Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal dan memformulasikan alternatif strategi pengembangan yang tepat untuk Wisata Edukasi Hutan Obat Mbambingan Gunung Kelud. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang pengunjung wisata (accidental sampling) dan 5 orang pengelola wisata (purposive sampling). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT dan analisis QSPM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Wisata Edukasi Hutan Obat Mbambingan Gunung Kelud terdapat 5 fokus utama program yaitu edukasi, konservasi, pelestarian jamu, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat. Faktor internal meliputi sumberdaya manusia, pemasaran, produksi, keuangan, penelitian dan pengembangan serta sistem informasi dengan total skor IFE sebesar 4,19. Faktor eksternal meliputi ekonomi, sosial masyarakat, teknologi, pesaing, dan bencana dengan total skor EFE sebesar 4,36. alternatif strategi yang paling diminati dengan nilai TAS tertinggi sebesar 6,652 yaitu Mengadakan kerjasama antar instansi pemerintah dan perusahaan sejenis dalam kegiatan yang sifatnya mempromosikan wisata, selanjutnya pada urutan kedua dengan nilai sebesar 6,554 yaitu Lebih mengembangkan potensi alam dan SDM pengelola, serta pada urutan ketiga dengan nilai sebesar 6,208 yaitu dengan Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan infrastruktur demi tercapai kepuasan dalam pelayanan.Kata kunci: strategi pengembangan, wisata edukasi, analisis SWOT, analisis QSPM

Abstract

Berdasarkan data hasil pemantauan RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi, Blitar, dalam tiga tahun terakhir pengguna layanan publik SMS GATEWAY mengalami penurunan. Peningkatan pengguna SMS GATEWAY berada di tahun 2018 kondisi ini dipicu karena aplikasi ini masih baru banyak masyarakat yang antusias, mudah, dan di tahun 2018 data di hitung dari bulan awal hingga bulan ke-12.

Abstract

This study discusses human resources in improving teacher performance which are specified into three aspects, namely: first to understand human resources at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali. Second, to influence the performance of teachers at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali. The third resource is to study human resource management at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali. The results of this study are expected to help in further research and are expected to provide input and advice in improving the quality of teacher work in educating the nation's next generation. This research was conducted at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali as one of the Islamic-based schools or madrassas on the island of Bali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection methods by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were observation guides, interview guides, and documentation formats. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusions, as well as testing the validity. The results showed that the existing human resources at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali can be categorized both in terms of acquisition and quality. Teacher performance is quite good by looking at the activities carried out. The implementation of human resource management implemented by the school principal at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali was carried out quite well.

Abstract

Jenang dumbleg is one type of wet food that have storage duration was very short so its often to producers have to losses their products not sold off quickly .We need to the processing continuation of this product to of increasing age to keep from jenang dumbleg, traditional foods typical kecamatan gondang kabupaten nganjuk .One processing that easy and a lot of favored consumers is made it into the shape of chips .The activity was done in 4 stage, namely socialization to producers, skills training about processing jenang dumbleg, skills training the procedure of making jenang dumbleg chips, skills training about the technology packaging. The outcome of the activities can be seen that producers can make jenang dumbleg that good and were it being flaky jenang dumbleg having the value organoleptik good and acceptable for consumers.

Abstract

Pendirian BUMDes dimaksudkan sebagai upaya bersama antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah desa, untuk mengembangkan potensi Desa dan kebutuhan masyarakat guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh masyarakat dan berkontribusi bagi pendapatan desa. Pengembangan usaha Bumdes memerlukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola potensi kekayaan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan Peran usaha Bumdes dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lokasi usaha Bumdes Karya Nyata Desa Keboireng Kecamatan Besuki Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Peran usaha Bumdes dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui potensi desa hasil pertanian yang di kelola oleh UMKM dibantu oleh Bumdes dalam mengembangankan usaha UMKM .Potensi UMKM dan serapan bagi masyarakat adalah menciptakan lapangan kerja dan usaha baru, sedang peran bumdes untuk pengembangan UMKM penguatan modal melalui usaha simpan pinjam dan financial teknologi, market place melalui web side dan usaha bersama. Melalui pengembangan usaha Bumdes kesejahteraan Masyarakat meningkat dengan dibuktikan adanta peningkatan PAD dan penurunan jumlah keluarga Pra KS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to know the effect of land area to the production of sugarcane farming business at Ngadiluwih-Kediri; (2) To know the effect of capital on sugarcane farm production at Ngadiluwih-Kediri; (3) To know the influence of labors on the production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih-Kediri; (4) to know the influence of land area, capital and labors simultanously to production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih-Kediri; (5) to know the most dominant influence of variable land area, labor and capital to the production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih Kediri. Population used in this research is sugar cane farmer in Ngadiluwih-Kediri Regency. This study uses Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. This technique is used when the population has non-homogeneous elements and is taken randomly, but proportionately. By utilizing Slovin formulations in the sampling with the accuracy of 10% obtained 95 respondents. This study uses instruments that have been developed by previous researchers. The instrument used is a questionnaire with Likert scale 5 for each research variable. The results showed that: (1) Labor has a positive influence on the production of sugarcane farming in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency. (2) Capital significantly has a positive influence on the production of sugarcane farming in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency. (3) Land area significantly has a positive influence on the production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency. (4) Together labor, capital and land area have a positive effect on the production of sugar cane farming business in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency. (5) The result of dominance test analysis to know the effective contribution shows that capital has the most dominant contribution in influencing the production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Magetan Regency which is located in the western end of East Java Province geographically has the potential in agriculture in the development of horticultural commodities namely oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushroom cultivation in Magetan Regency is relatively new with supporting factors such as affordable raw materials; cultivation techniques that are easy to learn; and humidity factors that support but have weaknesses, one of which is capital; farmer's motivation and tenacity; and the absence of technology application. Based on these conditions, this study aims to: (1) Identify and analyze internal and external factors that influence the development of oyster mushroom agribusiness in Magetan Regency (2) Formulate alternatives and recommend priorities for the development of oyster mushroom in the Regency Magetan. This research uses SWOT analysis and Process Hierarchy Analysis (AHP). The results showed the influential factors that obtained the highest score factors were organic crops, limited capital, motivation and persistence of farmers, public awareness of healthy food, weather and pests. Whereas the alternative that has the highest three priority values is to increase the number of baglogs along with the quality of the baglog quality of mushroom seeds, the application of appropriate management and human resources, and expand the reach of market share and the use of technology in marketing.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi atau instansi baik pemerintah maupun swasta harus bisa meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pegawai yang dimiliki, karena pegawai adalah asset yang paling penting dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Menganalisis tunjangan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. (2) Menganalisis tunjangan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. (3) Menganalisis motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. (4) Menganalisis disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. (5) Menganalisis diantara variabel tunjangan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja manakah yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis terhadap data yang telah diberi skor sesuai dengan skala pengukuran yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan formula-formula statistik. Analisis yang digunakan terhadap data yang berwujud angka-angka. Sedangkan uji kualitas menggunakan (1) uji validitas, (2) uji reabilitas. (3) Uji asumsi klasik (4) Analisis regresi berganda, dan (5) Pengujian hipotesis, (6) Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tunjangan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. (2) Tunjangan kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. (3) Motivasi kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. (4) Disiplin kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) Tunjangan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil.

Abstract

A good bureaucracy has the capacity to understand and fulfill the public’s need. The resistor factor for efforts to create a good bureaucracy is there is presence of a disease in the body of the bureaucracy called bureaucratic pathology. Ngronggo Village as a bureaucratic unit that provides public services is required to work professionally and be able to quickly respond to aspirations, public demands and environmental changes, but in reality it doesn’t work properly. The purpose of this research is to determine how to identify bureaucratic pathology, types of bureaucratic pathology, factors that impact the emergence of bureaucratic pathology, and efforts to resolve bureaucratic pathology in order to realize good governance in the Kediri City Government Village Office.This research was qualitative research. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used were data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The results of this research in Ngronggo Village showed that based on the identification of bureaucratic pathological behavior there was deviant behavior carried out by village employees. The implementation of services in general had been going well. The types of bureaucratic pathology in Ngronggo Village besides being undisciplined, there were negative behaviors such as, they didn’t have concern for the workload and employee motivation was still low and it maight work productivity was low too. The factors that impact this came from income, environment, and the non-applicability of employee disciplinary regulations. With the role of leaders who made efforts to overcome bureaucratic pathological behavior.This research concluded that in Ngronggo Village there is bureaucratic pathological behavior. So it is necessary to apply the concept of good governance which is a solution to minimize bureaucratic disease by running the government openly (transparency), good control, and accountability for government performance.
