Abstract

Customer loyalty is customer loyalty to the company for a product or brand in an indefinite period of time. If customer loyalty is low, there will be a decrease in marketing performance. The purposes of the study were to understand the e-service quality and customer on customer loyalty as marketing phenomenon. The population of this study was Indonesian society, at least users of the marketplace platform, individuals who have made transactions on the marketplace platform, researchers did not limit the population based on gender or age. The survey was sent via online and to face to face 483 randomly, there by individuals had the send probability of being selected from the population and the representing as sample. The data analysis technique in this quantitative study utilized statistical approach. The program used to analyze the data with the regression method was statistical product and service solution (SPSS) to meet the criteria for data analysis using regression, an interval scale was utilized. The technique of analyzing the data in this study was regression. The data obtained in this study is accurate and reliable with a significance level of 95%. Based on the results of research on the analysis of customer loyalty which is influenced by e-service quality through customer satisfaction, there is an influence between e-service quality and customer loyalty, then there is an influence between customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Finally, there is an influence between e-service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The test results in this study indicate that e-service quality and customer satisfaction have a big influence on customer loyalty, the better the quality of service provided will foster satisfaction for customers, when customers are satisfied, loyalty will be formed

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between entrepreneurship education and family environmental factors on their interest in starting an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship education is an important part in terms of how the family environment and education influence students' future, especially in relation to entrepreneurship. This research examines three variables, namely entrepreneurial interest, education, and family environment. The research subjects were graduates of SMK Negeri 2 Garut in 2019. Quantitative methods based on non-experimental or survey designs were used in this research. Using SPSS 26 statistics and simple purposive sampling procedures, 87 participants were selected for this study from a pool of Google Form responses. Based on the results of this study, entrepreneurship education is an important predictor of interest in entrepreneurship, with a positive effect size of 33%. There is a positive and statistically significant relationship of 21.7% between family environment variables and entrepreneurial interest. The variables entrepreneurship education and family environment have a positive and statistically significant relationship of 35% with interest in entrepreneurship. Other variables not included in this analysis are 65%.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and creativity on the success of Garutan batik business in Garut Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a non-experimental type. The participants of this study were business owners of the Garutan batik industry in Garut Regency, with a population of 34 units. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling with Exhaustive Sampling type. The results showed that entrepreneurial spirit and creativity had a positive effect of 34.6% on the success of the Garutan batik industry business. The entrepreneurial spirit makes a greater contribution than creativity to business success. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit had a significant effect on the success of the Garutan batik business with an effect of 34.6%. Meanwhile, creativity has no effect on the success of Garutan batik business. The implication of this study is that the combination of a strong entrepreneurial spirit and skillful creativity can help in achieving a higher level of business success. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence business success in batik businesses, especially in Garut Regency. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for other industries in the craft subsector to improve their business success. In addition, this research can also provide benefits for the development of entrepreneurship science, both in academic and practical contexts and it is hoped that the results of this study can enrich the literature and become a foundation for further research in the field of entrepreneurship and creativity.

Abstract

The challenges in implementing social entrepreneurship cannot be ignored. One significant barrier is the lack of understanding of the synergies and trade-offs between the various SDGs. Social and cultural barriers that can hinder the success of women entrepreneurs, especially in areas with strict traditional norms. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of social entrepreneurship and its impact on sustainable development as an effort to explore opportunities to produce goods and services. The research method used is a case study is an approach commonly used in various disciplines, especially in the social and business fields, data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and observations that allow researchers to gain a more introspective and individual perspective, data analysis with triangulation includes observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this data analysis are that social entrepreneurship can have an impact on sustainable development with efforts to explore various social communities in improving skills in business but still have an impact in helping to create transparency and encourage community participation in sustainable development.

Abstract

This study is intended to test the influence of Product Innovation and Product Quality on Competitive Advantage in Leather Craft MSMEs in Sukaregang Garut Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Product Innovation and Product Quality on Competitive Advantage in Sukaregang Leather Handicraft MSMEs in Garut Regency. The population in this study are MSME actors in the Leather Crafts of Garut Regency. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a non-experimental or survey research design. The sample used in this study is as many as 71 respondents, this study uses a questionnaire as a research tool distributed directly and using a google form to the respondents then processed using SPSS version 25 using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses a research instrument test, a classical assumption test, a multiple linear test and a hypothesis test. The results of the study stated that the product innovation variable had an influence of 23.7% on competitive advantage. The product quality variable has an influence of 22.9% on competitive advantage, and the variable of product innovation and product quality simultaneously has an influence of 28% on competitive advantage and 72% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

The extension activity was located at SD Negeri 2 Sirnajaya Garut with the theme "Optimizing Balanced Nutrition", carried out through collaboration by the Garut University Pharmacy PKM team and Padjadjaran University Pharmacy. Fulfilling balanced nutrition can be done by consuming food every day which must contain various nutrients in the type and amount according to needs. Other considerations needed are food variety, clean lifestyle, physical activity, and weight monitoring. This activity aims to increase children's understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition in supporting physical and cognitive growth. This activity involved grade 5 and 6 students with 43% male students and 57% female students. This activity includes pretest, posttest, providing educational material delivered through presentations, educational videos and distributing flyers as well as holding a question and answer session. Based on the data obtained, this counseling succeeded in increasing students' understanding from 67% to 78%, and students became aware of implementing a healthy lifestyle in order to obtain balanced nutrition.

Abstract

Effective performance management and recruitment training are urgently needed for MSMEs. Effective human resource management is crucial for building a strong work team and supporting business sustainability. The integration of performance management and recruitment training is rarely examined as a single program. The training is implemented through interactive lectures, case studies, discussions, simulations, and evaluations. This training employs a participatory and applied approach, prioritizing the active involvement of MSME participants throughout the entire process. The results of the performance management training demonstrate that MSMEs need to develop the skills to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly monitor and evaluate employee performance, and provide constructive feedback. The recruitment process is also a weak point for many MSMEs. Therefore, a sustainable strategy for strengthening MSME human resource capacity, oriented toward increasing productivity, operational efficiency, and business competitiveness amidst increasingly competitive economic challenges, is essential.

Abstract

Lack of training and coaching in this area is a major contributing factor. In today's digital era, MSMEs are required to maintain effective communication not only in person but also through digital platforms such as social media and e-commerce. The training method used in this activity is an educational-participatory approach that positions MSMEs as active participants in the training process, not merely recipients of material. The results of this activity indicate that after the training, there were significant changes in the way participants communicate with customers and business partners. Some participants began to demonstrate a more empathetic, polite, and open attitude when handling consumer complaints. This training provides a foundation for MSMEs in Garut Regency to build reputations and customer loyalty through ethical communication. Therefore, the interactive and experience-based training program significantly supports the learning process for participants with diverse educational backgrounds and business experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh mayoritas UMKM di Kabupaten Garut yang mayoritas berskala mikro yaitu sebesar 86%. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan pengelolaan keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM di kabupaten garut. Adapun untuk metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif menggunakan SEM-PLS sebagai metode analisisnya dimana analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji outer model, uji inner model dan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menentukan nilai r-square, f-square, dan t-statistic. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Garut yang terdaptar sebagai UMKM pemilik NIB (Nomor Induk Berwirausaha). Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sedangkan inklusi keuangan dan pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan

Abstract

Snacking at school is a common practice among students. The availability of snacks in the school environment cannot guarantee that all snacks are healthy. This outreach activity was conducted to increase the knowledge and awareness of students at SDN 1 Kadungora, encouraging them to be wiser in choosing the snacks they consume. Data collection methods included a pre-test and post-test. The material was delivered in the form of a lecture accompanied by PowerPoint slides and printed brochures. The outreach results showed an increase in the percentage of students' understanding of the definition of healthy snacks before the outreach: 82.4% before the outreach and 92.8% after the outreach. For healthy drinks, there was a 10.4% increase in knowledge, and 100% of students understood examples of healthy drinks. This indicates that the outreach activity was successful in educating students.
