<![CDATA[The problem that is often faced is low employee performance. The purposes of this study are to analyse the effect of harmonious leadership on the performance of Undiksha employees, analyse influence on the performance of Undiksha employees and analyse the mutual influence of harmony and leadership on the performance of Undiksha employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees with the status of Civil Servants who had worked for at least five years at Undiksha, amount 240 people. Determining the sample in the study refers to the slovin formulation so that 150 samples are obtained. Data collection in this study was conducted by interviewing Undiksha employees and questionnaires about the harmony of leadership, personality, and performance of Undiksha employees. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, first, Harmoni's leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Undiksha employees. Second, personality has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Undiksha employees. Third, leadership and personality that are aligned simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the performance of Undiksha employees. Based on these findings, it can be said that there is a significant relationship between harmonious leadership and the activities of Undiksha employees, both separately and simultaneously. Thus, the second factor can be used as an employee predictor of performance levels at Undiksha.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya hidup dan kelompok referensi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion pada e-commerce shopee. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi Shopee pada masyarakat di kota singaraja, kecamatan buleleng, dan objek penelitian ini adalah gaya hidup, kelompok referensi dan keputusan pembelian. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion melalui e-commerce Shopee, (2) ada pengaruh kelompok refrensi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion melalui e-commerce Shopee, dan (3) ada pengaruh gaya hidup dan kelompok refrensi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion melalui e-commerce Shopee.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and store atmosphere either simultaneously or partially on customer satisfaction at WOK TEK Restaurant Kuta Badung. The research design used is causal quantitative research. Determination of the sample in the study using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The number of samples used is 150 respondents. The instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at WOK TEK Kuta Badung Restaurant. (2) store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at WOK TEK Kuta Badung Restaurant. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon dengan objek penelitiannya adalah variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 197 orang dan sampling menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon, (2) lingkungan kerja memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon, (3) motivasi kerja memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon, dan (4) kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan Ibu Rumah Tangga di Desa Panji Anom, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga yang berasal dari Desa Panji Anom. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 95 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan pengendalian diri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan, (2) literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan, (3) sikap keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan, dan (4) pengendalian diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan Ibu Rumah Tangga di Desa Panji Anom.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) for the period 2017 to 2021 using the RGEC method and the EVA method. This descriptive research uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that 1) the financial performance of PT BPR Daerah Bangli using the RGEC method with the predicate Very Healthy composite rating 1 (PK 1) complies with the standards set by Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations. 2) the financial performance of PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli using the EVA method is able to provide economic added value of Rp.1,045,513 over the last five years, this means that in 2017-2021 the EVA value is greater than zero, and that means that PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) gets a positive value and this number has a positive value.By testing statistical analysis, namely using data analysis techniques t-test one sample. This analysis technique is used because the number of sample members (df) = n-1 = 4. and based on the calculations the value < is obtained so that the number shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the statistical test that states the level of financial performance of PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) has been able to create economic value from the expected positive criteria that can be accepted, which means that the management of PT Regional Bank Bangli has succeeded in creating economic added value for the company.]]>

Purposive and non-probability sampling was used to select 94 respondents from the entire population of village officials in Buleleng Regency for this study. <![CDATA[This study aims to (1). know the procedure for optimizing waste management in the Final Processing Site (TPA) area using the Sanitary Landfill system and the Landfill Control System in Bengkala Village, Buleleng Regency. (2). To find out the strategy for fulfilling and managing Bengkala landfill facilities and infrastructure. This type of research in this study uses case studies. Approach This research is a type of qualitative research. The location of this research is the Bengkala TPA, Bengkala Village, Kubudindingan District, Buleleng Regency. The methods used in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study are that revitalization or procedures for optimizing waste management at the Bengkala landfill can be carried out by means of planning carried out at the bengkala landfill, namely using 5 blocks (2). Using the landfill method at the Bengkala landfill, namely the trench or ditch method and the area method (3). Coating With Geotextiles. (4). Installing Leachate Pipes. (5). Perform Gas Release Pipe Installation. (6) perform Base Coating. (7). implemented a Sanitary Landfill at the Bengkala Landfill in collaboration with the Buleleng Regency Government and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources utilizing waste as an alternative material for electrical energy. The strategy carried out by the Buleleng Regency Environmental Service for the fulfillment and management of Bengkala TPA facilities and infrastructure is the budgeting, planning, implementation and evaluation stages.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the Altman Z-Score in predicting the potential for bankruptcy of public sector companies, hotels and tourism. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design because the data used are quantitative data and the bankruptcy variable described using the Altman Z-Score method. The data used are secondary data derived from the financial statements of issuers in the tourism, restaurant and hotel sectors including data on working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, earnings before interest and taxes to total assets, and total equity to total debt. . The results showed that 19% of companies that experienced losses in 2021, the remaining 81% of companies experienced losses. The results of the classification comparison based on the Z-Score value and the auditor's opinion show that 43% was accurate, while the remaining 57% was inaccurate.]]>

<![CDATA[Business resilience is essential for MSMEs to survive any crisis. This study examines the factors that influenced the survival of handicraft MSMEs in Bali Province during the COVID-19 pandemic, arguing that their survival heavily depended on pre-existing socio-economic relations. This aligns with previous research indicating that MSMEs, while vulnerable to external pressures, possess socio-economic capital that is often underutilized. The central role of MSME owners and managers is crucial, as is a supportive business environment where business sector actors, local communities, and government collaborate to assist MSME owners and managers. The study finds that weaving SMEs in Bali successfully adapted to their environment, leveraging social capital in the form of social embeddedness. This social cohesion, demonstrated through community and stakeholder support, provided vital social connections that enabled these businesses to withstand the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings underscore the importance of optimizing socio-economic capital and fostering collaborative support networks to enhance MSME resilience. This research offers valuable insights for policymakers and business leaders aiming to strengthen the resilience of MSMEs in similar contexts, highlighting the need for strategic collaboration and community engagement to support business continuity during crises.]]>
