Abstract

Radical activists are now increasingly targeting various universities, targeting students who generally do not have a strong religious background, so they can easily provide monolithic, rigid, and far from contextualized religious doctrines. One example of a case of the entry of radicalism into the campus environment is the arrest of Krisna Dwi Wardhana (KDW), an alumni student of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia by the Special Detachment (Densus) 88 Anti-terror Police Team, in June 2021 ago, in the Bogor area, West Java. From the results of the examination, it is suspected that KDW was affiliated with the Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) network group, and had a role as a provider of raw materials for making bombs. This was reinforced by the discovery of a number of evidences including chemicals, such as dextran, sodium borate, magnesium sulfate, HCL, sulfur, and other chemicals. With the increasing number of students exposed to radicals, it is feared that this condition could threaten the existence of the ideology of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Based on this, both the campus or university and elements of society must work together to overcome the notion of radicalization.

Abstract

Abstract In starting a business, one of the things that need to be considered is a business plan which contains a business plan that will be implemented in the future. In the business plan itself there are several things that need to be prepared, starting from the vision, mission, production planning, financial management, to human resources. The organization KATARA SEVEN (Karang Taruna RT.07) is an organization of youths in RT.07 RW.04 Kel. Pagentan Kec. Singosari. The KATARA SEVEN organization has plans to start a bouquet business, but has problems with business planning and human resources. This is where the idea emerged to carry out Community Service activities by conducting Bouquet-making training and conducting scientific discussions on business planning with members of the KATARA SEVEN organization. With this training, it is hoped that KATARA SEVEN members can improve the quality of their human resources and be able to make business plans carefully, with the ultimate goal of being able to run a business well and smoothly. Keywords: Business plan, Youth organizations, Bouquet business   Abstrak Dalam memulai suatu usaha salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah rencana bisnis yang berisi rencana bisnis yang akan dilaksanakan di masa yang akan datang. Dalam rencana bisnis sendiri ada beberapa hal yang perlu dipersiapkan, mulai dari visi, misi, perencanaan produksi, pengelolaan keuangan, hingga Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Organisasi KATARA SEVEN (Karang Taruna RT.07) merupakan organisasi pemuda yang ada di RT.07 RW.04 Kel. Pagetan Kec. Singosari. Organisasi KATARA SEVEN memiliki rencana untuk memulai bisnis karangan bunga, namun memiliki kendala dalam perencanaan bisnis dan SDM. Dari sinilah muncul ide untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan Karangan Bunga dan melakukan diskusi ilmiah perencanaan bisnis bersama anggota organisasi KATARA SEVEN. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan anggota KATARA SEVEN dapat meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan mampu membuat rencana bisnis secara matang, dengan tujuan akhir dapat menjalankan bisnis dengan baik dan lancar. Abstract

Religion is one of the national elements that binds national harmony. Approaching the 2024 political year, various parties contesting in the legislative and executive elections are trying to make various efforts to become winners. One of the efforts to win this contest is to practise politicization of religion. In fact, political experts have agreed that the politicization of religion is not a good thing for a pluralistic country like Indonesia. Therefore, in order to avoid the negative impact of the politicization of religion, various parties, including religion counselors, should try to prevent it. The limited number of articles and research on the role of religion counselors in preventing the negative impact of the politicization of religion prompted the author to focus the research on the role of religion counselors in preventing the negative impact of the politicization of religion. This research seeks to provide insight to religion counselors about their crucial role in preventing the negative impacts of politicization of religion. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data taken from a literature study with primary data: Joint Decree among the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and the Head of the State Civil Service Agency number: 574 of 1999 and Number: 178 of 1999. The results of this research are that religion counselors have four roles in preventing the negative impacts of politicization of religion, namely: roles informative-educative roles, consultative, advocative and administrative roles.

Abstract

The involvement of the Indonesian Army in law enforcement is often a problematic issue in the context of countries that implement a democratic system. History has proven that authoritarianism is not only the domination of the military, but also the domination of every government regime including civilians that do not implement checks and balances system in the execution of the government. This is what should be the focus of the problem. Apart from that, law enforcement authority actually is not only limited to the area of civil authority which is only given to the police as a representation of state authority which obtains authority from law, but rather to the police functions in general which can also be given to the military which functions as law enforcement officers (law enforcement officials) as explained in the UN Code of Conduct for Law Enforcement as follows; "(a) The term "law enforcement officials", includes all officers of the law, whether appointed or elected, who exercise police powers, especially the powers of arrest or detention. (b) In countries where police powers are exercised by military authorities, whether uniformed or not, or by State security forces, the definition of law enforcement officials shall be regarded as including officers of such services." In the explanation of Article 1 of the Code of Conduct for Law Enforcement, it is clear that what is meant by "law enforcement officials" includes elected or appointed law enforcement officers who are given the authority to carry out arrests and detention.
