Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan kebasahan data menggunakan triangluasi. Permaslahannya yang ditemui penulis adalah rendahnya motivasi guru dalam proses belajar mengajar, masih ada beberapa guru yang lalai dalam menjalankan tugasnya seperti tidak membuat perangkat pembelajaran, datang terlambat ke kelas, sering keluar masuk kelas, kurangnya kesadaran guru dalam meminta supervise klinis untuk menemukan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Untuk mengahadapi berbagai macam permasalahan yang dialami oleh guru dibutuhkan supervise klinis. Hasil dlaam penelitian ini adalah sasaran supervise klinis adalah perbaikan pembelajaran guru bukan perbaikan kepribadian guru. Sedangkan pelaksanaan supervise klinis dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu tahap pertemuan awal dan tahap pengamatan/observasi mengajar. Dari pelaksanaan supervise klinis di SMAN 15 Padang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru. Kata kunci: supervise klinis, motivasi kerja guru, kepala sekolah

Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik guru sangat dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran di kelas, kompetensi pedagogic guru yang lemah akan mengakibatkan tujuan pembelajaran belum tercapai secara maksimal. Kompetensi pedagogic ini merupakan kecakapan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran termasuk merancang dan merumuskan perangkat pembelajaran (RPP), apalagi saat sekarang kini guru sudah harus mampu mengimplementasikan modul ajar sesuai dengan kurikulum yang diberlakukan saat kini. Sudah semaraknya usaha pemerintah memberikan pelatihan atau bimtek kepada guru guna untuk mengasah dan meningkatkan skill guru dalam merancang dan membuat modul ajar, tapi masih ditemukan sebagian guru yang mengcopy paste diinternet. Guru masih belum mampu mengembangkan bahan ajar serta penggunaan media yang sesuai. Masih minimnya kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan metode atau strategi yang tepat sesuai dengan kurikulum yang diterapkaan saat ini. Apalagi sekarang pembelajaran berbasis proyek, guru harus paham apa yang akan dicapai proyek tersebut sehingga dapat terseleseikan dengan baik. Masih ada sebagian guru yang belum mampu menguasai konsep materi yang akan diajarakan kepada peserta didik, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran belum tercapai dengan maksimal. Kemampuan pedagogik guru ini masih perlu dipertajam agar tujuan pendidikan dikelas tersebut dapat tercapai sesuai dengan harapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kontribusi KKG terhadap kompetensi pedagogic guru SDN Kuranji Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Yang menjadi Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru SDN Kuranji Kota Padang yang berjumlah 78 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert. Analisis data terdiri dari 1) deskripsi data, 2) uji prasyarat, 3) pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kelompok kerja guru (KKG) terhadap kompetensi pedagogic guru SDN Kuranji Padang sebesar 79.00% tingkat capaian responden baik. Hal menunjukkan bahwa kelompok kerja guru (KKG) sangat pentingĀ  dalam mengubah kompetensi pedagogic guru. Untuk itu diharapkan kepada semua guru SDN Kuranji Padang dapat mengikuti program KKG yang telah ditetapkan sebagai lembaga atau wadah pengembangan kemampuan guru, agar kompetensi guru khususnya kompetensi pedagogic dapat menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Science learning is important for early childhood so that they are able to understand the world and the environment around them, through various processes that are then recognized as scientific investigations. Children are expected to be able to solve the problems they face through science learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of multisensory-ecology-based science learning models in improving cognitive and social development of early childhood. Social development in early childhood must also get a balanced portion. This research uses a 2x2 factorial experimental method. The sample consisted of early childhood divided into control and experimental groups. Data were collected through observation, cognitive tests, and social development scales. The results showed that children who learned using the multisensory-ecological learning model had significant improvements in cognitive and social aspects compared to the control group. Diverse sensory stimulation and active engagement in the learning environment contributed to better understanding of science concepts and more active social interaction. This learning model can be used as a reference for educators in designing more effective learning strategies for early childhood. It also supports inclusive education policies by considering the needs of diverse learners.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of data security, identify risks, and formulate solutions to enhance security in technology-based educational management systems in junior high schools (SMP) in Pekanbaru City. A quantitative approach using survey methods was employed to collect data from 50 schools selected through stratified random sampling. The primary instruments used were questionnaires and interviews, focusing on aspects such as authentication, data backups, and security training. The findings revealed that public schools outperformed private schools in implementing security measures, such as two-factor authentication (80% vs. 40%) and daily data backups (55% vs. 15%). Key risks identified included low backup frequency, insufficient adoption of security technologies, and users' limited awareness of data security threats. Proposed solutions include adopting advanced security technologies, regular training programs, comprehensive data management policies, annual evaluations, and government support. These measures aim to enhance student data protection, operational efficiency, and public trust in technology-based educational systems. This study provides significant contributions to the development of comprehensive and sustainable data security strategies in the education sector.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who are not yet active in learning. Because the learning process is still conventional, this study aims to determine the Reciprocal Teaching model, Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes, and the influence of the Reciprocal Teaching model on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes in class V. This research method is quantitative research using an experimental approach with a randomized posttest only control group design. The population is students in classes V-A and V-B, as well as being sampled. The data collection technique is a test, which seeks validity, homogeneity, reliability, discrimination power, and question difficulty index. While the prerequisite analysis test, namely using the normality test using the Lilifors test, the homogeneity test using the F test, and the hypothesis test using the t test. The final test results obtained an average value of the experimental class 80.75 and the control class 68.05, with a difference of 12.7. The results of the t test obtained tcount is 11.55. And t table with degrees of freedom dk 42 from the t table (0.950) (42) = 2.018. The hypothesis testing criteria are to accept Ho if t count <t table. In this study t count > t table, meaning reject Ho and accept Ha. It can be concluded that the Reciprocal Teaching model has a positive effect on PAI learning outcomes in class V of State Elementary School 17 2X11 Kayutanam.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1. Planning, 2. Implementation, and 3. Evaluation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Islamic Education Subjects at Junior High School. The research method is field research (field research) which is descriptive in nature, namely describing the facts as they are from the results the research obtained was in accordance with the problems under study, and the primary data source was the Islamic Education teacher, and the secondary data source was the Madrasah head and 3 class VII students using the Purposive Teacher Islamic Education Technique. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Managing data through data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. Related research results 1. Planning, 2. Implementation, and 3. Learning evaluation of the independent curriculum learning The objectives of the independent curriculum have been achieved in Islamic Education learning at Junior High School that have been achieved but not so perfectly that it can be said that 75% of the final results are because this curriculum has just been implemented and only implemented learn and there are no guidelines that can be followed, the results are not optimal, so that the maximum goal of the National Education is always to provide training to teachers so they can get maximum results.
