan analisis pendapatan dihasilkan angka positif, yang berarti usaha ternak sapi potong menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp 2.750.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal and external factors and formulate alternative development strategies that are appropriate for Mbambingan Mount Kelud Drug Education Tourism. The type of research used in this study is qualitative and quantitative. The sample in this study were 30 tourist visitors (accidental sampling) and 5 tourism management people (purposive sampling). Data analysis used is SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Mbambingan Mountain Kelud Drug Education Tourism Forest has 5 main focuses of the program namely education, conservation, herbal preservation, community empowerment, and improvement of public health. Internal factors include human resources, marketing, production, finance, research and development and information systems with a total IFE score of 4.19. External factors include the economy, society, technology, competitors and disasters with a total EFE score of 4.36. the most preferred alternative strategy with the highest TAS value of 6.652, namely Cooperation between government agencies and similar companies in tourism-promoting activities, then in second place with a value of 6.554, which is more developing natural potential and managerial human resources, and in third place with value amounting to 6,208 namely by performing maintenance and repairing infrastructure to achieve satisfaction in service.

Abstract

Social media marketing is an online activity and program designed to engage businessman, customers or prospects and directly raise awareness, improve product attributes, establish a brand image, or gain product sales.The objectives of the study were (1) to determine the partial effect of social media (X1) and product attributes (X2) on the brand image (Y) of the “jamur mantan” snack and (2) to determine the partial of social media (X1), product attributes (X2) and brand image (Y) on purchasing decisions (Z) “jamur mantan” snack. Type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing closed questionnaires with 5 Likert scales. Data were analyzed using SPSS, the tests conducted were validity, reliability and t test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the validity and reliability tests were obtained that the instruments used were valid (rcount ≥ 0,3) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha value ≥ 0,6. The results of partial hypothesis testing are that brand image is significantly affected by product attributes, while social media has no significant effect. Purchase decisions are significantly influenced by social media. Brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions but is not significant, while product attributes have no effect.

Abstract

Technological developments have changed people’s way of life to be cashless based. The establishment of a cashless society led BNI to develop their identity as a digital banking. BNI Mobile Banking has become an example. This research was discussed with qualitative methods with in-depth interviews with seven research informants. Depend on three functions of BNI Mobile Banking, there was information, communication, and transaction, it can be concluded that BNI Mobile Banking being an application as one door service owned by BNI. An example is cash withdrawal without using debit card named BNI Mobile Tunai. Through BNI Mobile Banking, public can find out various information about BNI. So, the rejuvenation of BNI Mobile Banking becomes the face of BNI as a financial institution that can create brand image of BNI and public perception. The digital perception and novelty possessed by BNI Mobile Banking as a face of BNI forms customer loyalty which references BNI to others and show invulnerability to other banking applications.

Abstract

Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 59 of 2007 concerning Regional Financial Management, states that local governments can provide additional income to civil servants based on objective considerations regarding to financial capacity. The implementation of employee performance appraisals which is done by each work unit, in this case the application of the assessment is done using a system called e-performance. The purpose of this study was (1) to examine the significance of the effect of income improvement support and the e-performance appraisal system on employee performance. (2) Testing the significance of the income improvement support (TPP) on employee performance. (3) Examining the effect of the e-performance appraisal system on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using f test, t test and the coefficient of determination. This research was conducted at the PPK Sungai and Pantai II Office of SNVT PJSA BBWS Brantas Kediri with a sample of 55 ASN employees. The results of this study are (1) the income improvement support (TPP) and the e-performance appraisal system has positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) the income improvement support (TPP) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) the e-performance appraisal system has positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The marketing mix is a component consisting of product, price, promotion, and place, as attributes attached to a product that is used as a consumer attraction. The consumer attraction referred to in this study is the influence of the marketing mix on consumer behavior of fried shallot products in Nganjuk Regency. Consumer behavior is related to the marketing mix variables that are taken into consideration by consumers to make purchasing decisions. If the marketing mix variables can be analyzed and known, then consumer satisfaction and behavior will be managed properly. This research is a descriptive quantitative study that aims to analyze the effect of product, price, promotion, and distribution channel variables on consumer behavior of Fried Onion products in Nganjuk Regency. The variable of the influence of the marketing mix on consumer behavior was obtained based on the results of the questionnaire assessment by Fifty respondents as consumers of fried shallots in Nganjuk Regency, each variable has six statements with a Likert scale rating based on the sum of the attitudes of respondents in responding to statements related to the variables be measured. The results of the assessment were analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression method, using the SPSS program, where all the variable values obtained were entered to find the effect of the independent variables, namely product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) on the dependent variable through consumer behavior regression (Y). Through this analysis, it was found that the product and price variables of fried shallots in Nganjuk Regency did not show significant results. While the place variable shows has the most significant effect. While each of these variables, the significance value affects each other, so that it simultaneously affects the consumer behavior of fried shallot products in Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

The Implementation of the Sustainable Environmentally Friendly Agriculture Program Policy in Kedunggalar District, Ngawi Regency is one of the rural development strategies to increase farmers' income, agricultural productivity, and investment in order to reduce tensions between urban and rural areas. Responding to these problems, this research was conducted to analyze sustainable environmentally friendly agricultural policy programs, determine strategies that support policy implementation, and encourage extension plans. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method in which the purpose of purchasing programs is measured by Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) (T-score), SWOT analysis, and integrating Problem Centered and Local Government Policy. Based on the results of data analysis using the T-score obtained by respondents it can be said to be favorable (positive) and have an interest in the sustainability of the Sustainable Environmentally Friendly Agriculture Program in the development of Food Agribusiness centers in Kedunggalar District, Ngawi Regency. Strategies for developing food agribusiness, especially rice that can be carried out based on SWOT analysis are strategies for developing superior agricultural commodities, strategies for developing agricultural resources, strategies for developing agricultural infrastructure, strategies for developing public infrastructure, strategies for developing investment and marketing, and strategies for developing agricultural institutions. Meanwhile, based on the counseling design, what is needed is the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer which is able to increase knowledge by 70.67% and is included in the effective criteria for programs and behavior change.

Abstract

Penularan virus Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) terhadap hewan ternak berkuku genap di Kabupaten Ngawi terjadi karena adanya lalu lintas ternak yang ada di Propinsi Jawa Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana hasil evaluasi penanggulangan PMK di Kabupaten Ngawi. Pendekatan yang digunakan penelitian yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian melalui riset studi kasus. Waktu Penelitian bulan Nopember 2022 s/d Maret 2023. Lokasi penelitian yaitu Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Kasreman dengan penentuannnya menggunakan Teknik Area Sampling. Populasinya adalah peternak hewan berkuku genap dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling, dan sumber data diperoleh dengan menyusun Kisi-kisi dan Instrumen Pengumpulan Data. Metode penggalian data menggunakan angket, tes, observasi, dan wawancara yang diperoleh dari sumber data primer yaitu peternak dan petugas, dan data sekunder yaitu dokumen-dokumen tertulis. Analisis data menggunakan “statistik nonparametrik, logika, etika, atau estetika”. Hasil penelitian bahwa evaluasi penanggulangan PMK menghasilkan edukasi dan sosialisasi, penyekatan lalu lintas ternak, penutupan pasar hewan terlalu lama, proses pengobatan ternak yang sakit kurang maksimal, pendistribusian bantuan disinfektan terlambat, proses vaksinasi ternak, kurangnya transparansi anggaran yang bersumber dari APBD Kabupaten
