Abstract

Violations of school rules are often carried out by students, including lack of respect for teachers, students who are not on time, often late for class, skipping classes, jumping fences, smoking and not paying attention to the rules and other regulations in school. This study aims to build a decision support system for sanctions for violations of student discipline that has the ability to analyze each of the criteria and sub-criteria that have been determined by the school. In this case, students who violate school rules will be punished and given sanctions so as to provide an output value of priority intensity which results in a system that provides an assessment of violations against students. The method used in building this decision support system is by combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) method. Weighting criteria using the AHP method and for ranking using the SMARTER method. The system created can be used to assist in processing data on violations of school rules. With this decision support system, it is hoped that policy makers will have no difficulty in determining what types of actions and sanctions will be given to students who violate school rules.

Abstract

In general the lecturers performance evaluation is a routinity of a College institute for improving internal quality on an ongoing basis as well as the improvement of the status of accreditation. Performance evaluation activities specifically lecturer at STMIK Lombok funded on each period, that is the end of each semester, the lecturers assessment process performed by the students. The results of this performance assessment will be use to improve the performance of evaluation material and any lecturer who was elected as a lecturer with the best performance will be given the award. To assist in the assessment process, a system that capable to support the decision of the performance assessment of lecturers needed. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of Lecturers by students at STMIK Lombok. The decision-making process aided by a computerized decision support system in expectation that subjectivity in decision-making can be minimised. Decision support systems can be used as a tool for evaluating the performance of the lecturers, so hopefully it can help the policy makers in decision-making, to get objective information about the performance of lecturers based on specified criteria.

Abstract

 In In the digital age, the use of information technology in public services, including population administration, is crucial. To facilitate access to online population services, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Lombok Regency provides the SEMAIK website. Nonetheless, several issues persist, particularly in system quality and service quality. System performance often becomes unstable, with the website slowing down when many users submit service requests simultaneously, while service responsiveness is also frequently delayed. These issues highlight the need for a more comprehensive evaluation of the platform. This study aims to quantitatively assess the effectiveness of the SEMAIK website using the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 126 respondents and analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach. The findings indicate that information quality positively influences system use but does not significantly affect user satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality, system quality, and system use all show positive effects on user satisfaction. Additionally, although system use does not significantly contribute to net benefits, user satisfaction demonstrates a strong positive effect on net benefits. The model also meets the criteria for good model fit based on the goodness-of-fit assessment. However, the results suggest that aspects related to information quality and system use require improvement, as their effects on user satisfaction and net benefits are not yet optimal. These findings provide concrete recommendations for enhancing the SEMAIK website to ensure more effective and reliable digital public services.

Abstract

Foreign tourists entering Indonesia in 2017 and 2018 have increased. From the data obtained on the website of the Ministry of Tourism (Kemenpar) the number of foreign tourists in 2017 was 14,039,799, while in 2018 there were 15,806.1, with a comparison of the number of tourists from the two years, the percentage increase in tourists was 12.58%. The data analysis approach using a classification model is a data analysis approach by studying the data and making predictions with the new data. in the classification model, there are many algorithms that can be applied in data analysis, one of which is the Decision Tree algorithm. This study aims to analyze the pattern of tourist visits based on the objects visited by the number of tourists visiting certain tourist objects. From the modeling using the Decesion Tree C4.5 Algorithm and the scenario of splitting the data into three parts, the highest accuracy value was obtained for splitting data of 80:20 for train and testing data and max depth 7, which obtained an accuracy of 94% for train data and 92% for data. testing. Modeling with the Boostrap Aggregating Method, the accuracy score obtained on training data is 93% and testing data is 92. percent. 3 accuracy results from using bagging reduce the accuracy of the C4.5 algorithm on the data training side from 94% to 93 percent, while the accuracy of testing data is still the same, namely 92%.

Abstract

The Mail Archive Management Information System at the Lombok Tengah Education Office was created for the effectiveness and efficiency of storing or managing incoming mail archives and outgoing mail archives at the Education Office. Management of mails that still use the manual method, namely by storing mail archives on folders, makes frequent errors in storage such as: loss of mails, tearing of mails and so on, as well as errors in recording and the duration of data searching. This Mail Archive Management Information System was designed and built using the waterfall method and MVC (Model View Controller) as the programming method, this information system is web-based, created using the PHP framework, namely CodeIgniter, HTML, Javascript, and CSS. As for the server, it uses a default Codeigniter local server. The management of the mail archives generated by the system is able to speed up the data searching process and is able to monitoring the amount of incoming mail, outgoing mail and the number of users using the system.

Abstract

Lombok Institute of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) is one of the colleges in Central Lombok. In Higher Education there is a set of subjects given to participants in a period of education called the curriculum. Because the curriculum in each tertiary institution is different, a system that can equalize or convert courses is needed. Especially in supporting all lecture activities which in Higher Education must have a conversion system for equalizing subjects along with the number of effective semester credits takes up to two days, the head of study program is required to be able to produce or which is often referred to as a conversion term, both for advanced students and transfer students. The process of converting courses has not resulted in a decision that is a fast and appropriate decision for transfer student lectures. Based on the description above, the author intends to make a design entitled "The Design of Information Systems Conversion for Transfer and Advanced Students (Case Study of STMIK Lombok)".

Abstract

The advancement of information technology in the health sector encourages hospitals to implement Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS) to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. This study aims to measure the success rate of SIMRS implementation at Praya Regional Hospital using the DeLone and McLean model, which includes six variables: system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 101 respondents in all service units of RSUD Praya. The analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results showed that only three of the nine hypotheses proposed proved significant, namely the effect of user satisfaction on net benefits, service quality on usage, and usage on net benefits. These findings indicate that technical aspects and system services need to be improved to achieve optimal SIMRS implementation. This research contributes to the evaluation of hospital information systems and can serve as a reference in making future system development decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of using the population and civil registration office Online Service Application (SEMAIK) on the number of population administration (Adminduk) applications at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Central Lombok Regency. The direct impact of the implementation of this application on the number of civil registration applications has not been widely studied empirically. Therefore, this research is important to determine the extent to which the use of the SEMAIK application has an effect on increasing applications for population administration services. The SEMAIK application, as an innovation of the Central Lombok Disdukcapil, is designed to make it easier for citizens to apply for civil registration documents online without the need to visit the Disdukcapil office directly. This research method uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess the level of acceptance and satisfaction of application users. The study involved 48 respondents, resulting in an average SUS score of 73.9, which indicates that the application is in the “Acceptable” satisfaction category with a grade of C and a qualitative assessment between ‘Good’ to “Excellent”.”Data analysis shows that there is an increase in the number of Adminduk applications through the SEMAIK application during the 2021-2023 period, which is correlative with an increase in user satisfaction scores. This result confirms that the level of application acceptance is at a relatively good level. User satisfaction with the SEMAIK application has contributed to an increase in the number of Adminduk document submissions in Central Lombok Regency. This research provides important insights into the importance of usability in public service applications and its implications for the efficiency of population administration services.

Abstract

The performance of the organizations or companiesare based on the qualities possessed by their employee. Both of good or bad employee performance will have an impact on productivity and the impact of profits obtained by the company. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a machine learning method based on statistical learning theory and can solve high non-linearity, regression, etc. In machine learning, the optimization model is a part for improving the accuracy of the model for data learning. Several techniques are used, one of which is feature selection, namely reducing data dimensions so that it can reduce computation in data modeling. This study aims to apply the method of machine learning to the employee data of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) company. The method used is SVM method by increasing the accuracy of learning data by using a feature selection technique using a wrapper algorithm. From the results of the classification test, the average accuracy obtained is 72 percent with a precision value of 71 and the recall value is rounded off to 72 percent, with a combination of SVM and cross-validation. Data obtained from Kaggle data, which consists of training data and testing data. each consisting of 30 columns and 22005 rows in the training data and testing data consisting of 29 col-umns and 6000 rows. The results of this study get a classification score of 82 percent. The precision value obtained is rounded off to 82 percent, a recall of 86 percent and an f1-score of 81 percent.
