Abstract

The quality of education is a major concern in academia and is often associated with student satisfaction and learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of teaching quality, educational facilities, and administrative services on student satisfaction, as well as the impact on learning motivation in the context of higher education in Indonesia. Using the survey method, data was collected from 160 students at the ISB Atmaluhur Pangkalpinang campus. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and SPSS to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the quality of teaching, educational facilities, and administrative services had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. In addition, student satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. These findings broaden understanding of the factors that influence student satisfaction and learning motivation, and emphasize the importance of a holistic approach in improving the quality of higher education. The practical implications of this research include the need for higher education institutions to focus on improving the quality of teaching, providing adequate educational facilities, and improving the quality of administrative services to achieve optimal student satisfaction and encourage higher learning motivation.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia sangat pesat terkait sektor perdagangan, UMKM di Pangkalpinang Bangka Belitung seperti banyak UMKM di wilayah lain menghadapi tantangan dalam memanfaatkan desain grafis untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk mereka. Sebagian besar pelaku UMKM, khususnya penjual belum memahami cara membuat brosur dan spanduk yang menarik untuk promosi. berbagai masalah dalam memanfaatkan ilmu desain untuk bisnis mereka. Banyak dari mereka yang tidak memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang cara membuat desain grafis yang menarik dan efektif untuk promosi produk. Hal ini menyebabkan brosur dan spanduk yang mereka buat kurang menarik dan tidak mampu menarik perhatian konsumen potensial. Selain itu, desain kemasan produk yang tidak optimal juga menjadi kendala dalam meningkatkan daya tarik produk dan brand awareness. Pelaksanaa kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melibatkan mahasiswa ISB Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang bekerjasama dengan UMKM di seputaran Pangkalpinang selama 3 hari mulai dari proses pembelajaran desain ke mahasiswa, proses cetak dan implemantasi. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat dalam proses digitalisasi UMKM melalui pembuatan desain digital dan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi untuk meningkatkan penghasilan bagi UMKM.Kata kunci: UMKM, Desain Digital, Media Sosial.

Abstract

The student lecture software installation service is an essential facility that supports the smooth running of lectures by helping students install the necessary software on their personal laptops. Although this service is crucial, the manual process is often inefficient and poorly documented. This study aims to design an Android application to enhance the quality of the student lecture software installation service, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The research methods included interviews and questionnaires with students, lab assistants, and laboratory staff, followed by prototype application development and testing using ISO 9126 standards. The main findings show that the developed application meets ISO 9126 standards in terms of usability, efficiency, functionality, and reliability. This success indicates that the application can provide a fast, accurate, and up-to-date solution for presenting software installation service information via smartphone devices for each lab assistant or laboratory staff. The unique contribution of this study is the integration of mobile technology into the software installation service process, which was previously conducted manually, thereby improving efficiency and process documentation. In conclusion, this application not only meets the needs of students but also enhances the operational effectiveness of laboratories, with positive implications for the future development of technology-based educational services.

Abstract

In the face of rapid technological advancements and market shifts, companies must adapt and enhance their competitiveness to ensure long-term survival. This study explores the impact of innovation, digital transformation, productivity, and employment on organizational competitiveness and their influence on corporate longevity and sustainability in the Bangka Belitung Islands, Indonesia. Employing survey methods and analyzing data using double regression, simple regression, smartPls, and SPSS, the study surveyed 120 respondents from various industrial sectors. The results reveal that innovation, productivity, and jobs significantly and positively impact companies' competitiveness, while digital transformation has a lesser effect. Additionally, the study found that a company's competitiveness positively and significantly influences its existence and survival. The research significantly contributes to understanding the factors affecting competitiveness and long-term viability in the digital economy, highlighting the crucial role of innovation, productivity, and job quality in enhancing competitive advantage. The findings provide a basis for strategic decision-making at the company level and the development of public policies that foster business growth and resilience within the Belitung Framework

Abstract

This study evaluated the acceptance of HP Market Online Babel, a local e-commerce platform in Pangkalpinang, using a modified Value-based Adoption Model. The research focused on analyzing the influence of content marketing and influencer marketing on purchase intention, considering the mediating role of customer engagement. The study's objectives included analyzing the direct effects of content marketing and influencer marketing on customer engagement and purchase intention, and evaluating the mediating role of customer engagement in the relationship between digital marketing strategies and purchase intention. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. The sample consisted of 100 active users of HP Market Online Babel, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using an online questionnaire, and data analysis involved simple regression techniques and path analysis using SPSS software. The results revealed significant positive influences of content marketing and influencer marketing on customer engagement and purchase intention. Customer engagement played a mediating role in the relationship between both digital marketing strategies and purchase intention. Content marketing, particularly the informative content aspect, had the strongest impact in the research model. The study contributed to the development of the Value-based Adoption Model by integrating digital marketing strategies in the context of local e-commerce. The findings affirmed the importance of quality content and the strategic role of influencers in increasing customer engagement and driving purchase intention on local digital platforms. The results provided practical guidance for managers in optimizing digital marketing strategies, potentially improving business performance in the competitive local e-commerce market.

Abstract

Conventional attendance of Field Work Practice (PKL) students still has various obstacles, such as manipulation of attendance, late recording, and difficulties in validating accurate attendance. In today's digital era, the use of location-based technology is a solution to overcome these problems. Therefore, this study aims to develop and optimize a location-based mobile attendance system by implementing the Haversine Formula Method. This method is used to calculate the distance between the student's GPS coordinates and the predetermined PKL location, so that the system only allows attendance if the student is within a certain radius.With implementation on the Android platform. The main features of this system include real-time location recording, automatic validation based on GPS coordinates, and encrypted data security. Accuracy measurement uses a comparison of the Haversine distance calculation results with a mapping application. The results of the study show that the Haversine Formula method is able to calculate distances with high accuracy, and the system developed can prevent cheating in attendance. Thus, the application of this method can improve transparency, efficiency, and accuracy of recording the attendance of PKL students in real-time, provide convenience for institutions in monitoring the presence of coordinates laboratory location accurately with a distance of ≤ 50 meters, so that the system can determine whether students are within the radius permitted to take attendance at Latitude: -2.123900 and Longitude: 106.788800. at the location of the PKL institution, namely in the ISB Atma Luhur computer laboratory.

Abstract

Perkembangan Ilmu dan Teknologi semakin lama semakin pesat terutama di bidang Teknologi Informasi, salah satunya teknologi website. Pelatihan pembuatan website dengan php dan WordPress yang dilakukan pada SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang dikarenakan pada SMA Negeri tersebut dirasa belum optimal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang ada oleh sebab itu maka pengabdian ini dilakukan. Adapun peserta dalam pengabdian ini adalah Siswa SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang . Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan Website dengan menggunakan PHP dan WordPresss kepada para siswa dan siswi di SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang. Adapaun manfaat dari pelatihan ini adalah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan para siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang  dalam membuat database dengan Xampp sebagai server. Pentingnya pelatihan ini bagi SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang karena dengan melihat perkembangan zaman tentang teknologi yang canggih oleh sebab itu siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang juga dituntut untuk dapat menggunakan teknologi tersebut agar tidak ketinggalan dan memperoleh wawasan baru dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi .

Abstract

The rapid development of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) technology has increased the need for skilled personnel in the installation and maintenance of surveillance systems. However, the gap between industry needs and the competence of SMK graduates is still a challenge, mainly due to limited practical facilities and a less adaptive curriculum. Therefore, a CCTV network installation training programme for SMK students is needed. The programme of activities was designed to address these challenges through a theoretical and practical approach. The 3-day training covers the introduction of CCTV technology, system design, physical installation, network configuration, and troubleshooting, using campus facilities as a practical laboratory. Multimedia learning methods in the form of visual and video presentations were applied to strengthen theoretical understanding, while field practice involved installation in the campus environment. The resulting outputs include an increase in the technical competence of participants as reflected in the ability to self-install and certify, the realisation of a functional CCTV system on campus, as well as long-term impacts such as increasing the competitiveness of graduates and educating the public about digital security. Evaluation of success was conducted through competency tests, project feasibility, and questionnaires. This kind of programme not only tries to fill the skills gap in the vocational field but also fulfils the urgency of the digital era.ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) yang pesat telah meningkatkan kebutuhan akan tenaga terampil di bidang instalasi dan pemeliharaan sistem pengawasan. Namun, kesenjangan antara kebutuhan industri dan kompetensi lulusan SMK masih menjadi tantangan, terutama akibat keterbatasan fasilitas praktik dan kurikulum yang kurang adaptif. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah program pelatihan instalasi jaringan CCTV bagi siswa SMK. Program kegiatan dirancang untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut melalui pendekatan teori dan praktik. Pelatihan selama 3 hari mencakup pengenalan teknologi CCTV, desain sistem, pemasangan fisik, konfigurasi jaringan, hingga troubleshooting, dengan menggunakan fasilitas kampus sebagai laboratorium praktik. Metode pembelajaran multimedia berupa presentasi visual dan video diterapkan untuk memperkuat pemahaman teoritis, sementara praktik lapangan melibatkan instalasi di lingkungan kampus. Keluaran yang dihasilkan meliputi peningkatan kompetensi teknis peserta yang tercermin dari kemampuan instalasi mandiri dan sertifikasi, terwujudnya sistem CCTV fungsional di kampus, serta dampak jangka panjang seperti peningkatan daya saing lulusan dan edukasi masyarakat tentang keamanan digital. Evaluasi keberhasilan dilakukan melalui uji kompetensi, kelayakan proyek, dan kuesioner. Program semacam ini tidak hanya mencoba mengisi kesenjangan keterampilan pada bidang vokasi tetapi juga memenuhi urgensi pada era digital.

Abstract

The issue of limited digital competence in learning at SMA Negeri Namang, Bangka Tengah, requires serious attention due to its impact on the quality of education and students' preparedness for the digital era. This community service project aimed to improve digital learning management competence and mastery of educational platforms through a comprehensive training approach for 11th-grade students from the science and social studies departments. The activity was conducted using an interactive learning and hands-on practice approach over 2 days, involving 35 students through theory, practice, and continuous evaluation sessions. The material covered included the fundamentals of digital learning, managing online educational platforms, and techniques for optimizing learning media, with a total duration of 16 learning hours. The results showed an average competence increase of 68.5%, with a participant satisfaction level of 89.7% and an improvement in educational platform management skills of 72.3%. Program evaluation indicated a significant transfer of knowledge, with direct implementation in digital learning projects. This community service activity successfully and measurably improved students' digital competence and provided tangible benefits in the form of practical skills in digital learning management
