Abstract

This study aims to (1) extract the factors that explain the decline in sales of BUMDes products in Karangasem Regency, (2) Explain the most dominant factors in influencing the decline in sales of BUMDes products in Karangsem Regency, (3) Explain the factors that affect the decline in product sales BUMDes Karangasem Regency. The results of the factor analysis show that the factors that explain the decline in sales of BUMDes Karangasem Regency are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of decreased product quality, product inventory, higher prices, and decreased promotional activities. External factors consisting of consumers, consumers, and consumers. The factors that most influence the decline in sales are external factors, namely changes in consumer tastes with a rotational varimax value of 0.961. External and internal factors in this study can explain the decline in sales of 72.229% at BUMDes Karangasem Regency.

Abstract

One of the biggest challenges for MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic is to transform to digital technology. Some of the big challenges include: first, the level of digital ecosystem connectivity is still limited. This study aims to deepen the strategies carried out by woven handicraft SMEs in adapting to the digital world during the Covid-19 pandemic. Digital transformation for MSMEs is a necessity during the current pandemic, but it is also inseparable from the challenges that accompany it. The weaving handicraft UMKM players in particular have a strategy that must face various obstacles. One of the most important obstacles is the difficulty of adapting to digital technology, in this case online marketing in various forms. MSMEs are forced to design strategies to enter the digital ecosystem. This article argues that MSMEs will be tested for resilience in the midst of a crisis in order to exploit their resources and take innovative steps. This article makes the weaving craftsmen in Gianyar Regency the subject of research. The method of data collection is done by observation and in-depth interviews. Data classification and analysis were carried out using the principles of qualitative methods. The digital transformation strategy of weaving SMEs in this pandemic period is a necessity. Therefore, the only way is to adopt digital transformation. To respond to changes in people's behaviour due to physical and social restrictions, SMEs in weaving craft need to migrate from offline-based businesses to online-based channels.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the joint and partial effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity to firm value in the large trading goods sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. The research design used is quantitative causal. The subject of this research is the sub-sector of major trading of manufactured goods listed on the IDX and the objects of this research are the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity and firm value. Data were collected by recording documents, and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity had a significant effect on firm value (2) Current ratio had a significant effect on firm value (3) Debt to equity ratio had a significant effect on firm value (4) Return on equity has a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh pembinaan pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan usaha yang dimediasi oleh sikap pada pertumbuhan usaha, norma subyektif, perceived behavior control/PBC pengusaha pada UKM di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ekplanatori ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menghasilkan temuan yang bersifat konklusif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 180 pengusaha yang ditetapkan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah survey dengan instrumen kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pembinaan pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap pada pertumbuhan usaha, norma subyektif dan PBC pengusaha (2) Norma subyektif dan PBC pengusaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha UKM. (3) Sikap pada pertumbuhan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha. (4) Norma subyektif dan PBC terbukti memediasi pengaruh pembinaan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha. (5) Sikap pada pertumbuhan usaha tidak terbukti memediasi pengaruh pembinaan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha pada UKM. Perlu program pembinaan yang tepat secara berkelanjutan untuk membentuk sikap dan perilaku positif pengusaha dalam mengembangkan usaha. Kata kunci: pembinaan, sikap pada pertumbuhan usaha, norma subyektif, perceived behavior control dan pertumbuhan usaha Abstract The purpose of this study was to test the effect of government guidance on business growth of SMEs mediated by entrepreneur’s attitude toward business growth, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control / PBC to SMEs in the Province of Bali. This explanatory research uses a quantitative approach to generate conclusive findings. The total sample of 180 entrepreneurs who are determined based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are survey by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that: (1) Guidance government have significant and positive effect on the entrepreneur’s attitude toward business growth, subjective norm and PBC (2) Entrepreneur’s subjective norm and PBC have positive and significant impact on the growth of SMEs (3) The entrepreneur’s attitude toward business growth does not significantly affect on business growth of SMEs. (4) The subjective norm and PBC proved to mediate the effect of govermen guidance on business growth (5) The entrepreneur’s attitude toward business growth is not proven to mediate the effect of govermen guidance on business growth in SMEs. Need proper and continuing coaching program to form positive attitudes and behavior of entrepreneur,s in developing businesses. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of company size, earnings per share and return on assets on the value of the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018 either simultaneously or partially. The population used in this research is the food and beverage sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2018 as many as 11 companies. The research design used is quantitative causal. Data were collected by recording documents, and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) company size, earnings per share, and return on assets have a significant effect on firm value .(2) company size partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value.(3) Earning per share has a negative and significant effect on firm value. (4) Return on assets has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect simultaneous and partial of working capital turnover and liquidity on profitability. The study design was used quantitative causal. The subject of this study was property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the object of this study were working capital turnover, liquidity and profitability. The population of this study were 36 companies in the property and real estate sub-sector. Data was collected by documentation recording and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) working capital turnover and liquidity has significant effect on profitability with a contribution of 72,8%, (2) working capital turnover has positive and significant effect on profitability of 63,5%, (3) liquidity has negative and significant effect on profitability of 31,1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan dan demografi pengusaha baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pada pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Banyuning, Kecamatan Buleleng, Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif kausal yang dilakukan terhadap 85 pelaku UMKM yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kemudian diawali dengan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 42,2%. (2) Demografi pengusaha berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 29,4%. (3) Literasi keuangan dan demografi pengusaha berpengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar (87,0%) serta pengaruh variabel lain sebesar 13,0%.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kualitatif implikasi kewirausahaan terhadap digitalisasi ekonomi UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) kerajinan tenun di Provinsi Bali. Argumen artikel ini beranjak dari permasalahan adaptasi terhadap transformasi digital pada UMKM di masa pandemi. Adaptasi itu bukannya tanpa persoalan. Salah satu implikasi yang sangat penting adalah tantangan yang dihadapi oleh nilai-nilai kewirausahaan jika ingin bersinergi pada ekonomi digital. Sangat banyak UMKM yang masih harus berusaha keras beradaptasi dengan teknologi dengan berbagai macam keterbatasan. Permasalahan lainnya adalah digitalisasi ekonomi menghadapi tantangan untuk mewujudkan ekonomi kemanusiaan yang membawa kesejahteraan terhadap manusia itu sendiri. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan data-data dari pelaku UMKM kerajinan tenun tentang usaha kewirausahaan yang mereka lakukan untuk masuk ke system ekonomi digital. Narasumber pelaku UMKM kerajinan tenun dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu yang sudah menggunakan teknologi digital, yang baru beradaptasi, dan yang masih memilih jalur konvensional dalam menjalankan usahanya di masa pandemi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai dasar kewirausahaan sangatlah penting sebagai pijakan dalam digitalisasi ekonomi. Tantangannya adalah tidak semua pelaku UMKM kerajinan tenun di Bali bisa mengakses teknologi digital untuk kebertahanan usahanya di masa pandemic Covid-19 ini. Kompleksitas yang terjadi adalah digitalisasi ekonomi belum sepenuhnya mampu menjadi solusi bagi eknomi yang bewawasan kemanusian dan kesejahteraan bagi semua masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian Kajian kritis ini dilakukan terhadap buku karya Daniel A. Wren dan Arthur G. Bedeian yang berjudul The Evolution of Management Thought. Buku ini  merupakan sebuah rangkuman berbagai pemikiran terkait konsep dan teknik manajemen dari masa ke masa yang dirangkai dengan tanpa menghilangkan originalitas ide penemunya. Evolusi pemikiran manajemen tersebut dikelompokkan menjadi empat masa/era yaitu era pemikiran awal manajemen, era manajemen ilmiah, era manusia sosial dan era modern. Pada setiap era manajemen tersebut, setiap pemikir menelorkan pemikiran manajemen yang unik, meskipun tetap merupakan kelanjutan dari atau bahkan berbeda jauh dari pemikir sebelumnya.Kata kunci: Evolusi dan Pemikiran Manajemen
