Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the significance of the effect of financial compensation to the Employee work motivation. (2) To determine the significance of the effect of non-financial compensation for work motivation. (3) To determine the significance of financial compensation effect on job satisfaction. (4) To determine the significance of non-financial compensation effect on job satisfaction. (5) To determine the significance of the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction.This type of research used in this research is associative or causal (causal). Data collection method used in this research is census method on 128 Employee Dikpora East Lombok. Data collection tool using a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis (path Analysis) with the help of the program Amos 21 for windows.The results showed (1) Compensation Financial has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (2) Compensation Nonfinancial has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (3) Financial compensation has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Financial compensation has a significant impact on job satisfaction when through work motivation (4) Compensation Nonfinancial have a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation Nonfinancial have a significant impact on job satisfaction through work motivation. (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine a partial and simultan significant effect of financial compensation and discipline on teachers performances at the third vocational school of Mataram. The analysis determines to find a dominant influence on teachers performances too. This research is causal’s acociatif. A hundred populations have been select by cencus. Data collected by questionnaires. Instruments test have been used in this research by validity and reliability test. The analysis have been used by multiple regression analysis, simultan determinantion test (R2), t test, F test and standarized coeficients beta. The results showed that: (1) There is partial significant effect among financial compensation and discipline on teachers performances. (2) There is simultan significant effect among financial compensation and discipline on teachers performances. (3) Discipline has a dominant effect on teachers performances.

Abstract

The title of this research is "The effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intentions at PT. FIF Branch Mataram employees". Aims (1) To determine significant simultant effect of Organizational Commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees at PT FIF Branch Mataram; (2) to determine the significant partial effect of Organizational Commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees at PT FIF Branch Mataram; (3) to determine dominant effect among Organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees at PT FIF Branch Mataram. In accordance with the purpose of research, the type of research used in this research is causal. The population is all of the employees about 122 peoples. Determination of the respondents in this study carried out on all members of the population, it has been called a census. To collect data in this research used questionnaires. To determine the responses of respondents to variables assessed, used Likert Scale analysis with the 5 scales answered point. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant simultant effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intentions of employees at PT. FIF Branch Mataram, (2) There is a significant partial effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intentions of employees at PT. FIF Branch Mataram, (3) Job satisfaction has a dominant effect on turnover intentions of employees at PT. FIF Branch Mataram
