Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of think pair share model by mask media forstudents self confidence on grade IV Students of Joho Primary School TemanggungRegency.This research method is Pre-Experimental Design with One Group Pretest and PosttestDesign model. The subject were chosen by nonprobability saturation sampling. Sampletaken as many as 26 students. Method of Data completion is done by using selfconfidence questionnaire and self confidence observation. Test the validity ofquestionnaire self confidence instrument by using the formula product moment, andreliability test using cronbach alpha formula by IBM SPSS for Windows version 26.00.analysis prerequisite test consists of normality test. Then proceed with hypothesistesting. Data analysis using non parametric statistic technique that is wilcoxon test byIBM SPSS for Windows version 26.00. The number of items in this questionnaire consistsof 50 questions, while the observation instrument consists of 20 questions. The results ofthe validation of the questionnaire items from 50 test subjects with a value of 0.444 witha significant level of 5% obtained 27 valid questionnaire items, so that the validquestionnaire items can be used as an instrument for collecting item data in the study.While the results of expert validation in the observation instrument are feasible to usewith valid categories.The result of the study show that the Wilcoxon Test analysis with a value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 < 0,05. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, there is anaverage post-test questionnaire score of 82.42 and an average pre-test questionnaire of72.73. The calculation of the observation assessment in the post-test activity was 70.96and the pre-test activity was 59.03. The result of the study show that the think pairshare model by mask media by mask media has an effect on students self confidence.

Abstract

Children with Special Needs are children who have their own uniqueness in their types and characteristics, which distinguish them from normal children in general. The purpose of this study was to find out how the learning process for children with special needs in SLB N Magelang City. In addition, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in learning for children with special needs. This research is a qualitative type of research with data collection instruments through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the classification of children with special needs in SLB Negeri Magelang City there are 5 types, namely blind, deaf, mentally retarded, quadriplegic and speech impaired. In improving students' abilities during learning, teachers at SLB N Magelang City first look at the needs of the child according to the child's own ability. Factors supporting learning for children with special needs are adequate facilities and infrastructure, teachers are always patient with students and painstaking in teaching children. Meanwhile, the obstacle to learning for children with special needs is in providing education to students, the main factor is the environment, because many children have very affordable distances between home and school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Temanggung State Special School in dealing with blind children. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method with data sources obtained from Class Teachers and Administrative Staff. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained in the field were then analyzed with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results of this study are schools in dealing with blind children, especially in this learning process by providing learning that adapts to the abilities and needs of students. The strategy used in the learning process for blind children with a scientific approach, in addition to the teacher's strategy, provides learning methods in the form of lectures, demonstrations, question and answer, and roleplaying. The learning tools used in the learning process are RPP (Learning Implementation Plan), Syllabus, Prota (Annual Program), Promes (Semester Program). The form of assessment carried out by schools for blind children is diagnostic, summative, and formative assessment. Other efforts provided by the school in supporting the learning process, the school provides extracurricular and co-curricular activities. Extracurricular activities provided are in the form of scout extracurricular activities, while co-curricular activities are carried out in the form of visits to temples or outing classes.

Abstract

This study aims to find information and determine the management of learning in Children with Special Needs Tuna Grahita at SLB C YPPALB Magelang City. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach which is carried out by collecting instrument data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were teachers of grades IV and V. The results showed that: there were 80 students who were able to learn and 3 students with autism. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the learning implementation of mentally retarded children. Learning management strategies for mentally retarded children at SLB-C YPPALB Magelang City use various forms of methods including through direct learning activities, habituation, giving examples of exemplary attitudes by teachers. Factors supporting the implementation of education for Children with Special Needs are adequate facilities and infrastructure, understanding from teachers to students through learning activities that are quite good, as well as good support from the surrounding community and government. While the obstacle is the character possessed by each student.

Abstract

Education of children with special needs needs to be applied to children who have brain and nervous disorders such as autism, deafness, mental retardation, physical disability, etc. With this review, we must know how to deal with habituation, development and handling of children with special needs. The purpose of this study was to explore information regarding the habituation, development and handling of children with special needs at the Bina Anggita Autism Special School, Magelang City. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted by means of in-depth interviews with 1 class teacher and direct observations related to the instruments studied. The data obtained are based on empirical studies conducted by the author. Based on the research that has been done, in general, the education of children with special needs at the Autism Special School of Bina Anggita is carried out practically and theoretically. Theoretically, it is done by integrating the subjects with the one on one method (one teacher one child) using the lecture method. Meanwhile, practically it is done through positive habits. Supporting factors such as books, pictures, and learning tools. Evaluation of the education of children with special needs at the Bina Anggita Autism Special School is implemented by carrying out assessments for children with special needs, namely by carrying out mid tests, PAS, and daily assessments that are carried out directly. Apart from that, there are also extracurricular and co-curricular activities as a supporter of Education for Children with Special Needs at Bina Anggita Autism Special School.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDN Mendut 1 Mungkid Subdistrict, Magelang Regency with the aim of conducting research related to the implementation of inclusive education in Mendut State Elementary School against low vision students. While data collection techniques include: observations, interviews, and documents. The subjects of the study were 4th grade teachers, 5th grade teachers, and 6th grade teachers. Data analysis with the stages of collecting data, reducing, presenting data, conclusions, and verification. The results of this study showed that: there are 2 students abk namely deaf and low vision. ABK students can take lessons applied at SDN Mendut. SDN Mendut is said to have succeeded in educating ABK students as evidenced by ABK students who excelled in academic and non-academic. For example, in the classroom, they include students who excel in the classroom. Not only academic achievements, even they also participated in the race held in subdistricts and districts. Abk students in SDN Mendut have a high spirit to study, even they do not feel excluded and do not feel different from other students.
