Abstract

Brick is a non-structural material that is widely used by the community in building houses in general. There are so many brick craftsmen scattered throughout the province of Central Java, but innovation is needed in the manufacture of these bricks, so research is needed to determine the effect of adding rice husk ash as a mixed material and the length of time for burning bricks on the mechanical properties of bricks in terms of the test. porosity, burn loss, and compressive strength, as well as knowing the percentage of addition of rice husk ash and the best burning time for bricks. This study uses a sample of bricks in the form of blocks with a length of 22.5 cm, a width of 11 cm, and a height of 4 cm and a cube shape with a side size of 5 cm. Variations in the composition of rice husk ash added were 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%. Making bricks is done by molding a mixture of clay, water and husk ash by compacting, drying for 3 days and burning for 12 hours and 24 hours. Testing of mechanical properties of bricks includes porosity, burn loss, and compressive strength tests. The addition of rice husk ash with a composition percentage of 5% to 15% can affect the mechanical properties of bricks, namely reducing porosity and burning shrinkage and increasing the compressive strength of bricks. The burning time of the bricks also affects the mechanical properties of the bricks. Based on the test results, each of the best test values, namely the minimum porosity value was achieved at the percentage of rice husk ash as much as 5% by burning for 24 hours, namely 18.5%. The minimum burn loss value was achieved at 15% rice husk ash percentage by burning for 12 hours, which was 0.45%. The optimum compressive strength value was achieved at 5% rice husk ash percentage, which was 4.1 N/mm2 by burning for 24 hours.

Abstract

Buildings are places for humans to carry out various activities. Buildings also have a very important role in character formation, embodiment of productivity, and identity. In addition, the building also functions as a place for humans to carry out their activities, whether for daily or residential, religious, business, socio-cultural or special activities. In general, the inspection of the feasibility of the building is carried out by means of visual observation of the physical condition of the building on the components of Architecture, Structure and Test using tools. Based on the results of field observations for Technical Architecture which includes aspects of comfort, health, safety and structure, the AL-Fattah Junior High School building has fulfilled all the assessment points and it can be concluded that the Al-Fattah Junior High School building has met and is recommended to get a Function-worthy

Abstract

Klinik NU Maos Cilacap merupakan fasilitas kesehatan yang memberikan layanan medis dasar, termasuk rawat jalan dan rawat inap. Untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi keselamatan dan kelayakan bangunan, klinik ini diwajibkan memiliki Sertifikat Laik Fungsi (SLF). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemenuhan persyaratan SLF berdasarkan regulasi terbaru, yakni Permenkes Nomor 40 Tahun 2022 dan PP Nomor 16 Tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan observasi dan analisis dokumen teknis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Klinik NU Maos telah memenuhi sebagian besar persyaratan SLF, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki, seperti arsitektur, mekanikal, elektrikal, dan tata ruang luar. Dengan penerapan rekomendasi perbaikan, diharapkan Klinik NU Maos dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keamanan fasilitasnya, serta memperoleh SLF sesuai standar yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Salah satu Rumah Sakit swasta yang ada di Boyolali merupakan Rumah sakit yang menjadi rujukan dan dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengakses pelayanan rujukan, dengan kata lain sebagai pusat rujukan. Untuk itu dilakukan pembenahan baik dari segi sarana/prasarana, sumber daya manusia, serta jenis pelayanan yang diberikan. Program kesehatan merupakan salah satu hal yang di prioritaskan oleh pemerintah nasional dalam mewujudkan Indonesia sehat dan mandiri. Kesehatan adalah tanggung jawab bersama dari setiap individu, masyarakat, pemerintah ataupun swasta. Secara umum pencahaayaan bangunan Rumah Sakit Umum Natalia memaksimalkan menggunkan pencahayaan alami karena halaman dibuat di tengah bangunan sehingga banyak bukaan di sekeliling bangunan. Pencahayaan buatan sering dipakai hanya dimalam hari dan jika di siang hari penggunaan pencahayaan buatan.

Abstract

The development of science is increasingly rapid, one of which is digital technology as a drawing tool that continues to grow. Building Construction Structure is one of the courses in the Architecture Study Program, at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, University of Surakarta, the use of computer technology has indeed been applied to one of the courses, namely the Digital Architecture course which teaches about the basics of using the AutoCAD program. with its application to the manufacture of construction drawings, this study tries to make a comparison between AutoCAD and other software that is devoted to the field of architecture and civil engineering or specifically to the construction sector. The ArchiCAD software provides convenience in the form of tools that are already in the form of technical functions on structural elements and building architecture. Students really need to be introduced to ArchiCAD to support the creativity of ideas, designs and complete working drawings that are sustainable so that they are time efficient and support other courses.
