This research aims to determine the consistency of planning and budgeting for program activities at the Sukabumi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service for 2021-2023 using theory according to the PEACH (Public Expenditure Analysis and Capacity Harmonization) program developed by the World Bank. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique with the informants being the Head of Service, Secretary of the Service, Head of Subdivision and the Regional Budget Team (TAPD). The data collection technique used is through observation, interviews and documentation and the researcher as a human instrument. Then the data validation used is a credibility test through triangulation, namely technical triangulation, source triangulation and technical triangulation, then in data analysis the researcher reduces the data, presents the data and draws conclusions. The research results and conclusions obtained include Consistency in Planning and Budgeting for Activity Programs at the Sukabumi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service in terms of the process of preparing activity program planning and budgeting which has not been fully implemented consistently every year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and compensation on teacher performance through self-efficacy at SMKN 1 Sukabumi City. This research method is quantitative with the type of explanatory research and causal research, and as many as 107 teachers at SMKN 1 Sukabumi City were used as research samples. The data was collected through Google Forms and analyzed using smartPLS version 4.1.0.0 with Outer Model, Inner Model, and Bootstrapping techniques. The results of this study show that: (1) Motivation has a significant negative effect on teacher performance (coefficient -0.217, t-statistic 2.090, p-value 0.037). This means that increasing motivation decreases teacher performance. (2) Compensation had a significant positive effect on teacher performance (coefficient 0.207, t-statistic 2.199, p-value 0.028). Increased compensation improves teacher performance. (3) Motivation had a significant positive effect on self-efficacy (coefficient 0.266, t-statistic 2.940, p-value 0.003). The higher the motivation, the higher the teacher's self-efficacy. (4) Compensation had a significant positive effect on self-efficacy (coefficient 0.314, t-statistic 3.861, p-value 0.000). The higher the compensation, the higher the teacher's self-efficacy. (5) Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on teacher performance (coefficient 0.511, t-statistic 5.849, p-value 0.000). The higher the self-efficacy, the better the teacher's performance. (6) Motivation influences teacher performance through self-efficacy (coefficient 0.136, t-statistic 2.877, p-value 0.004). Self-efficacy is an important mediator with a contribution of 13.6%. (7) Compensation affects teacher performance through self-efficacy (coefficient 0.160, t-statistic 3.081, p-value 0.002). Self-efficacy is an important mediator with a contribution of 16%.

The determination of informants was carried out using snowball sampling, with 14 selected informants. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program Policy at State High School 2 Sukabumi City was to the variables in Van Meter and Van Horn theory but the policy resource variables have not been effective, which is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure in meeting the needs of children, especially health workers assigned to the UKS room to be able to help and serve students who need health services, So that in the future it is recommended that schools can improve facilities and infrastructure as well as services to students.

Abstract

Online Tax Return is a form of e-government as an effort to open public participation and improve the quality of public services. The latest online tax service is the electronic Tax Recipt Unification of Government Agencies which is relevant to the obligation for civil servants to use e-filing. This policy aims to improve public services. Government agencies are required to issue and report electronic proof of deduction, civil servants are required to report using e-filing as a form of compliance with regulations. The participation in the implementation of the Online Tax Return policy for Government Agencies and civil servants has not been achieved optimally. Researchers were interested in researching how these policies are implemented, what factors hinder and support them, and what innovations have been carried out. The object of research is the Implementation of Online Tax Returns with the locus of Sukabumi Primary Tax Office. The study uses qualitative methods, and model data analysis, with 6 (six) dimensions of Van Meter and Van Horn policy implementation theory variables. The results showed that the 6 research dimensions had been carried out effectively. However, the objectives and size of the policy have not been implemented optimally. There are government agencies and civil servants who have not reported tax returns due to obstacles. Some government agencies have not issued 1721-A2 proof of deduction using e-Bupot due to validation constraints NPWP and deposit. Several civil servants had not reported Online Tax Returns due to technical and non-technical constraints. Government agencies have made innovative efforts to overcome the obstacles encountered.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research which aims to find out whether there is an influence of the regional health laboratory information system (SIL) and employee work motivation on employee performance. The research population was employees of the Sukabumi City Health Laboratory UPTD and community health center network laboratories with a population of 40 people using a saturated or census sample. For the purposes of data collection, the author used two methods, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of questionnaires, interviews and participant observation. Secondary data collection takes the form of library research which includes books, scientific writings, journals, documents and previous studies related to the research problem. Data analysis consists of validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The validity test uses the Pearson product moment correlation formula which is processed using SPSS version 26. To see whether the resulting regression model is the most appropriate model and has the smallest error, analytical testing is used using the R2 test (coefficient of multiple determination), the F test, and the Q test. The results of the research show that the Regional Health Lab Information System (SIL) has an influence on employee performance, with increasing SIL contributing to increasing employee work efficiency and effectiveness. Work motivation also has a significant impact on employee performance, where higher levels of motivation undermine better performance. Furthermore, research shows that these two factors, SIL and work motivation, interact positively and complement each other in improving employee performance. The implication of these findings is the importance of management attention to good implementation of SIL and the creation of a motivating work environment to improve overall employee performance.
