Abstract

This study aims at determining the conditions and characteristics of shrimp waste, the economic value of the potential for shrimp waste, as well as the policy direction for implementing the Circular Economy of Shrimp Waste as a Green Economy Alternative in the Bulak Banteng Kenjeran Coastal Area, Surabaya City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative with the process hierarchy analysis technique (AHP). The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews with selected respondents. The results showed that the characteristics of shrimp waste in the form of shrimp heads and shells were still not used for economic value activities, and people dumped them in gutters around homes and at sea. The priority policy directions that can be applied to the Circular Economy of Shrimp Waste as an Alternative to a Green Economy are; 1) providing innovation and technology for economic-based shrimp waste processing with a total CR (consistency ratio) value of 1.878; 2) to improve environmental health by not disposing of shrimp waste around the house, the total value of CR is 1.127; and, 3) the government provides a shrimp processing industry for fishermen with a total CR value of 0.094. Each policy priority can be carried out in synergy so that shrimp waste can be handled properly.

Abstract

Buncitan village has an area of 145.9 hectares with a population of 4,976 people and 1,981 households. The function and role of Sedati Sub-district according to Sidoarjo Regency Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2009 concerning the Regional Spatial Plan of Sidoarjo Regency 2009-2029 is as a settlement, industry and trade on a local, regional and international scale. The issuance of the Job Creation Law and Government Regulation on the Implementation of Spatial Planning that changes the authority of local governments in district or city spatial planning needs to be socialized to village officials, so that they are expected to increase their participation in supporting spatial planning. The method of implementing the activity uses a socialization method that begins with distributing a pre-test and ends with a post-test regarding understanding in the implementation of spatial planning. The results obtained were the initial condition of the level of understanding of village officials about their role in the implementation of spatial planning of 78% while post-socialization increased to 100%. The findings of community service that can be input for the local government are the need for socialization and ease of accessing the district spatial plan regional regulation document for the Buncitan Village community.

Abstract

Tingginya populasi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya menyebabkan luas lahan pertanian berkurang rata-rata 1% - 2% setiap tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan kesesuaian lahan pertanian, nilai daya dukung lahan pertanian, serta menentukan prioritas kebijakan daya dukung lahan pertanian terhadap ketahanan pangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis peta overlay, perhitungan daya dukung lahan pertanian, dan teknik Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 kelas kemampuan lahan, yaitu kemampuan pengembangan lahan sedang (C) yang tersebar di 3 (tiga) kecamatan yang meliputi Porong, Krembung, dan Jabon. Kemampuan pengembangan lahan cukup tinggi (D) yang tersebar di 7 (tujuh) kecamatan yang meliputi Porong, Krembung, Jabon, Balongbendo, Wonoayu, Prambon, dan Sukodono. Kemampuan pengembangan lahan sangat tinggi (E) yang tersebar di hampir seluruh wilayah kecamatan di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Arahan kesesuaian lahan pertanian rata-rata berada pada kemampuan lahan yang sangat tinggi (E). Oleh karena itu, arahan pengembangannya adalah untuk tanaman musiman (padi). Arahan kebijakan prioritas untuk daya dukung lahan pertanian terhadap ketahanan pangan dapat dilakukan dengan: 1) meningkatkan indeks produksi tanaman pangan sebesar 55,3%, 2) mempertahankan lahan pertanian pangan sebesar 29,0%, dan 3) memberikan insentif kepada petani yang mempertahankan lahannya sebesar 15,6%.

Abstract

The Wonorejo Surabaya Mangrove Forest is located on the coast of Rungkut District and has an area of ​​36.9 Ha. The potential can be developed as a tourism-based ecosystem. The potential and existing problems are empirically related to the provision of public facilities, the need to rejuvenate tourist facilities, the need for tourism development, and the need to improve water environmental management. The aim of this research is to determine the existing conditions and the strategy for developing the Wonorejo Mangrove coast as a conservation zone. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with photo mapping techniques and SWOT analysis. The research results show that the existing condition of the Wonorejo Mangrove coast has a built-up land use of 14% and non-built land use of 86%. There are circulation facilities for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles as one of the facilities for visitors. Availability of green open space in the form of playgrounds and other green open space spots such as parking areas for both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. The characteristics of existing buildings include roof shape, building texture and paint color. The tourist support facilities that are available are boat rides, playgrounds, toilets, entrance counters, culinary centers, information centers and research facilities on mangroves. Physically, the pedestrian path has a paving construction with a width of 4 m and a length of 18 m, as well as a jogging track area with a wooden construction with a width of 2 m and a length of 1,217 m. Signage is in the form of directional signs, directional signs and warning boards, as well as existing conservation in the form of mangrove and boesem areas. Policy implementation that can be carried out is the need to develop mangrove conservation and rehabilitation activities as tourism and research programs, repair and maintenance of supporting facilities, signage, pedestrian paths, enforce laws and regulations related to conservation areas, develop synergistic and sustainable waste management with industries such as PT. Unilever and parties who care about mangrove and environmental issues in order to maintain the sustainability of the Wonorejo Mangrove.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis dunia yang semakin ketat sekarang, para pengusaha diharuskan untuk menggunakan strategi pemasaran terpadu yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keputusanpembelian konsumen. Untuk bertahan hidup, berkembang dan bersaing, perusahaan harus mampu mempertahankan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Berbagai cara untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan, salah satunya adalah dengan selalu meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dijual bersamaan dengan pengemasan produk yang benar dan menarik. Mensosialisasikan, berpartisipasi, dan membentuk komunitas Desa dalam pemasaran dan pengemasan, untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan dapat meningkatkan harga jual produk dengan kemasan yang unik. Dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan Strategi pemasaran online dan pengemasan produk pada industri keripik kedelai rumah dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara langsung kepada masyarakat kemudian sosialisasi kepada warga yang memiliki usaha kecil dan menengah. Hasil dari implementasi program ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemasaran dan pengemasan online yang unik sangat membantu dalam pemasaran dan pengemasan produk keripik kedelai. Selain itu pemasaran onlinedapat membantu memperkenalkan produk dan potensi UKM (Industri Rumah Tangga) terhadap akses pemasaran ke konsumen.

Abstract

Buncitan Village is one of the UMKM villages in Sidoarjo which is located near the east coast of Sidoarjo. Based on the results of the 2023 survey, Buncitan Village has the potential for small-scale industries, especially household industries such as the food and beverage industry, weaving, and so on. The types of MSMEs in this village are quite diverse, so a spatial location should be made for the location of the MSMEs for each type in the form of a map of the distribution of MSMEs. The purpose of this PKM is community empowerment in making maps of the distribution of MSMEs in order to increase sales of Buncitan Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. The solution offered is the dissemination of understanding and empowerment of making maps of the distribution of MSMEs in Buncitan Village. Based on the results of this PKM activity, it can be seen the types of businesses and MSMEs in Buncitan Village along with their distribution of spatial patterns.
