Abstract

There are several problems of potato seed in the production center of Kerinci. The purpose of the study was to develop strategies for developing potato seed farming at the production center of Kerinci. The primary data gained from the Focussed Group Discussion (FGD) to formulate internal and external factors in the development of potato seed farming. FGD’s participants were expert respondents stakeholders in potato farming in Kerinci. The analysis technique uses SWOT analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that there were four internal factors of strength such as of agroecological conditions, the existence of Potato Seedling Hall, the presence of breeders, and the development of processing industries. While three internal weaknesses were non-strategic locations, the dependent on seeds from outside the area, and limited seed supervisors. External factors of opportunity were preferred superior varieties, opportunities to be seed suppliers, and investment, as well as three threat external factors such as faked labeled seed, continuity of supply is not guaranteed, and the government is not paying enough attention to potato agribusiness. From these factors, eight alternative strategies were formulated. The results of AHP followed by sensitivity analysis indicate that the alternative policy that must be taken is strengthening the breeder to produce certified seeds and produce massively certified seeds at affordable prices.

Abstract

ISBANBAN is an educational driving foundation in Banten that arranges programs to achieve curriculum goals in schools through 21st Century Skill that elaborates and encourages the ability of fostered to master the skills of Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity for children aged 4 - 12 years old. Since the Covid-19 pandemic and the adoption of large-scale social restrictions and physical distancing by the government, this affected the voluntary activities carried out at Isbanban Foundation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to obtain information about the ISBANBAN volunteers activities in Banten during this covid-19 pandemic, as well as innovative activities created by Isbanban in the education sector. The researcher found that all activities that required interaction with the Isbanban program were terminated; The closed access to the villages and lack of internet and gadgets by Isbanban students became an obstacle to online activities during the pandemic. The program provided is mentoring and prioritizing scholarships for students whose their parents’ work was affected by covid-19. The mentoring program can also still be carried out through telephone connections which are conducted every two weeks by the mentor. Another innovation given by the Isbanban Foundation to its volunteers is Online Skill Class, which every week ISBANBAN volunteers are given online soft skill training by practitioners. Through this training, it is hoped that when the activity returns to normal, the volunteers will have better capabilities to carry out their duties.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan perwujudan dalam mencapai generasi yang cerdas dan mampu memiliki akhlak dan kepribadian yang berguna bagi bangsa Indonesia. Suksesnya pendidikan dilihat dari seberapa besar karakter mereka ketika bisa menyeimbangkan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotornya untuk menjadi manusia yang sempurna. Pada tahun 2020 telah terjadi pandemi Covid – 19 yang menyebabkan semuanya berubah pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan disekolah berubah sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah dilaksanakan dirumah dengan daring atau belajar dengan jarak jauh. Penelitian yang dilakukan sekarang ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang berusaha memberikan gambaran solusi permasalahan pembelajaran daring terhadap pendidikan karakter peserta didik di sekolah menengah pertama. Naskah ini menampilkan problema pembelajaran daring, dampak pembelajaran daring terhadap pendidikan karakter peserta didik, solusi dan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini memakai studi pustaka / studi literatur, dengan mengkaji dari beberapa hasil penelitian, artikel, ebook dan studi kasus yang terjadi dilapangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil topik mengenai perkembangan kepribadian tokoh utama pada novel Seroja karya Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Novel ini bercerita mengenai Ayu Mang, seorang wanita berkasta dari keluarga Bali yang menikah dengan Andy yang merupakan turis asing dari Inggris. Kepribadian Ayu Mang dalam setiap perkembangan kehidupannya membuat penulis tertarik untuk mengetahuinya lebih dalam. Maka dari itu masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini mencakup perkembangan kepribadian tokoh utama novel Seroja Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto, faktor-faktor dan fakta-fakta yang memengaruhi sikap perubahan dan perkembangan tokoh utama dalam novel Seroja karya Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan kepribadian tokoh utama dalam novel Seroja karya Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto dan menguraikan faktor-faktor dan fakta-fakta yang memengaruhi sikap perubahan dan perkembangan tokoh utama dalam novel Seroja karya Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto. Hasil penelitian novel Seroja diantaranya, perkembangan kepribadian tokoh Ayu Mang yang cukup stabil dalam setiap tahap kehidupannya yang mencakup mencakup identitas vs kekacauan identitas, keintiman vs isolasi, perhatian terhadap apa yang diturunkan vs kemandekan, integritas vs keputusasaan. Sementara dalam faktor dan fakta yang memengaruhi sikap perubahan dan perkembangan, Ayu Mang memiliki pola perkembangan mencakup identitas vs kekacauan identitas, keintiman vs isolasi, perhatian terhadap apa yang diturunkan vs kemandekan, integritas vs keputusasaan.  Faktor-Faktor dan Fakta-Fakta yang Mempengaruhi Sikap Perubahan dan Perkembangan tokoh utama mencakup  penampilan diri, perilaku, stereotip budaya, nilai-nilai budaya, perubahan peranan dan pengalaman pribadi.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Diare merupakan sindrom penyakit yang ditandai dengan feses yang mengalami perubahan konsistensi dan bentuk sampai mencair, bahkan bertambahnya frekuensi tinja dari biasanya hingga 3 kali atau lebih dalam sehari. Akibat dari diare salah satunya adalah dehidrasi yang disebabkan oleh kehilangan air dan elektrolit, hipovolemik akibat menurunya volume darah yang mencapai 15-25% berat badan. Dehidrasi merupakan suatu kondisi penurunan total air di dalam tubuh karena kehilangan cairan secara patologis, asupan air tidak adekuat, atau kombinasi keduanya. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadi dehidrasi yaitu dengan memberi rehidrasi oral menggunakan air minum. Tujuan Penelitian : mengetahui pengaruh pemberian rehidrasi oral menggunakan air minum terhadap dehidrasi pada anak usia 1-5 tahun yang mengalami diare di puskesmas nagaswidak palembang. Metode Penelitian : Desain yang digunakan saat melakukan penelitian yaitu pre eksperimental. Desain rancangan peneliatan adalah one group pre and post test design dengan menggunakan uji analisa Wilcoxon Test dan jumlah sampel 20 responden. Hasil Penelitian : Analisa univariat nilai median dehidrasi sebelum diberikan intervensi yaitu 4,00 dan setelah diberikan intervensi yaitu 2,00 degan nilai P Value < 0,001. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh pemberian rehidrasi oral menggunakan air minum terhadap dehidrasi anak usia 1-5 tahun yang mengalami diare.

Abstract

This paper describes post-truth phenomena characterized by hoaxes that present in the community through social media and online media. This change of tendency is a logical consequence of the situation faced in the mass media industry and is reinforced by the tendency to strengthen politics of identity. This paper highlights how the Presidential Decree (Perpres) no. 20/2018 raises contestation that threatens national resilience through a segregation situation.

Abstract

Penelitian bersifat kualitatif melalui wawancara secara mendalam untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis bagaimana keterlibatan Organized Crime pada perilaku suap di kalangan penegak hukum itu terjadi, faktor-faktor penyebab suap, proses terbentuknya perilaku suap, bagaimana koloni suap di kalangan penegak hukum terjadi, serta kontrol lembaga penegak hukum terhadap proses hukum. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perilaku suap di kalangan penegak hukum selama ini telah berjalan secara sistemik dan membudaya. Aktivitas Organized Crime semakin memengaruhi perilaku tersebut. Organized Crime dengan kekuatan finansialnya mampu membeli integritas penegak hukum, mampu mengawal dan mengintervensi proses hukum, hingga mampu mengubah penjara bertransformasi menjadi pusat peredaran dan pengendalian peredaran gelap narkotika.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an education or school that accepts all children regardless of their potential, physical, mental, emotional, social, religious, gender and economic background, but is a system that adapts to the needs of children, both normal and with special needs. The purpose of inclusive education is to encourage the realization of the participation of persons with disabilities or children with special needs in the life of society, nation and state. To achieve the goal, the method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The sample of this research is the inclusion school of SDN 3 Balaraja. The instruments used are observation, interview guidelines and documentation. Based on the data analysis carried out, the following research results showed that the learning process that was applied did not differentiate between ABK students and regular students, only that the teacher was always focused on ABK students. because every ABK student needs special attention. The material and learning system are relatively the same as regular students, so there is no difference between ABK students and regular students. It's just that before carrying out the learning process in the classroom, schools have certain indicators such as identifying students with special needs. In the implementation of learning, a lesson plan is needed that distinguishes the RPP for regular children from children with special needs, namely the indicator of achievement. For example, students are able to read, while children with special needs are changed to children who are able to say letters.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of Critical Thinking Skills of Grade IV Students in Science Learning in Elementary Schools". The purpose of this study was to determine the critical thinking skills possessed by grade IV students at SDN 03 Muara Ciujung Timur as well as factors that affect students' critical thinking skills. The method in this study uses qualitative using a case study approach with data collection techniques using test, interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research that have been conducted there are 2 students with high critical thinking skills, 3 students with medium critical thinking skills, and 5 students with low critical thinking skills. The results of the test instruments, interviews and student observations have not met the indicators of critical thinking, namely: Activities to formulate questions, Limit problems, Test data, Analyze various opinions, Avoid highly emotional considerations, Avoid excessive simplification, Consider various interpretations, Tolerate ambiguity. Then the factors that influence it are: the internal factors that affect thinking skills are: physical condition, anxiety, intellectual development, and learning motivation while the external factors are: teacher teaching style, teacher teaching strategies and style. The conclusion from the analysis of critical thinking skills of grade IV students in science learning in elementary schools is that students have not beenable to meet critical thinking indicators so it can be said that the level of critical thinking skills of students at SDN 03 Muara Ciujung Timur is low.
